"While not directly in the bustling areas like Nagoya Station or Sakae Station, which meant a bit more walking, I actually enjoyed the quieter atmosphere this hotel offered. The staff were friendly, and compared to many small hotel rooms in Japan, the spacious room and decent value for money were truly satisfying."

"The check-in process was a bit of a hassle. It was my first time staying at a motel in Japan, and I wasn't familiar with the procedures. When I got to the front desk, there wasn't a single staff member, which I understand, as motels are usually quite secluded. However, the front desk didn't provide any instructions on how to check in. I wandered around for a while before finally finding a phone next to the machine in the exit corridor (since the entry and exit corridors are separate). I tried calling it, and thankfully someone answered immediately. I told them I was there to check in, and someone quickly came to help me… This was a great experience, and I'm so glad I found that phone; otherwise, I don't know how long I would have had to wait to check in…"

Great
GGuest UserAs a long-standing five-star hotel, the facilities are very well-maintained, and the entire front office service is professional and rigorous. However, the housekeeping and cleanliness in the guest rooms don't quite match the hotel's overall standard. I stayed for 6 days and the dust on the bathroom light fixture was so obvious yet it wasn't cleaned. I won't even mention other details. The service quality from the South Asian staff needs improvement.
QQingnianlushuishangpiaoThe location is right above Nagoya Station, which makes it super convenient to go anywhere, and there are tons of food options nearby. The only downside is that it's a bit pricey, but other than that, everything's perfect, haha. It really depends on your personal preference, but if I were traveling with family, I'd definitely recommend this place.
Llai gorzMy stay at ESPACIO Nagoya Castle left a lasting impression, primarily due to the incredibly attentive and professional staff! From the moment we checked in, the service was exceptionally warm and welcoming. As foreign guests, we truly felt at home, thanks to their fluent English and Chinese, along with their thoughtful guidance. The hotel's interior is elegantly decorated, exuding an artistic ambiance. Whether in the lobby, restaurant, hot spring, or when staff were explaining room facilities, everyone always had a smile and readily attended to guests' needs. The hotel is conveniently located right next to Nagoya Castle, offering a peaceful environment, though finding dining options on the street at night can be a bit challenging.
The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but the food quality was remarkably high! I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for its 100% service and museum-like artistic atmosphere. While it's on the pricier side, it absolutely delivers an unforgettable experience! A huge thank you to all the staff for making our stay so wonderful. We'll definitely be back on our next visit to Nagoya!
XXiaozhuroubaoerThe facilities were a bit basic, plainer than I expected for a park hotel. The toiletries were quite simple. We booked the King theme, which was 200 yuan cheaper than the Pirate theme, but they felt pretty similar, with the same room layout and everything. The bunk beds were very narrow, only suitable for children under 10. No one informed us about the treasure hunt, and we almost missed it. There are very few dining and shopping options nearby, and even the vending machine items were much more expensive than in the city. Not great value for money. The kids loved it, though.
CCarina@Firstly, a big thank you to the front desk staff – they were really enthusiastic and had a great attitude. English communication was absolutely no problem. I went to the convenience store to buy bread and fruit but didn't have a knife. The front desk staff went to the restaurant to borrow a dining knife for me to cut the fruit (and it was already midnight!).
The room space was very generous, easily accommodating two large suitcases. For Japan, that's quite spacious. Although it's not directly connected to JR, and you might need an umbrella if it rains, the Fushimi station is very close, about a 5-minute walk. The only downside is the poorly designed bathroom, with water splashing out everywhere.
GGuest UserThe facilities are in good condition for their age, but the building is large and spacious. Parking is a bit far away, which can be a challenge. The room has the bare minimum of amenities, so there are no problems. The food was delicious and well-cooked, which was satisfying.
LLinglongruyuThe tranquil sea view and comfortable and clean hot springs are very suitable for families or solo travelers. It is close to the Takeshima Aquarium. Although there are not many delicious coffee shops nearby, the walking trail to the island and shrine is very convenient. The hotel is large, and the small shop downstairs will have various specialties from the Mikawa area. Because it is a traditional hot spring hotel, a bottle of ice water is provided every day, which is very thoughtful.
GGuest UserI stayed alone in a triple-bed room, but it was spacious and comfortable. I wasn't able to eat breakfast this time, but it was delicious the last time I had it. The breakfast area was also spacious, so I could eat without worrying about others. The lobby was also spacious and comfortable. I think it would be more popular if there was a large public bath on the top floor.
HHanmierdundaotaipinggongzhuBreakfast was quite plentiful. The hot springs offered stunning ocean views, with boats of all sizes passing by. Nearby, you could stroll along the beach, visit the lighthouse, and watch the sunrise. In winter, you could visit a nearby farm to pick strawberries.
DDouzi(qinmianfangzihua)The room is great, and it's a great place to see the sea and feel the beauty of the sea. I will go there again if I have the chance, and I will recommend it to my friends.
