Quite a lot of older folk staying at the hotel during my stay, however this did not bother me in the slightest. Clean room, friendly staff, and lovely breakfast. Great location- five minute walk (if even) to Playa Dolarada and shop across the road. Thank you.
Both the service and the room facilities are very disappointing. First, the waiting time for check-in was very long upon arrival. And I was not notified in time when the room was ready while I was waiting in the lobby. Second, the room facilities were very bad. The coffee pot was broken, the TV remote control was broken, the Bluetooth speaker in front of the bed was broken... all needed to be replaced... The lobby shuttle service was also very chaotic. In addition, the location is remote and there are few dining options, so this hotel is not a recommended hotel for guests who expect high-quality services.
Right on the waterfront. There was an upgrade to the room
Great plants and facility
Breakfast buffet great, but cafe not edible.
Lying on the pool chairs too close together... almost claustrophobic.
But otherwise everyone was very friendly
Breakfast rich standard room parents living on the balcony with a large round bath suite, a family of four, great, swimming pool, beach, kids, very happy, driving north, driving for about forty minutes, parking, free parking, must once again praise the sea view room really It’s the invincible big sea view, it’s wow~~~
We chose this resort based on the reviews and we weren’t disappointed. First time in Tenerife and we were so glad that we chose to stay here. Santa Barbara is a very nice resort with everything that it has to offer. We will be staying here again!
Magnicico albergo in posizione panoramica.
The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre and is located in the heart of the city centre. But certainly the 10 is for all your staff; for a small problem, I tried with several receptionists, the staff of dining rooms, room care, and the treatment and solution was excellent. I wish you had the opportunity (for price) to return at other times.

Not bad, although there were a few twists and turns, but the platform solved it! The scenery of the hotel is really good and beautiful. Two people can visit Yongchi Lake and the breakfast is better. British elderly people prefer this place when traveling!
SsoifayVery good hotel, excellent breakfast buffet, spa and gym very stocked and spacious, clean facilities and very attentive and friendly reception. Without a car, a little far from the central areas, but they have electric scooters at the entrance of the hotel.
DDouglas JamesWe arrived just as the hotel was subject to a power cut. The young guy receptionist took us to the room as our door keys would not work due to the electricity outage. The electricity came back on in reception about 5 minutes later but someone had to go room to room to reset each rooms supply. Some 2 hours later after having sat in the dark unable to unpack and several tracks to reception and being told we were priority we gave up and went out to dinner in the clothes we travelled in after a 4 hour 30 minutes flight. Other hotels were affected in the same street apparently.
Once this issue was sorted by the time we got back from dinner everything was great. Lovely breakfast, lovely room with Molton Brown shower gel, shampoo and hand soap and lotion. Lovely pool and no issue getting sun beds. Short walk to the beach and dunes but a lot of steps up and down. Also 10 minute walk to Yumbo shopping centre which had everything you needed from great shops to excellent restaurants and bars. Great place for LGBTQ to meet up and great place to people watch.
Definitely recommend
GGuest UserBooked a full board and food was up to expectations. However do note that drinks (alcohol, soft drinks and even water) are charged separately even under full board. The bed in the room was adequate and had a great unobstructed view of the coast.
AAnonymous UserThe apartment is very well located and with all services.
The staff treatment is 10, Kevin attended me at the entrance and solved me without problems an incident that I had.
The swimming pool is great, and the environment that is formed in it too.
PPablo Altvarg JuffeThe place is good, but maybe there are better hotels for the same price. Caleta de Fuste Beach is ideal for exploring the island because it is in the center of it, with a car you have 1 hour up and another hour down from this hotel to go to the best beaches. You can also relax on the hotel's beach with a very beautiful artificial pool made by the sea.

GGuest UserIt is a nice resort for a young family. Please note it is quite away from Playa de america beach and on a steep hill. We had our room at the top of the hill, almost felt like going up 4 floors to get to the room. Limited vegetarian options in hot food. This is quite common with any other resort in Canary Islands. So be ready to compromise on it.
We got 4 single beds. If you are a couple who need a double bed, this could be a problem 😉.
Parking is €5 per day although hotel is far away from beaches. This is something they should provide free. No option outside to park due to steep hill.
We requested to move our room lower as my wife has asthma but not much of luck.
CCoe2023The staff are very friendly but unfortunately the hotel is definitely not the 4 stars it claims to be. The bed/matresses are not 4 star quality, no amenities in the bathroom and very poor sound proofing (could hear conversations in room next door even with all doors/windows closed).
We stayed on an all inclusive basis and found the food selection to be very similar for the entire duration of our stay lacking variation.
Lastly, the evening entertainment will need to be improved. While this is not of great importance to us, I know that this is an important factor for many people seeking these types of accomodation/vacation.
