If you like nature adventure this place is perfect! We enjoyed the resort’s peaceful atmosphere and pleasantly surprised by the size of our room great for family and big groups. They have lots of activities to enjoyed. Bali inspired swing is must try, chill ride on their Vietnamese boat. Also the resort allowed cooking and they provide cooking tools and utensils they also have water filter attached to the sink faucet so you will not worry much for the water you are using. My only suggestion is that the resort will provide kitchen towel/rug or atleast tissue paper to wipe the water splash after washing dishes and cooking to maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen.

Need some pest control.

I booked for a standard room with a pool view as posted. But when we arrived, we initially checked in a room not as expected. But the room was cozy, clean and spacious. They said that the pool view is a first come first serve basis. But luckily the other guests cancelled their reservation for that room with the pool view so we were transferred to the preferred/booked room. However the overall experience is very good. No complaints at all. The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. The food tastes good. The view is spectacular with the volcano overview.
