Upon arrival, we were disappointed by the lack of assistance with our luggage, especially as two staff members observed us struggling. The hallway carpets also made navigating with bags quite challenging. However, the rooms themselves were lovely and clean. A standout experience was the breakfast staff, who were incredibly helpful; despite us arriving late, they still served us and even brought out juice after packing it up. Their exceptional service truly turned our experience around, and we left feeling happy, though the reception staff could certainly improve.

I had an amazing stay at Tryp by Wyndham Izmit! Everything from the location, cleanliness, service, to the facilities was excellent. The room was clean and cozy, and the staff were friendly and professional. We especially enjoyed the pool and gym—perfect for relaxing after a long day. I stayed here with friends, and we all had a great time. This hotel truly made our trip unforgettable. I would definitely come back again if I visit this area in the future!

Given the price paid, it wasn't very clean at all. There was hair left over from previous guests, the pillows smelled of cigarette smoke, and we paid an extra 10k for a suite, but there was hair on the bathrobes there too. The towels were also stained, so we had to ask for new ones.

Good service, clean and sanitary, convenient transportation, long-distance buses and trains

More than ten minutes drive from the Ford factory, the environmental sanitation breakfast is very good. The location is remote, sometimes it is not easy to take a taxi, the front desk can help call a taxi.

Comfortable bed, with heated toilet floor. Very spacious and has full amenities. The cafe serves great meals.

Facilities: Excellent Cleanliness: Excellent! Environment: Excellent! 👍👍 Service: Excellent! 👍👍👍👍👍 A very comfortable stay. Highly recommended. There's a McDonald's downstairs. The local cuisine is quite good! I'm very happy! 🥳👍👍👍👍👍

small city but hotel location is good. not so big but clean hotel

Very new express hotel, the room is large in the hotel, the mattress is also very good, there are Chinese necessities: hot water bottle! Breakfast is not bad, have to go to the stomach and taste suitable for European breakfast, here can be full! is the orange juice here is freshly squeezed
