On the ground floor, there is a kitchen and separate dining room with large dining table. Spacious living area has sofa bed and TV. On the ground floor, there is also a separate WC. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms separated by curtain. The master bedroom has a double bed and sofa bed. Another bedroom has a bunk bed. Lower bed is 120 cm wide and the upper bed is 80 cm wide. In addition, the room has a spreadable sofa bed, TV and DVD-player. Some extra beds are available by using cubic chair beds (3 beds total). On the upper floor, there are also newly renovated washroom and electric sauna. Pets are welcome on the ground floor, but the upper floor is human use only. The gate to the stairs is available free of charge. For small children, there is a travel cot, potty and high chair. These are available free of charge. Please ask in advance. Outdoors you can find trampoline, jungle gym and slide. The cabin is located in idyllic countryside in the middle of fields and forests. The large yard is suitable for families with children as well as adults looking for a peaceful holiday. The cabin is also ideal for teleworkers thanks to quiet location. There is also a dining group and gas grill in the yard. There are good terrains for picking berries and mushroom in the forests nearby, as well as terrain for jogging with dogs. Water in tap comes from an own well and it's examined and safe to use as a household water. However, there might be occasionally some taste/smell in the water. Client can bring drinking water along. Wooden apartment, built in 1980, renovated in 2023-2024. The living room features a heat-storing fireplace and a long table for eight people. The TV is placed on the wall above the table so it can be used for meetings. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed. There is a sofa bed for two in the living room. Wood-heated sauna, one shower in the bathroom. In connection with the bathroom, there is a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Covered terrace where you can enjoy, for example, your morning coffee comfortably. The plot is flat and grassy. A fenced yard where a dog can be kept free under supervision or on a leash. Fixed grill in the yard. In the grill hut, there is a table and seats for six. Charging for an electric car is available for an additional fee of 15 euros per charging session, arranged separately with the owner. Siuntio center is 4 km away (shop, a restaurant, and other services). Störsvik beach is 5.5 km away (formerly a sand quarry, also offering a summer café and winter ice swimming). The Kopparnäs-Störsvik recreational area is approximately 12 km away and includes Sandviken swimming spot in a sheltered bay (not an official beach).

In the cottage's terrace there is a wood heated hot tub (customer heats it by himself), which can be rented for extra price. The Hot tub is in use all year round. The hot tub always has clean water from the well. You can bathe in it 2-3 times by adding an activated carbon tablet after bathing. Firewood can be paid via Mobile Pay, bank transfer, or directly to the owner on-site. The customer heats the hot tub themselves.
