I love 5 star hotels and have been to many and this one is one of the best especially the concierge was really helpful and helped me arrange all activities on my trip. It was a pleasure and breakfast was really good as well…

Excellent value for money. The staff were great, and the food prices were fair. They offer a very affordable shuttle service that connects to nearby supermarkets and restaurants. Highly recommended for short stays.

Stone away from most attractions Less than 30 mins drive to attractions, restaurants, night life places, market, the beach, etc. Very spacious. Excellent customer service. Very clean. Worth visiting. Great sea view. Worth staying in facilities. Easy drive to and fro the airport, less than 40 mins. Great for solo, couple, family, business, friends, etc.

The Reception asks to fill a form adding your full card details go be paid on 10 days which is risky to.leave your credit card details in a form and waiting. That shoukd be nade at once tobyour card through a card machine.

Location, room comfort, hotel condition I chose this hotel for its location.my late check-in and 3N stay was a very pleasant experience: comfortable bed and pillows, courteous and helpful staff, clean and generous sized room, plus professional service, efficiency and tranquility for business travel. Recommended!

The stay was brilliant.... I can't complain about anything... Friendly staff and great service from the time you walk in till the time you leave..... Thee availability of the staff that's on the premises to assist you is great... Not that it ever came to that point... Where it was needit to contact them late nite... Brilliant service that's definitely my new getaway spot from home.

Ctrip's price is cheaper than the hotel's official website price It’s better to live in a branded hotel than a B&B The hotel environment is very good, check in is very welcoming. The room we booked has a kitchenette with complete tableware. Try not to choose a hotel for dinner. The waiters are very slow. We arrived at the restaurant at 7:30pm and ordered 4 main courses. We waited for an hour and a half before eating them. Breakfast is about 225rnd per person, too few choices

Top experience to be in this vineyard! Beautiful and large room , with a very nice personnel! Welcome wine drink and very good food at the restaurant. From dinner to breakfast, a top choice! Will be back soon!

First, the bad points. I was worried for the first time in South Africa, so I contacted Marriott directly and asked him to pick me up at the airport. I had to go to the hotel by taxi on a strange land on my own. Of course I put a claim, but the reason was refreshing. I don't know if you apologize, but you could send it to the airport for free on the day of checkout. From here it is a good point, but I felt that the security around the Marriott Crystal Towers is very good around Cape Town. You can go directly to the shopping center called Canal Walk from the bridge behind the hotel. I was able to spend relatively peace of mind, so I recommend it if you care about security. The pool is small but you can see Table Mountain. However, the water in the pool was too cold. There are many types of breakfast and all you can drink coffee and you can take it home. By the way, Japanese did not communicate at all.
