Hotels With Spa in Sarawak, Malaysia

Big spacious room with a bed huge enough to fit 3 or even 4 humans 😄. Check in was smooth, all friendly and attentive. The lobby smells good, but it would be nice if it smells like that all the way up to room. My short 2 nights stay was comfortable and relaxing.

Had a great time amazing service everybody’s really friendly the pool bar and Paul are both brilliant and will be staying there again probably every time

Hotel located a little quiet area. Chinese restaurant and many kopitiam shops around. Hotel room given was rather small. Although there were power points but it cannot fit the size of my plug so I had to use the only power point behind the TV. Chair was tall, table a bit low so a bit difficult to sit but I still use it nevertheless. One night was itching all over and had house cleaning to change the bedsheets. While the staff was changing, I realise the mattress protector was quite dirty. I m glad they responded quickly and change it. Was a pleasant sleep without itch after that. House keeping was very fast n helpful to attend to our needs. Generally it is a very nice place to stay despite some mentioned issues.

To be honest, I am very shocked to find out this hotel is currently under upgrading. You heard noice of drilling during day time. The family room that I was staying is abit dated. The dust on the bathroom counter top is missed. The small fridge is barely functioning ( not cool). Add to that, the hotel doesn’t offer complimentary parking for driving guests. Their basement carparks is closed for renovation. The reserved carparks in front of their hotel lobby entrance is reserved for their staffs! However, I have to say the services from the doorman, the security and the room cleaning crew are awesome. They are super polite and really accommodating. Always offer their generous smile s and helping hand. I wish these are the qualities of the check in front desk would have 😢 When I finally checked out, there is no expression of regret from the staff for the noice and inconveniences for the guests staying at the hotel at this renovation time. They should have offered me free stay or any token of appreciation. Nothing! I spend 3 nights staying at that hotel but not able to enjoy the staycation. Truly disappointed. I will never go back to Pullman anymore.

Stay here everytime come Miri. Ordered the room service chicken chop is nice & laksa sarawak ok boleh accept lah. Location is good. Parking available too. Comfotable bed.

I really love this resort 😍 everything is superb. The room is spacious and clean. Bed is comfy. Foods are delicious. Pool is big but a bit cloudy. My favourite part is the view. View is insane 😍 i got seaview and mountain view. I really love it !

My family enjoyed our stay in Mulu Marriott. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean though the hotel looks a bit old. Mulu Marriot is a great hotel to stay for all who wants a bit more luxury as well as adventure, as it is easily accessible by Hotel shuttle service to Mulu National Park. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Perhaps Mulu Marriott can improve on both the buffet breakfast, dinner or the ala-carte offerings on the menu. During the night, we had drinks in the bar/ lounge area. Service is good, but would recommend Marriott to have more games eg. UNO, board games or probably a pool table will be a nice addition. Thanks to Mulu Marriot shuttle service to airport and Mulu National Park, they are prompt and very friendly. Overall we enjoyed both our experience in Mulu Marriott and Mulu National Park. Thanks and continue to improve.

Breakfast has gone down the hill. Perhaps it could be weekday, hence there wasn’t much selection compared as before. The bed was comfy bt can see some dust on the board in front of the bed and bedroom floor feels sandy.
