Citadines Sainte-Catherine Brussels

Central Brussels
We stayed in an apartment for 4 people for 2 days. The room is not big but functional for 4 people. We didn’t use small kitchen area as there wasn’t enough space if we opened the sofa bed. Overall the room is clean, but a bit old for the furnitures and facilities. The toilet is a bit small too. But it’s in a good location, walkable distance to everywhere e.g. just 12min walk to the Grand-Place.

The staffs are friendly for non-native French speakers. There is also clean in-room kitchenware available. However, you’ll need to pull the door heavily to make sure the automatic lock works.
B-Aparthotel Grand Place

This hotel has an unmanned front desk, so you enter the PIN code sent in advance to enter. However, I was stuck at the entrance for about an hour because the advance email was not sent. A guest who came out from inside opened it and was able to enter safely. When I was asked to pay taxes the next day, I told them about it and asked for my PIN, but they didn't give it to me. The next day, another employee asked me for another tax procedure, so I asked for another key, but I didn't get one, which was very inconvenient during my stay. Also, the temperature control is fixed, and since it is done in the office, it cannot be adjusted even if it is cold. Cleaning is once every 5 days, so you have to use towels every day. We also ran out of toilet paper. Coffee and tea are only available for one day. The service is bad, completely ignoring our request, and only the tax collection is charged many times. There are no good points other than the location.

The hotel is more than 400 meters away from Brussels South Train Station. It is located in a residential area. The surrounding environment is relatively busy, but it is very convenient to the train station. The room is large and the furniture configurations are quite new. The hotel staff is warm, proactive and thoughtful. I will return to Brussels on my return trip. It is a hotel worth staying in again.
B-Aparthotel Regent

Central Brussels
The hotel is fully self-service, and you will not see any staff from check-in to departure. The location of the hotel is near the subway station and the transportation is convenient. There are also restaurants and a laundromat nearby. The room was clean and had a microwave and refrigerator.

Check-in is from 4pm. It was written at the entrance that the gate code for the entrance would be sent by email, but it had not been sent. There were several people who didn't know how to get in like me, and one of them ended up calling the hotel. Then a staff member came out and we were able to get in. The explanation and system for how to get in are sloppy. The reviews said that the rooms were moldy and dirty, but the rooms were clean and there were towels, so there was nothing in particular.
Aparthotel Adagio Brussels Grand Place

This was a great place to stay, right in the center of Brussels! Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Having the kitchenette available made it really convenient to cook and enjoy meals during our stay. Shopping for food was super easy with a grocery store literally across the street. The hotel's location made it easy to walk to view the awe-inspiring Grand Place in Brussels and several other attractions. I would definitely recommend staying at the Adagio if you visit Brussels.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious. It was equipped with wifi, TV, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, heater, and everything worked well. The host was very friendly and helpful. Location of this hotel is not so far from the center and near to the European Parliament, which is quite safe in my opinion. Highly recommend everyone to stay at this hotel.
Diamant Suites Brussels EU

The room is much more spacious than the average hotel. I stayed on the top floor with a balcony with floor-to-ceiling windows, which was very nice. The breakfast was cheap and it was very chill to sit on the terrace to eat breakfast. I recommend it. It is very close to the subway station and bus station. It is very convenient to go to the city center on one line. It is also very quiet and perfect. I will stay here again next time if I have the chance.
