The location is a little outside of the main part of Hue and is more rural as a result. The drain did not properly work in the bathroom so the floor was wet for a very long time. I had multiple cockroaches and ants invade my bathroom products as there is a vented window that never closes. A decent spot for solo travelers, but warnings to those expecting a standard hotel experience.
The hotel seems to be new. as the room smelled of new furniture.
I got a room on the 4th floor. The windows come out to the inner courtyard (look not very good).
All the necessary in the hotel is, very clean, mini-bar prices are lower than in other hotels.
Staff as always friendly. But the number, by the way, has not been cleaned all my stay =)
TV works, all the railroads work, the lights too.
I believe that this is an excellent and budgetary option for stopping in Hue (at least one).
There is a stunning PhinHolic cafe next door. It will have to walk to the castle.
This hotel is a great value. It’s located near many bars and restaurants, but away from the noise. You can rent motorbikes and do laundry directly with the hotel for the same price as anywhere else in town. Staff members are really nice.
Issues:
-karaoke downstairs Friday and Saturday til 10pm. Don’t plant on being home during these times.
-the alley floods with strange looking water half of the days. Careful with shoes and rolling bags!
-AC hasn’t been cleaned in a while.
We would stay here again simply because of the price.
The room is spacious enough for a family of 4 people. 4 comfortable beds no one touches anyone. The room is on the top floor, with 2 windows and balcony, so it is quite airy. However, some furniture, the elevator is a bit old. The day I went there was no daily housekeeping and changing items. I don't know if it's a request or what it's like.
Điểm cộng, mới, khang trang thiết bị đầy đủ, nhân viên nhiệt tình take care khách 👍

It's difficult for us to give a rating, basically the room is absolutely fine for the price and the location is good apart from the noise.
The bar on the ground floor (closes at midnight) and the street in front of the hotel are quite loud. But that's bearable.
What we didn't like at all was the communication around the adjacent construction site. We were informed at 9:30 p.m. that it would be very loud the next morning at 7 a.m. and asked if we could change hotels, which was out of the question for us due to the time. The next morning it turned out that this had been known for a long time.
So we wouldn't come back. It should be said that we received a 30% refund for this.
The location was situated away from tourist attractions & town
The hotel was dated & and needed improvements

CCheryl_Huynh01Spent 3 days at Leranda, we arrived early and left pretty late due to our flight but the host helped us to look out for our luggage. The whole stay was amazing, we felt like home staying here. Location is right in the Pedestrian street, however it stays apart from all the noise which makes it a hidden gem for solo travelers. Breakfast was so amazing, we did not skip a meal here. The homestay also offers bike renting, it’s a little pricey comparing to other places but considering the convenience and the bike’s condition, it’s acceptable for us. Would definitely choosing Leranda again if we come back to Hue next time!
GGuest UserAmazing hospitality and very clean rooms. Owners are very friendly, they greet you with fruit when you arrive and are very happy to share with you the local spots beyond the obvious. Rooms were impeccable, beds comfy, toiletries stocked. Mini fridge, AC, fan, kettle, hairdryer in the room as well. (They even had 3 ply). Good wifi too. Location was right on walking street so nearby lots of dining options, although tucked down an alleyway, I never heard the noise of any of the bars playing music.
Incredible value for money, I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
AAskeRMVery good value, and the service was actually awesome. We came with a bus at like 5am and the owner had a spare room for us to sleep in until we could check in into the proper room. I got food poisoning mid trip and the owners kid came up to my room with fruits and water a few times. They also let us watch the Vietnam - Thailand football match with them. Very nice place and it’s right in the middle of the city area
SSHIGEKI.SThe building is old but close to the downtown area and it was a quiet and comfortable hotel as it enters several tens of meters from the main road. The view was good because it was a corner room with a terrace, and the correspondence of the female staff at the front desk was very kind. It was a great hotel with the owner and female staff at the front door when checking out.
JJeremy Suk.The room was spectacular and great, given the affordable price, it provided everything I needed like free Wifi, smart TV, bath tub, illuminated mirror which could be ideal for those wishing to do make up. And most importantly, the location is strategic. it is near imperial city, the river and there are plenty of restaurants nearby.
ММаргаритаEverything liked, it is right in the center. True if you settle in the evening and you are on a bike, the street is overflowed and you have to shut the moped and reach it to the hostel. Inside there is a parking lot for the bike, the gate is closed at night. Very clean, and that's the main thing! There is also air conditioning and fan. The bathroom has a shampoo and a shower and even toothbrush with pasta) The cost includes a very satisfactory and delicious breakfast, choose from the menu you want) well and the most charming is administrators, who speak very well in English and just great smiles) solved all my questions) because there was only one night I can't appreciate other services, but there are many excursions sell, transfer and massage at a great price. Although I rarely settle in hostels, this is forever in my heart, at the expense of people and purity. Recommend!)

GGuest UserThe room is fine for a very short stay. However, the room I received wasn't quite the same as the one shown in the pictures. Mine didn't have a window facing outside—instead, it looked out into the hallway. The bathroom also had an unpleasant smell, likely due to drainage and ventilation issues, so it's best to keep the door closed.
