The hotel location is bit far from Masjidil Haram. The room and view are wonderful. The amenities are also provided as per guess requirement. But, the mattress is medium to hard, not suitable for me.

I stayed there in the same year it opened, 2023, and honestly, I was blown away by the hotel's luxury, location, the service of the staff, the overall tranquility, and the wonderful rooms. Even the food was excellent; I consider it the best I've had so far. Even if you don't stay there, I highly recommend trying Patras Restaurant. Since it was my first stay in the hotel in 2023 and I was so impressed, I went back and booked a room for my friend to try it, and I will definitely visit and stay there

The hotel was great, clean, and staff is extremely welcoming & helpful… the location of the hotel is a bit far from the masjid al-Haram, however, the hotel has their own buss waiting right outside the hotel lobby operating 24/7 to drop you to Sheb Amer bus station… also the bus waits for you in section A platform C-23

Had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick Makkah. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located within walking distance of Masjid Al-Haram. Breakfast offered a great variety of delicious food, and the room was spacious with excellent housekeeping. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Makkah!

I booked a room with a full view, but I had issues with the room and asked for a different one. They promised to change it and call me, but I never received anything, nor did anyone bother to call and apologize for not fulfilling their promises. It was a bad experience in terms of service. However, the location is the most important thing, as it's close to the Haram, which is what I needed.

The reception area and the number of staff are completely inadequate for a hotel of this caliber. The staff themselves are friendly, but the waiting time to check into the rooms is far too long.
