The hotel itself is nice- clean rooms and the staff were friendly and attentive. The pool is good (although very, very deep so not for kids) and the breakfast had a decent selection. The main problem we had was the noise! We were put in a room at the front of the hotel, the noise from the main road was constant and we couldn’t really use the balcony. It also made it difficult to sleep. We were also woken up multiple times by other guests who came in at all hours drunk, shouting, singing and clattering around. So if you’re planning to stay here my advice would be into request a room at the back of the hotel and take ear plugs!

The hotel is really good, the staff is friendly and they do everything possible to make your stay pleasant. However, the room did not have a double bed but two comfortable single beds all the same. But the most annoying thing is the simple glazing and the curtains which let in light. For a four star and quite surprising but the stay still went well and the kindness of the staff really adds to a satisfactory experience, thanks to their daily work! Ps: don't hesitate to have breakfast, it's buffet style and it's really good! In addition, if you have to take the plane the next day before the buffet opens, you will be entitled to a good pic-nik prepared by them ☺️

Short leisure trip with my sister. The location was perfect, not too far from the airport and around a slowish stroll of 20 minutes to the centre. We did use taxis on the way back, depending on how many bars we’d found ! Nice sized room, it’s modern, uncluttered and white, big tick. It was still hot, so loved a cheeky dip on the terrace and dry off in the sun. This was a hassle free holiday, perfectly placed for sightseeing and shopping.

A large selection of various products, unfortunately the coffee from the coffee machine is not very good. A big advantage is the very close distance to the beach.

The room was nice, there was everything you needed (including a toothbrush, shampoo...), the bed was comfortable and the heating/air conditioning also worked. The shower could be a little cleaner. The service at reception was friendly and accommodating. Very nice location, close to the water, nice pool area. You can quickly walk into the city. And the airport is not far either.

The 24-hour front desk is excellent, since the plane was delayed and I got to the hotel well after midnight. Breakfast is good, vegetables, fruits in variety. There is a swimming pool and the beach is also not far away. The room is large, spacious and clean!

The service of the hotel is very good, because it was my birthday and honeymoon to say hello in advance, the hotel specially arranged the room for us. The service attitude of the hotel staff was super good, and the staff at the front desk gave us a lot of travel suggestions. The hotel is directly close to the sea, and it is very close to the city center. The old town and the seaside are basically walkable. Other areas can rent a car and set off on their own. If you have any needs, you can ask the front desk. There aren't many taxis, but they all have strongholds, which are located near the downtown harbor. I would 100% tell you to AVOID this place. One of the bartenders stole my AirPods whilst I dipped in the pool for no longer than 5 minutes, I knew who had them because I could track them on my phone and once I confronted him him proceeded to run out of the hotel. The manager did nothing to help me and took his side. I then waited for the bartender to turn back up and set the alarm off on the air pods and it went off in the man’s pocket where he was then forced to give them back. And after all of this the manager STILL took the mans side and did nothing for me. Do not go there your belongings WILL be stolen from you.

The hotel pool is nice, with indoor and outdoor facilities, but when we went, the weather was still a bit cold, so it was useless. The room was clean, with a balcony, and it was very close to places to eat on foot.

The hotel is strategically located, a quiet place in the middle of the hustle and bustle, not far from the bar corridor and commercial street, and not far from the seaside. The reception at the hotel's front desk is warm, the interior decoration is modern, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is rich.

We found the hotel, rooms and dining were all very good. The staff were very helpful and eager to please, especially the very attentive security guard who looked after our bikes in the car park. You can catch a direct bus to Palma from right outside the hotel. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the beach, bars and restaurants. The only caveat I would have is make sure this hotel is for you. This is, to an extent, a party resort and the hotel reflects this. The guests were predominantly groups of single males, of all ages , with the odd hen party. There was a lot of late night/early morning noise and drunken singing and the bar was often raucous although we never saw any loutish or aggressive behaviour. Just people having a very good time. If you are looking for a relaxing family holiday or romantic getaway I would recommend you consider other hotels.

A good four stars. Hotel close to the airport (taxi 14 euros, no ubers in Mallorca). I was lucky enough to have a terrace room (first floor room) where you walk from your balcony directly onto the terrace overlooking the pool. I reckon these rooms are best unless you're obsessed with a sea view in which case go above 5th floor. Hotel breakfast is good- lots of choice. Also an inexpensive cafe / bar on poolside with very friendly staff. The hotel was peaceful when we were there- slept well and beds pretty comfortable. Very very close to the beach- 3 mins walk - and then you're on the beachfront which has an almost unlimited abundance of restaurants, cafes and bars. One cautionary note about the restaurants nearby - be careful with the reviews many look to be inflated / fake so choose carefully. Lots of mini-supermarkets - the best within 5 mins walk is carrefour express.

Absolutely amazing staff at this hotel. I stayed here last week for 4 night and 5 days with some friends to celebrate my 50th birthday. From the Reception staff, to the room cleaners, the waiters they were all so lovely and friendly and nothing was a problem. Breakfast was amazing and when we ate in the restaurant that was gorgeous too. There was a singer on one night on the terrace which we also thoroughly enjoyed. Special shout outs to a blonde haired lady in Reception who was especially helpful and one waiter ( a lovely man with a shaved head) in particularly who kept our table for us when we went to get sorted in our rooms when the singer was on. (Thursday 25th July.) Really central to access everywhere and added bonus of the Artwork. We would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone.. Lisa, Anna, Jo and Linds.

The staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful - exceptional. Hotel is in a great central location. The hotel's restaurant isn't currently open, but there were plenty of local places to get breakfast and meals out. The room was comfortable and very clean (with a fridge which was handy). Soller itself was an ideal base for our walking holiday, with efficient and cheap bus routes out to many destinations.

I highly recommend this accommodation!!!!!!! As soon as I entered, the sound came out!!!!!! Of all the places I stayed, I liked it the most. The view was amazing!!!! This is especially a sunset restaurant. The accommodation is located at the top of a mountain, and when you go by car, the road is very tight, so you have to drive slowly. I guess this is why you need to rent a small car!!! Breakfast was delicious! You have to make a reservation for dinner, and overall the food was delicious! If you don't make a reservation, you look like the woman from Snowpiercer. The female employee sighs and looks upset. I'm not good at English, but she even gave me a kusari because I couldn't understand it.^^ I almost pretended to eat while eating. It must be my fault for not being able to speak English, right?!! Other than this, all of the hotel staff were lovely and friendly!! I said I know the original review well, but I'm leaving it because I hope you don't end up in a situation that makes you feel bad like I did!!!

It was so good! It was a dreamlike hotel. Because it's an annex, I have to walk to the swimming pool and breakfast, but the road is so beautiful, so it's another pleasure The staff were so friendly and the service was good 👍🏻 If I go to Palma again, I'll go again. I recommend having breakfast and spending a long time at the hotel.

Very clean, very charming hotel. Stayed on a B&B basis, which breakfast was a very high standard every day. Lunch time bar food was also very good, and a well stocked bar. The pool area is not large, but every day had a lovely position by the pool to sunbath, but also shade should you need it. A five minute walk takes you to the harbour front, and on your walk there are supermarkets, and a pharmacy. Restaurants and bars are amazing and a good price range for every budget. Would definitely return as it is picture perfect.

We were informed that we could not go all inclusive (as the rep said that this was not an offer) but on seeing what I believe to be the all inclusive lunch anyway - dry bread, a few meats and cheeses - it would not have been worth the while. With regards to drinks, I bought mine from the shop along the street and kept them in the fridge! There is also a wonderful baguette shop along the road and the food there was amazing. The downfall was the transfer from the airport - taking an hour and forty minutes instead of twenty five minutes, and driving down the same road at least twice. (TUI) We were in the annexe to the hotel which was disappointing, (up in a lift for three floors, then three left turns, and then another lift for three floors. My mother is aged 95!) and then in my room, I had wires sticking out of the ceiling where the fan should have been. My bathroom expel air did not work at all. My room air conditioning took three days to work. The balcony lights did not work at all. To top it all off, when we got up at 3:30am to leave, we had NO lights at all, and I was told by the lady on reception to use my mobile phone as a torch. Very unhelpful. However, it is a beautiful place and unlike the other end of the area which is like a little Britain and I would have been very upset had we have stayed there instead. Also to mention, beware that when booking through TUI, you have to pay for your seats on the plane, and then on arrival at the hotel you need to pay a community charge - ours came to just under £40.

It is an apartment-type hotel with kitchen facilities. First of all, the pool is very well-made and the accessibility to the beach restaurant is good. Among the restaurants, the restaurant called Amour? (the most luxurious of them) is still memorable because it provides really delicious food and service without having to go to other restaurants. The room is not that good, but considering the accessibility to the sea and the surrounding environment, it is okay!

Terrible Experience at Hotel Playas del Rey majorca– Avoid! My family and I stayed at Hotel Playas del Rey in Santa Ponsa from August 19th to 25th, and it was by far the worst hotel experience we've ever had. This hotel is completely rundown, dirty, and in desperate need of renovation. The room we stayed in was filthy—ceiling leaks, broken furniture, and dirty bathrooms were just the start. Pillows and blankets were in terrible condition, and we even found cockroaches in the room. The dust in the room was so bad that it triggered my daughter's asthma, leaving her unwell for the rest of our stay. Despite complaining to the manager, nothing was done to address these issues. On top of the room conditions, basic services were lacking. Towels for the swimming pool had to be paid for, which is ridiculous. The breakfast was included in our booking, but it was an absolute disaster. We had to walk to another road for breakfast, and once there, the selection was terrible. The place was dirty, with only one overwhelmed lady trying to serve everyone. The food options were practically non-existent. To make matters worse, I requested a late checkout and offered to pay for it. The rooms were empty, but the staff still refused, showing a complete lack of customer care. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The positive reviews and photos online are completely misleading. It’s shocking how poorly maintained this hotel is, and how little the staff seems to care about their guests' well-being. Avoid at all costs!
