Mr. General Director Riadh and managing Mr. Sofian are always on the spot, with them you can talk and they do everything for your comfort and excellent rest. I apply photos with them on the last day at the hotel 🥰 Resepshn very professional, beautiful woman, unfortunately I don't know her name, always kind, the night shift manager helped me with an extra blanket, The staff member who helps with the baggage is very nice in communication. One word, directory and resepshne Cesar Thalasso does everything possible for guests, not in words, but in 👍 The rooms consist of quiet bungalow, excellent sound isolation, rooms after renovation, clean and new, decorated in an antique style, according to the name of the hotel, in them it is very pleasant to be! The Cesar Thalasso and Sunconnect hotel bar team are equally friendly 💖 The Cesar restaurant is great! A wonderful Tunisian chef is a cook who cooks hot dishes with you, a real genius! 😍He always has everything delicious and aesthetic served! There is the division of Italian cuisine. Señora chef is great! Take her pasta and hot dishes! Restaurant staff, from manager to waiters, are very kind! Good animation teams. Italian team at Cesar and Tunisian guys and girls at Sunconnect. Introduction I have been traveling since the age of 16 and I am 50, I have visited the best hotels in the world I stayed for 2 days and I can say that apart from the price of around 180 euros per night for a double room the hotel is not worth a 3 star rating. Positive aspects Very nice hotel from the outside, the magnificent lobby is very impressive but there is no value for money Room designed in the 70s with. Salty desalinated water!!! There is no hook in the shower for robes Sink knobs with hot written in French and cold written in English!! Fixed shower that doesn't move and you can't adjust the flow of water! For the lights in the room there is no general switch to turn everything off from the bed and therefore you have to get up to do it Room safe not working and you are forced to use the one in reception every time. Lack of simple things like an umbrella for customers in case of rain!!! Lack of enough sockets to charge cell phones and other things Bathtub without hydromassage Positives Friendly and helpful hotel staff Very good and plentiful breakfast

Very liked the hotel. Although it is very large and the people are a lot, that and liked, no one is crawling with its service. Big, careful area with beautiful green. To the beach 100 meters, but to go pleasantly on a shadowy track. The beach is good. Excellent food is diverse, fresh, with fruit, ice cream. The pool is small and not very beautiful, simple rectangle if anyone likes lying at the pool. But coming to Jerbo and lying at the pool is stupid

I am quite disappointed by the quality of the rooms in this hotel advertised as a 4 star. The staff and manager are lovely and very helpful. The hotel itself is very beautiful and well located. But no air conditioning even in the executive suite even though I paid an extra €50 for 3 nights. The 1st night in a standard room was not worthy of a 4 star. Damaged bathtub, no support for the shower head, no telephone, a poor quality mattress, questionable cleanliness, in short, not what I expected. The restaurant is simple and the dishes are always the same, but it's good. For my part, I will not go back. Too bad once again the hotel is beautiful but the rooms are not great.

The food was very good amd has a lot of variety all amenities are good staff are very kind and helpful but the Ac was always not working morning time feom 06:00 am to 13:00 And no wifi in the rooms

The room is clean, the service attitude is very good, the lobby is large, there is music, the fruit is delicious, you can't drink hot water without a kettle, and the environment is beautiful...!
