We had amazing stay at sheraton belitung. Hotel has the best beach in the whole island. Staffs are amazing, very friendly very helpful. Food are very good especially seafood market night. Big room.  excellent service thank you to staffs: Mr Azi, Mr Aras, Ms Prisye, Ms Levia and all other staffs for delivering excellent service

1. Doorbell not function 2. Lobby still under renovation 3. Swimpool circulation wasnt on,the pool ended very dirty 4. Chair was broken,resulted my husband fell from the chair 5. Floor inside room some dirty found  6. Water flooded outside the bathing area 7.beach in the morning was in very low tide,couldnt swim in the beach 8. The ocean not as good as in tanjung tinggi or tanjung kelayan 9. Restaurant options only 1 (next to hotel),far from anywhere,no public transportation nor taxi or uber or grab

Staffs are generally nice and helpful. Breakfast is normal, cleanness of restaurant needs to be improved. There are many flies there, I also saw a mouse running around in restaurant.

Everything was good.location also good. Roof top menu was limited .mushroom soup tasteless only cream.

Better request room w/out connecting door, if u dont want to hear noises from the next room
