I made the trip in search of fresh snow on the mountains, and it was a wonderful experience.
The food was also delicious, and I was very satisfied.
If I had to say one thing, it would be that you can't go to the hot springs in indoor footwear, so it's a good idea to bring sandals or something similar.
The hotel is about 10mins walk from the Yuzawa Station but there’s no shuttle bus service. All staff are friendly and helpful, except one young guy who never wants to help you to solve problems.
There’re karaoke and game room for kids and families. There’s also private hot bath available for those who don’t want to go to the public bath.
But for those with luggages, the hotel has no regular luggage storage after check out. They can only keep your luggage until 1pm on the day of check out.
Its a great hotel, with walking distance to echigo yuzawa station, 7 eleven and ski rental shop. It has great breakfast and spacious hotel rooms. Comfortable onsen and private onsen available, never forget the free ice cream and free supper (soya ramen). Great hospitality and worth the price.
Nice hotel withe rooms of various sizes. For me it was spacious enough. Bed was comfortable, would have liked one more cushion.
Room was clean an I liked that i could open the window. It was quite hot in the room because the heater was turned on. Even if i turned it off hot air came out.
Room was clean and had everything i needed. You can also get things at the front desk.
Breakfast was buffetstyle and really very good with a lot of choises, both Japanese, local and western.
Location was very convenient near the train station. About max a 5 minutes walk. Near the hotel there are a lot of places to eat or have a drink. At the station is a shopping mall.
I stayed here with my family for a ski trip. We had a great time in one room with six people from three generations of parents and children, and we were very satisfied.
We took baths both at night and in the morning, and because the steam from the baths didn't obscure the view, foreigners who are uncomfortable being naked probably wouldn't feel embarrassed.
The food was well-balanced and delicious. There wasn't a large selection, but everything was delicious.
I'd like to stay here again.
I stayed there last year, so I decided to stay there again this time. It's conveniently located in Niigata City, near the hot springs and not far from the station. I'd definitely stay there again if I have the chance.
In the old resort hotel, the waiter has a kind of old-fashioned and honest devotion. In order to book dinner, he called me five or six times to arrange and confirm. Because the hotel is halfway up the mountain, every meal I ate at the hotel. I ate French, shabushabu and Italian, and the standard was good. Hotel hot spring is the best hot spring in Japan in recent years. Akakura Sightseeing Snow Resort also feels more ancient and wild, and has a unique flavor.
It's in a great location for skiing, the rooms are spacious, and the food is plentiful and delicious.
However, it is a bit disappointing that meal time is limited.
Staff service is very good, very professional.
Ski rentals are available at the hotel, which is cheaper than ski resorts and other ski resorts.
Ski tickets at the hotel are also available at discounts.
There is also a special car transfer, when you see everyone waiting for the bus in a long queue, your special car is already waiting for you at the door, when it snows, feel warm.
It is only a 5-minute walk to Yuehou Tangyu Station and 7-11.
The hotel is equipped with ski rental and selling ski lift tickets around it. The price is cheaper than buying on the spot. Breakfast is good and the owner is friendly. Some rooms require public toilets. The train to the hotel is very alienated. There are no restaurants nearby. If you want to dine out in the city at night, you must relocate to the return train or take a taxi. I hope the hotel can install a washing machine.

1118837****The hotel is located a few hundred meters up the slope to the right after exiting Echigo-Yuzawa Station's west gate. I was immediately struck by the university upon leaving the station. Although the road was a bit slippery, I arrived at the hotel and checked in without a hitch. The breakfast was plentiful, and there are two free public hot springs and a private one (reservations required). Soaking in the hot springs after skiing was absolutely wonderful.

GGuest User#汤泽gala #越后汤沢 #汤泽gala #日式風浴 #滑滑 Oyujuku Nakaya, a traditional Japanese hot spring hotel, has courteous waiters and a 24-hour front desk. Even if you return to the hotel very late, there will be staff to greet you. They will try their best to arrange some requests, which is very humane. Although the hotel is a bit old, it is well-equipped, neat and clean, and the indoor and outdoor baths are also very comfortable. It is only a 10-minute walk to nearby restaurants. If you take the hotel's special car, it only takes 5 minutes to get to Gala Ski Resort or Echigo Yuzawa Station!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is in a great location, with a car rental company and a large supermarket across the street. There aren't many dining options nearby. There's a smoky yakitori restaurant and a Western-style hamburger place. Breakfast is simple and all-you-can-eat. There's a ********* lady at the front desk who speaks Chinese. It's close to the bus stop, and you can go up to the rooftop to watch the stars.

KKeyukeweisikeliweiIt is a family-style hot spring hotel for more than 160 years. It has been passed on by three generations of members of the family. It is a charming hot spring hotel with a view of Kamao Lake on Shinjuku Sado Island. The breakfast and dinner are delicious. The Japanese-style room is spacious and bright. We stayed for two nights and left the hotel. The hotel manager personally sent it by car. We went to the ferry, this stay felt comfortable and comfortable, thank you again for the store!
