Very good experience, comfortable beds, everything clean, good food, the only thing was the internet signal that did not reach well, I was on the ninth floor, everything was ideal in the room but when I wanted to connect it was difficult for the phone and the television to pick up the signal. Internet signal, that's my only complaint.
The area near Playa de Palma is a resort hotel village.
There are a lot of accommodations along the very long beach.
If I go again, I'll go to the resort closest to the sea.
This place is one block from the sea, so I couldn't see the sea.
And since the resorts are all attached, they all have evening performances, right? So it's noisy at night. Actually, there are no performances at this hotel.
And it’s close to the airport… . It's a bit far from downtown Palma, so I have to take a bus... If you want to see Palma, it would be better to find accommodation in Palma.
The sea in Playa de Palma is pretty and there are a lot of people.
And the hotel itself is clean and comfortable. The room is white and neat. I liked the room condition. The reception was friendly. The swimming pool is very small, so don't expect much. The breakfast was so-so.
Not bad in the Playa de Palma area if you don't have many options left.
I don't like to give all 5 stars in my rating, but in the case of this hotel I can't help but give it. I've been going here for several years and the hotel is getting better and better. Thanks to all the staff and special thanks to Linda! Everything works well. This year it's even better than last year. The restaurant has changed a lot for the better. Special thanks to the chef!
Amazing Hotel, Very welcoming staff.
Room are small especially the shower but can’t let this spoil the rest of the hotel.
Breakfast choice and quality was one of the best for a buffet offering.
Overall, we felt very comfortable in the hotel. It was clean and the service was good. All of our requests were fulfilled, such as renting a parasol or having breakfast outside of regular hours. The location is very central and a few meters from the beach. The hotel also had several pools and roof terraces that were very pleasantly designed. Our room also had a sea and city view with a spacious balcony. The room furnishings were functional and the bed was very comfortable (king size plus). The breakfast was varied, there was a good selection of fresh fruit, and the coffee was also very good. Most of the guests were English, but the atmosphere was relaxed and uncomplicated. We would definitely recommend the hotel.
The hotel is a bit far from the center but bus line 4 takes you there. The reception staff is super nice and friendly, they help you or provide the information you need, it's the best thing about the hotel.
You can have a clothes iron by leaving a deposit of 20 e that will be returned to you on the day of departure.
The rooms are quite old and smell musty mixed with humidity. It is quite cold in the bathroom as it has an open crack that leads directly to the street and cannot be closed or covered. It's a shame because the rooms have a lot of potential if they did a little renovation.
The views from the terrace of the hotel are wonderful to the port.
We had a lovely stay for our anniversary. The staff were so lovely and made us feel special from the moment we walked through. The room, reception and outside area were clean and in excellent condition. We honestly would have been happy to just stay in the hotel by the pool. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby which helped and great buses into Palma and the airport made our stay convenient. We would highly recommend.
I really really like this hotel. It has a beautiful environment and the room has a direct view of the dance floor. When there is a party, you must book this hotel. You can go in and out at any time and go back to the room to drink water and wine. It's great. When there is a party, a bottle of beer downstairs costs 18 euros, and a bottle of water costs about 1 euro. But if you stay in a club room, when you check in, the front desk staff will tell you that you can buy your own drinks and take them back to the room before the party starts.
The hotel is well-located, offering easy access to both the vibrant nightlife of Ibiza Town and the tranquil beaches nearby. The lobby and common areas are elegantly designed, giving a warm and welcoming first impression. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities you’d expect from a hotel of this caliber. The bed was cozy, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which allowed for a restful sleep.

GGuest UserIt has a great place for reaching anywhere including the airport. My room was really clean and well organized, plus staff was very kind. One of staff explained all of things and she let me know that walking street at night is safe and where are great places for going to bar and restaurants
GGuest UserExcellent Family Stay in Ibiza with Minor Areas for Improvement
Our family recently enjoyed a wonderful 4-night stay at this 5-star hotel in Ibiza as part of a week-long holiday. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our experience and would highly recommend this hotel to other families visiting the island.
What We Loved:
Convenient Location: The hotel's proximity to the airport was a significant plus, making our arrival and departure smooth and hassle-free, especially when traveling with family.
Impeccable Cleanliness: We were consistently impressed with the high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel, from our room to the common areas. This attention to detail truly enhanced our stay.
High-Quality Food: The quality of the ingredients used in the hotel's restaurants was evident in every meal. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious and fresh food on offer.
Exceptional Staff Service: The staff members we encountered were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Their dedication to providing excellent service made us feel very welcome and well taken care of.
Areas for Improvement:
Restaurant Staffing: During peak meal times, we noticed that the main restaurants seemed understaffed, which unfortunately led to queues. Addressing this issue would significantly improve the dining experience for all guests.
Limited Daytime Activities: While this may have been due to our visit being in the off-season, we felt that there could have been more activities offered during the day to keep guests entertained.
Spa Inclusivity: We were a little disappointed that access to the spa was not included in the main room price, nor was there an option to add it as part of our package. Offering this as an inclusion or an add-on option would be a great enhancement.
Negative Aspects to Report:
We genuinely did not encounter any negative aspects during our stay.
Overall:
Despite the minor areas for improvement mentioned above, our family was extremely satisfied with our stay at this hotel. We believe that if these points are addressed, future guests will undoubtedly have an even more exceptional experience. We would certainly consider staying here again on our next visit to Ibiza.
SSmurki0oExceptional Business Stay at PortBlue Pollentia – A Perfect Balance of Productivity and Relaxation
I recently had the pleasure of staying at PortBlue Club Pollentia Resort & Spa in Alcudia for a business trip, and I can confidently say it exceeded all expectations. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, relaxing, and incredibly well-suited to balancing work and well-being.
Facilities & Comfort:
The resort offers a unique blend of tranquility and professional amenities. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with a comfortable desk space and fast, reliable Wi-Fi – essential for any working traveler. The ambiance was quiet and calming, perfect for focused work sessions between meetings or calls.
Meeting & Work Spaces:
Although I didn’t host formal meetings, the resort offers excellent quiet zones and informal seating areas where I could take video calls and work without distraction. The staff was also more than accommodating in helping me find suitable spots to work comfortably.
Dining & Service:
The buffet and à la carte dining options were impressive, offering healthy and diverse choices to keep me energized throughout the day. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile – whether it was arranging early breakfast or helping with printing documents.
Wellness & Location:
After long working hours, the resort’s spa, gym, and pool facilities were an absolute highlight. Being able to unwind with a swim or a sauna session made a huge difference in managing stress during the trip. The location, set between the bay and natural park, added an extra level of peace and beauty.
Overall:
PortBlue Pollentia isn’t just a leisure destination – it’s also an ideal base for business travelers seeking comfort, efficiency, and a touch of luxury. I wouldn’t hesitate to return for either work or leisure and highly recommend it to professionals looking for a productive yet restorative environment in Mallorca.
DdavylegrandHotel Bendinat in Mallorca is one of those rare gems that feels like a home away from home. Having stayed here multiple times over the years, I can confidently say that it offers a perfect blend of understated luxury, Mediterranean charm, and tranquility.
The location is simply unbeatable—perched right on the coastline, with stunning views of the turquoise waters of the Bay of Palma. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea is something I look forward to every time I visit. The hotel’s lush gardens, with their towering palm trees and cozy lounge areas, create an atmosphere of total relaxation.
The rooms are elegantly designed in a classic Mediterranean style, with whitewashed walls, wooden accents, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Many of them come with private terraces, perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening. While the décor is timeless, the hotel has managed to maintain a fresh and well-kept feel over the years.
One of the highlights of every stay is dining at Las Terrazas de Bendinat, the hotel’s restaurant. Sitting right by the sea, it offers some of the best seafood dishes on the island. Their paella and grilled fish are a must-try, and the service is always warm and attentive. There’s nothing quite like enjoying a long, leisurely lunch with a view of the shimmering water.
Another reason I keep coming back is the atmosphere—Hotel Bendinat is peaceful, refined, and never overcrowded. Unlike larger resorts, it maintains a boutique, exclusive feel. Whether you’re lounging by the pool, taking
Jjk_j9They upgraded me to a room facing the sea.
The service was good and the price was quite good.
If you have the opportunity to stay again, this is a hotel I would definitely recommend.
Ssweet hubbyBest location close to best beach, good food ,good reception staff ,good communication,
Cleaning just okay, no kettle, no iron, no welcome water should be provided because after travel area is not familiar and also stores not opened
GGuest UserAs of June 2025, the hotel is in very good condition. This is a higher-quality than average hotel, although not luxury. Finishings, designs, rooms and maintenance are higher/better than usual. The pool/pathways areas are impecable. Bushes perfectly trimmed, not a leave or fallen flower on the floor. Beautiful and cared for daily. June is a great moment to come to Mallorca as it is already very warm/hot enough to crave pool and beach but not hot enough you don't want to walk around. Also, the amount of people is very reasonable. Come July/August, things change and crowds make everything less enjoyable. Front is nice and helpful and the breakfast buffet (in my case I paid for the immense convenience) fantastic.
The beach is a 3-minute walk from the side exit door, just crossing the main street. The beach is fantastic, clean and it barely has any weeds. However, although we did not have issues to find a space, I don't want to be there in July/August as there are around 100 ft from water to the back and I bet it will be more difficult to find a space with a crowd. Hotel location is great as it is right in the main street with plenty food and the typical ”everything” stores within walking distance. We stayed 5 days and didn't need to take the car to go have dinner. The rate was also higher than average but there are plenty reasons why it is fair. Overall, very happy with the stay and every aspect of the hotel.
GGuest UserI booked a double room with a sea view for single use for one night in the eight-story hotel without breakfast. I knew the hotel from driving past. It doesn't look very appealing from the outside, but it's surprising when you enter. Everything looks freshly renovated and clean. The staff at reception were very friendly. I had a room on the 7th floor and was very satisfied. The hotel is in the second row, the beach and promenade are just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel, which, like its sister hotels Pamplona and Caballero, also located on Playa de Palma, belongs to the BG group, has a spa and sports area and a small indoor pool. I didn't eat any meals. There are only a relatively few German channels on the TV, the most important of which are ZDF, RTL, Vox, 3 Sat, ZDF Info, RTL 2. Das Erste and 3 programs are missing.
Positive: I forgot my tablet in the room. The chambermaid found it and honestly handed it in at reception. I picked it up a day later. Thank you for your honesty!
GGuest UserPicked this hotel after reading reviews it is like being in a Art Gallery it really is a fantastic place to stay really really clean fabulous selection of food at breakfast so you should find something to eat
And very friendlyand helpful staff
We were not there long enough to make the most of whats on offer but we did tell the staff we will be back for a longer stay its 9.5 out of 10 this time 👍
GGuest UserThe hotel is located just a short stroll down the hill to the beach and port. The reception is beautiful and the service at check in was exceptional. The room on the top floor had sensational views out to the beach beyond and through the trees. At was peaceful to sit out there both in the evening and the morning. The rooms are a little dated as other reviewers say but they are very clean and have everything we needed for our stay. The bathroom is tiny in the basic double and the shower was not the best. The rooms could do with refurbishing in line with the rest of the hotel which is modern and decorated beautifully. We opted for half board and were disappointed with the vegan options available on the buffet dinner. The chefs were very helpful in assisting us with our requirements. All we could have was rice, chips and salad. Not the greatest variety of options for vegans. The waiting staff were not great which did affect our dining experience a little. Overall the hotel is beautiful, the staff (except the waiting staff) are exceptional and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
