The place was nice but it wasn’t really close to anything and you have to take the bus or a taxi to get anywhere. There are some nice parks and temples nearby though but it really is in a neighborhood. The place is nice and peaceful. A good local udon shop is like a short walk away and there’s a gyoza restaurant nearby. The only issue was that it was not well cleaned. When I filled up the tub, it was full of detritus and upon closer inspection there were long women’s hairs around the rim of the tub. No women were staying there. The bathroom also had mold on the tub that caused an itchy rash and needed to be bleached to remove it. The room had not been dusted and there were also issues with hair. Other than that, the owner was polite and thorough but had asked us to communicate on WeChat, which I didn’t like. They were fine with email though after the first message.

The location of this Kyoto hotel is very good, the transportation is convenient but away from the hustle and bustle, and the environment is quiet and comfortable. The rooms are well-equipped and kept very clean, and it is very safe to live. Although there is no service stay, the overall response is quite timely and the experience is good. There is also a Tsukemen shop nearby, which is especially delicious.

The communication was very good in advance and the stay was very smooth. The room was very clean, very close to Kiyomizu Temple, set off early in the morning and enjoy the clean Kiyomizu Temple.

I chose this accommodation to experience the squatter house, which is in line with expectations and can accommodate more than six adults. The place to stay is several streets away from Kyoto Station, and it is in different locations with Sakaya, but the first free connection to Sakaya will be provided at check-in. Both bedrooms are on the upper floors and the steps are high. If you are with the elderly, you can consider laying tatami mats on the lower floors.

This year, Kyoto's red leaf season ended a little later, and luckily booked a room far below the November price. This door is not big but there is a hole in the sky inside. It feels like there is a townhouse built in 4-5. Our check-in time was relatively late, and the small requirements made to the front desk lady were met. There are two floors, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Our couple is a bit extravagant. It should not be crowded next time we bring our parents again (it is estimated that it is inconvenient for both parents to come). The block is very quiet, not far from Nijo City, about seven or eight minutes from Omiya Station, we dragged our suitcases on the quiet street at night a little embarrassing: D. Overall satisfaction, if the price is right, I will choose next time.

十分精緻寫意的室內環境，周圍是民居，夜晚安靜，安全，床舖和榻榻米也睡得很舒服，check in時提供洗漱清潔等衛生用品可以自助領取。雖然是木結構房屋，但不會讓人感覺殘舊，屋內十分整潔。唯一不太方便的是入住地方離check in地方及出行的車站相隔一段距離，雖然check in當日會有免費司機接送一次，但之後每日出行需要走一段路才能到車站，尤其離開的時候拖著行李會稍微辛苦些。整體而言還是十分滿意的，下次再來日本還想選擇和室居住！
