I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was exceptional – the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The cleanliness of the room and the entire hotel was impressive. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. I also appreciated the facilities provided, especially the pool, kids club, private beach which made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Excellent service. Before check in they call us to confirmed what times expected to check in. Im also requested to hv a pool view. Room cleanliness is superb. Huge smart tv in the room. Super delicious breakfast spreads. Staff is friendly some more. Definitely will stay again on my next terengganu visit.

It was a great experience all around. We stayed at Bumbung Type Room. The view from our room captured the wonderful view. We had our dinner at Nelayan Restaurant and I highly recommended the Australian Angus Sirloin Steak prepared by Chef Hadi. The breakfast was great with varieties of food to choose from.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming. My room was clean and comfortable. The bed was especially cozy. Breakfast options were good, and the food was fresh. The location was convenient, close to shops and restaurants. Will back again next time!

The hotel itself and it's location was great. The weather was sunny, making the water activity do-able and nice. Thanks for the hardworking lifeguard at the beach and attentive restaurant waiter/waitress. However, the service at the reception and manager handling a paid room upgrade should be improved further for a better guest experience. Not a 5-star experience. Lol. Hope they can improve on the communication and better room coordination. Marriott/Shangrila will do this in a much better way. Maybe it's me who put higher expectation on Taaras Is this resort deserve a repeat? Maybe NO. Anyway tq for the experience

An accommodation hotel that is very suitable for families to relax while having fun and climbing the hills of Keluang.

Great location. Reasonable rates. Good breakfast. Value for money. Only slight complaint would be that, for our suite, there was no central air-conditioning vent in the bedroom, only in the living room, so the bedroom was too warm and needed long time to be cool.

Plus points are: -Near to Mayang & KTCC mall (walking distance) - Drawbridge view - Friendly & helpful staffs & security guard - Breakfast ada Nasi Dagang - Spacious room with carpet Just so-so parts: -Cleanliness 7/10 - Hotel is quite old - No lift from basement to lobby -
