"Excellent customer service! Beautiful hotel and room. The room was comfortable, quiet and very comfortable bed. Great pools to relax after a long hot day out. I really liked the honey shower gel and extras. I would definitely stay in hotel hacienda again without a doubt. "

XXiqueermamaI really like this old hotel, the perfect location, the Buddha and the warm service, the Mexican service is really very good. The executive floor is set, and those snacks and coffee breakfast are free. The service is really great, people can't help but tip more.

CCanSwedeThe hotel was well-located and the staff were kind. Unfortunately, the shower drain was not properly installed and sewage gases would fill the whole hotel room. The hotel cleaners tried to mask the odour by liberally spraying a room deodorizer. The pool, although shallow, was perfect for cooling off.

Amazing
GGuest UserSerenity all around, meticulously designed, very quiet and lush greenery. Impeccable service except for maybe the velocity of concierge communication. The privacy and quietness of the Casitas and the quality of their design are matched only by a very limited amount of properties worldwide.

GGuest UserBy far the best hotel experience we ever had!
Amazing staff, very nice rooms and amenities, but the best part is that the wild animals living in the hotel area. We loved everything about the hotel and eventhough it is expensive, worth it.

AAnonymous UserThe truth is, it's a very nice place, the cave is fabulous, the water is very good. The hotel is a little less spacious than I thought it would be. The staff is friendly and very attentive to your needs. Regarding the location, it's fine. I have no complaints in general... I only had one problem... one night, upon entering my room, I noticed a very strong smell of urine or cat poop, I don't know. I mentioned it to the front desk, and their response was evasive... the lady argued that what smelled like that was the material the ceilings are made of... that was unbelievable... I didn't like this. In any case, there should have been more complaints, and according to what the front desk told me, there weren't. I complained, we sat down to dinner and when we came back it didn't smell anymore...what they did we don't know 🙂↔️ I think they must have forgotten to pick up the kittens' waste....This was unpleasant... I still liked it except for this...

GGuest UserGreat hotel with wonderful breakfasts and popsicles. Bit of an odd location, neither central nor near the Paseo de Montejo

GGuest UserThis boutique hotel looks good in every angle, and well designed so there’s lots of privacy. Staff were super nice.

Aamigo126Breakfast is different tomorrow, very rich. The location is also very good, just five minutes walk to the center of the square. Day trips can be booked directly at the hotel reception.
