the property employees are rude especially a lady I spoke to over the phone at 8:11pm, unprofessional, liars and they try to make advantage of a mistake I did in the date.. thou I contacted them to fix it and stay at there hotel on the 22nd instead of 26th. as I have booked the room on the 21st by mistake for the 26th and my stay was meant to be on the 22nd. I tried to move the date and I was willing to pay the full amount for the night but they want an easy money.. I have explained to them that I am leaving back to my country on the 23rd bit they did not consider helping me to fix the issue. they charged my card immediately and refused to do the refund even after contacted *********** Don't bother with this place, you will be disappointed massively and when there is an issue, there is absolutely nobody you can reach out to because they will just choose to ignore you.

Stayed at this hotel for one night. Beds were very comfortable and the suite came with a kitchenette. The shower was fantastic. Location was good as well, walking distance to both the train station and city centre. Check-in reception had limited hours so be mindful of this. We did not have any issues. The only minor hiccup we had was after check-in, maintenance personnel knocked on the door and advised they needed to fix the shower head. After less than five minutes, it was fixed. This did not hamper our stay at all. Next time I’m in Leuven, I would book this property again.

Leuven is a great city to explore with all the shopping you could wish for, great places to eat and wonderful night life with bars that have a wonderful atmosphere well in to the early hours. Ambassador Suites are very well located just a 2 minute walk t the high street. While we were there we one night of noise from partying neighbours but otherwise the flat was quiet. The flat itself was huge with two bedrooms that easily slept 5 people. Unfortunately their were no windows (and hence natural light) in the bedrooms, bathroom or WC. And lighting in the lounge was inadequate to ready once the sun had set. Cleanliness was poor and was decor.
