Probably the best hotel you can ever get at this price in Denmark! The room is spacious, clean, the hallway and front is well-designed, everything spells top notch and comfortable! The customer service was helpful and friendly. We wish we could have stayed more nights here. It's 20mins to center via metro, one stop away from a rather big mall with a hypermarket (or 15mins walk). It's also near a nice eatery and a supermarket. The area is not that developed yet so it's not so crowded and noisy. Love this place.

Scandic Spectrum Hotel is located in a very nice location in Copenhagen. Although hotel is very new, facilities are are poor, rooms are small and very packed, Fortunately we could change our room and get a slightly bigger and better room.
In the advertisement of Trip.com, it was mentioned about the swimming pool but we found it wasn't included with room price and should be paid!
Breakfast was good but not with many options.
It seems this hotel is used for conferences and it was very crowded!
Generally it was good although it was below 4 star that was mentioned by Trip.com!

This was the best hotel I've ever stayed in. I arrived to Copenhagen pretty early and intended to explore the city straight away. Unfortunately it was raining A LOT that day, so I went to the hotel instead and was able to check in as soon as I got there (around noon). Got a room with spectacular seaside view, very clean and cozy. Breakfast was delicious, and it really is a 15 min walk to the airport.
We went to the hotel by car. There is a long way to the hotel. If you take public transportation, you have to walk a lot to get in. Halfway through the drive, you will see the horse farm and the residents who are riding horses, and you will arrive at the hotel after you pass through the stalls. This hotel is also famous for its own golf club, and there are many members depending on the number of parking lots.
The castle hotel itself is actually not big. The first floor is mainly a restaurant of decent scale, a guest lounge, and of course a conference hall. The middle terrace on the second floor is actually another restaurant, which can be reserved for businessmen to start a buffet lunch. You can go up and take a look or take pictures when you are not in the dining time.
Regarding the rooms, it should be noted that regardless of whether the room type has an auxiliary building or not, as long as it has a balcony or a terrace, it is in the auxiliary building. The main building, which is the only white building, all rooms have no balcony and terrace, including luxury suite.
We ordered a room with a terrace, which is actually on the first floor of the annex building next to it. The terrace is a small garden where the back door goes out, but it is not all enclosed. Anyone can walk in directly from the outside. Of course, we have not encountered such a problem. Reasonable people who came directly to sit on our terrace sofa, but it is undeniable that this terrace is a bit disappointing. We also asked the hotel about this, because there is no annex building next to this room type, and the response we got is that the main building and the annex building are connected by underground passages, so all are counted as castles even if the ground looks separated and the colors are different. There was no alternative, we accepted this explanation. We tried the underground passage and it was a bit detour, but it was really convenient on rainy days, but it was very unsuitable for carrying luggage, so our luggage was parked directly at the entrance of our annex building and then moved in.
The hotel’s breakfast is more traditional, it is a cold meal. There are not many varieties and it looks exquisite. If you need scrambled eggs, you need to ask the waiter. It is recommended to sit down and look at the menu on the table before deciding. Different egg methods have a difference between a charge and no charge. Although it is almost the same thing, we came up because we did not read the menu blindly and listen to the waiter’s introduction, and we were not told to charge. I'll be a little dumbfounded in the future. But the taste is good. I personally don't like the whole cold meal. It may be the Chinese stomach can't stand it, so it is recommended to order a scrambled egg for no extra charge.
Generally speaking, the room is exquisite, the toilet is slightly small but the retro style is very good, the writing desk is special and style I like it, and it is worth mentioning that I asked the front desk for hot water, and then gave me one Come over with a hot water kettle. As a Danish hotel that generally does not have a hot water kettle, this is worth extra points.
The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was very rich.
The day we stayed just in time for the snow, the hotel in the snow scene is like a castle in a fairy tale, so beautiful.

Neat enough old hotel in the heart of Copenhagen near all things of interest, we enjoyed being able to walk out and find food, transport, parks and shops close by. The hotel itself is a classic old Copenhagen building which shows its age and while I'm sure some find it charming, I would say it's a bit below the standard you come to expect from more modern buildings. The staff was friendly and wanted to accommodate us although the cleaning staff seemed so into their own business that they wouldn't even notice us as we tried getting into the hotel's single elevator, rushing in before us so we almost collided as it didn't seem they were gonna come back inside the lift having just exited. No polite apologies either and on top of that the hallway was at almost all times we came through them, day or night, full of trolleys with used towels, jackets hanging on random hooks and generally just felt cluttered. Don't know if this was on all floors but it gave a weird impression disorder walking through the already-creaky hallway.
As for the room itself, it covered our needs and we didn't have issues with noises from other guests other than those walking through the hallway but at least the walls, floor and ceiling didn't cause disturbance. The beds were a little too soft for our liking and left us feeling sore the day after. Also a shame we didn't get the double-bed we had requested during the booking process. Somehow they mixed that up and reception staff didn't seem to know what our booking involved when we showed up. We decided the twin beds provided could be pushed together instead and leave it at that as we had been up at 4 in the morning and were exhausted. A final note on the room would be the weird furniture choices. You get these bed side tables that look like a school kid's wood working project, kind of rough around the edges and felt very cheap and sort of sloppy from a decorating point of view. In contrast, the reception cafe has a wonderful interior and is very charming so I was a fair bit disappointed that the room gave me this impression.
All in all, the hotel covered the features it should but I had really expected better from the impression I got when making the booking originally. Location is, however, enough of a pull to make up for the negative aspects. Perfect location for sightseeing and access everywhere.

Walking from metro with heavy luggages is not easy because of thecCobber road.
Room is noisy. I can hear ppl talking from the room next to us.
And disappointingly they gave us a room on the 1st floor with no view for a 3 nights stay.

RRainbowXHThere should be more accurate information about the distance between the Central Station and the Hotel. It must be more than 3km, or at lest feels like this, especially when walking through the narrow and bumpy streets full of people on Saturday evening. Also, it would be nicer if the Hotel stops emailing me so many times before my check-in and after my checkout.
SSin YeeThe hotel is divided into two buildings. Since I booked two rooms and brought an elderly man, I regret that the front desk separated us, which were rooms in 1 and 2 buildings. The front desk said that the hotel has Full Booking, but I still see online sales.
In addition to this problem, the room is small but very comfortable. The sound insulation is slightly worse. If the upper-level residents walk around, they will hear the sound of wooden floors. But I am lucky that the upper-level residents are of high quality and make me feel very comfortable. The hotel is very close to the Central Railway Station and it is very convenient to reach any attraction.
颜颜诗芮This hotel is highly recommended. Whether it is from the location of the hotel, quality of service, infrastructure, it is perfect! My mom heard that Ctrip can write reviews, so let me write a good comment. The breakfast is quite rich and picturesque. The room is large, there are a lot of compartments, and the hotel is also quite thoughtful. Only you can't think of it, without them being prepared, I think I should be able to satisfy all kinds of discerning guests. In the winter, you can also have a fireplace. It’s really burning wood. My mom's favorite is the garden next to the hotel. It is free to enter the hotel. It is really super beautiful, all kinds of flowers, various amusement facilities, various restaurants, my mom has to go shopping every night. The hotel is in the center of the city, the traffic is very convenient, just buy something to walk, no need to take a taxi, what brand can be found around it. Maybe its appearance is not so conspicuous, but walking into the hotel will really shock you. I am also a very picky person, this hotel really makes me quite satisfied, strong Amway, very worthy of its price, do not hesitate.
