We got an economy room. It was clean and there was a restaurant at the base of the complex. Our bathroom sink wouldn’t drain and our friends room shower didn’t drain well. But they were very friendly and helpful. It was the perfect spot to stay before accessing the park the next day. If you have more time, there is a fun adventure park across the street.

The hotel is nice, it is run by the owner, it should be considered a B&B. It has complete facilities and is very close to Plitvice Lakes National Park, but you have to drive, it is still 10 kilometers away. The hotel is in a village near the national park.
