The motel is for adults only and with high privacy but it is difficult to look for the reception. The staff is nice although she can’t speak English. Room is big is good value of price.
We didn't know that this is a love hotel and only realised it the day before checking in, as the check in is only from 6pm. The room is very spacious and we didn't mind the ****, condoms and lots of beauty products it came with. :D However, I didn't know that hotel rooms in Japan can allow smoking, so the strong cigarette smell in the room was very off putting.
We put up a 'do not disturb' sign because we don't need cleaning daily. The second day I noticed some of the **** from the hotel were gone in our room but the room wasn't made (bed wasn't made, trash not emptied). I asked the staff and they said they removed it because they thought it bothered us. This was a bit weird to me, I'm not sure where they got the idea from and I don't know why they entered the room. It's also important to note that the train only runs once per hour most of the day (during some hours twice).
Location: Almost directly connected to Kusatsu Station
Breakfast: Delicious, wide variety of menu items, wide variety of drinks
Room: Clean, spacious, comfortable bed
Toilet: Clean, with washlet
Bathroom: Washing area available, bathtub available
Front desk: Friendly
Breakfast venue: Friendly, polite
Points for improvement: It would be nice if there were more souvenirs
We stayed two nights in the hotel with breakfast and dinner. The web page of Trip.com showed that there was onsen in the hotel but when we check in, we were told that it was a ”mistake”. There is no onsen and the photo is a public onsen half an hours away. It was very disappoining that the Trip.com include photos irrelevant to the hotel. Dinner was also diffferent from the web photo. We have to pay 2500 yen each to upgrade the dinner to shsbu shabu. Breakfast is Japanese style with limited choice. Other than these, we had lake view room and shopping mall is nearby which are the advantages.
Great value! The room is clean and the semi-open-air bath in the room is hot enough, allowing you to completely relax and enjoy the tranquility. If the room rate does not include meals, there are also restaurants with delicious food. The price is reasonable and affordable. Parking is free outside the hotel, and there are many places to rest in the hotel. Area, overall great!
Stayed for 2 nights plus 2 nights, a total of 4 nights; the hotel is very conveniently located near the railway station, opposite the bus station, and it takes 2 minutes to walk from the door to the bus station; there is a convenience store downstairs, and there is a police station and McDonald's opposite; there are also restaurants nearby, and Yoshinoya is at the back; go to the other side of the railway station exit, there is a large AEON, and it takes 5 minutes to walk...
The room is large enough for one person and very clean. There is a washing machine for 300 yen per wash and a dryer for 100 yen for 30 minutes.
There is also a small bathing area that can accommodate about 3 people. The breakfast options are not very many, but there are basic salads, hot food, soup, bread, and drinks. The food is very good. Overall, I am satisfied.
It takes about 15 minutes to get to the hotel in Wildzhou. The hotel has three pavilions. The front desk is in the middle of the barbecue restaurant. The room is very old and the stay is quite comfortable. There is a supermarket halfway to the hotel. There is McDonald's next door to the hotel!

Very Good
EErlaoguaiThe hotel is in a good location, and it only takes more than ten minutes to walk to the train station. It is close to Hikone Castle and is very convenient for visiting.
The staff are polite, professional, and willing to help guests. Not every employee can communicate in English, but simple communication is no problem.
Although the hotel lobby looks luxurious, the rooms and bedding are really not good. It feels a bit old-fashioned.
I had dinner at the hotel in the evening, and the Japanese dinner experience was good. However, I ate it for three days, and the tone was relatively monotonous.
By the way, the breakfast was still good, and I was very satisfied.
JJiexixiaokaJapanese version of the full season, the room is relatively large, you can see Hikone Castle, 100 meters away from the JR station, the price is very high, the breakfast is average, optional meals are included, there is a super large store across the road, the second floor taxfree has a variety of cosmetics Clothing and local products, the underground supermarket is large and you can buy all kinds of lunch boxes, with a microwave and dining area.
Hikone is so cute, Hikone Castle is so so

GGuest UserIt's very close to Moriyama Station and easy to access. The front desk staff were very polite and even dealt with our mistakes warmly.
Also, the breakfast for 1000 yen is the best. You can choose two breads from the bread in the bakery on the first floor, and it also comes with a salad, soup, and drink. I appreciated that you can choose savory and sweet breads. You need to make a reservation the day before, but it seems you can also choose sandwiches.

II JungI really like the Comfort Inn series! Convenient location, comfortable rooms, free accommodation for children! Free breakfast too!
Self-driving parking is also very convenient! The miso soup for breakfast is worth a try 👍🏻👍🏻 It's delicious!
ААнтоновЮрийEverything is great in the hotel! The staff and the rooms. I really liked the sauna on the 1st floor. Not bad breakfasts. The staff helped us with personal issues, for which we are very grateful. Across the street is a small store and a huge casino. On the other side of the hotel is a nice cafe. The only nuance is the location. We had to get from Osaka by metro with 2 transfers. And the second transfer is only 1 stop, but the train runs every 30 minutes. And from the train another 15 minutes walk. But the hotel is great!
GGuest UserThe hostel is in a vallage and it is expected to be for local family or local visitor. The staffs are helpful and try very hard to communicate in English. The facility is fair that water pressure is not enough when 4 people use the public bath at the same time, it also takes a quite of time to produce warm water for showering. Besides, it’s better to have plastic glasses in every room to use.
GGuest UserThis hotel is just next to Maibara. It is very convenient to go other parts of Lake Biwa. Its bed and pillows are comfortable. Just like other japan hotels, small challenges to open two 24” luggages. Breakfast is simple and nice. There are several types of rice balls to choose (love the fried chicken, egg, fried meat), miso soup, corn soup, healthy fruit juice, bread and coffee.
Ccici_0711Although the room is small, it has everything you need. The hotel has parking for 500 yen per night, which is suitable for us who drive by ourselves. The room is close to the railway track, but fortunately the double-glazed glass has almost no impact. Except for the small room, everything else is good.
