Econo Lodge Hays I-70
3.9/5100 Reviews
I am a gold member of choice hotels and often stay at Econo Lodges across the USA. This is one of the best. Sean Patel, the owner/manager, has a great way of engaging the customer and made me feel right at home. He has an eye to detail on every facet of the motel and makes sure everything is up to scratch. The bed was King and very comfortable. The room was spotless and everything worked as it should. The breakfast was eggs and sausage for a top-end protein start to the day. Would hope to come through Hays, Kansas again and stay there.

Econo Lodge Lansing - Leavenworth

This is an older Econo Lodge and you can see where they have made some improvements and others need to be made. Our room had two double beds, although they groaned when you moved they were comfortable. Room had a new hardwood style floor, flat screen on the wall, fridge and microwave. The bathroom was clean but the shower head was really low. I am only 5.11 and I had to bend down. But water pressure was good. Room was large and comfortable for the one night. Breakfast was old school Econo Lodge and was just some pastries, cereal and coffee. Across the parking lot was an IHOP and over the road was a Pizza glut and Popeyes, so plenty of choices. There was also a gas station right next store if you needed anything else. We picked this hotel as we were coming through KC heading back to MN and this was close to the Sporting Kansas City stadium (20 mins drive)
