AAnonymous UserEverything exceeded my expectations.
Every detail revealed the ******* culture.
Religion, humanities, nature.
Inheritance, dissemination, trend.
All were perfectly achieved.
Songtsam Linka Shangri-La, you did it.
I hope you continue to thrive.
Staying at the hotel, what caught my eye was Yunnan's largest ******* Buddhist monastery, Ganden Sumtseling Monastery.
When the sun rose,
I opened the window.
The first ray of morning sun shone upon Sumtseling Monastery.
Sacred and pure,
it cleansed the heart of every beholder.
Songtsam Linka has many treasures: a museum, a ******* spa, a ******* carpet museum, three distinct restaurants (Chinese, *******, and Western – all tried and all delicious), an Arc'teryx and % Arabica joint store, and a ******* art boutique.
The entire architecture of Songtsam Linka is a brilliant fusion of ******* culture and modern design.
Every night here, I was amazed by the architectural design of the room, which perfectly balanced culture, aesthetics, and comfort.
Here are some of the moving moments from these past few days:
What first left a particularly deep impression on us, indeed, it amazed us,
was the lecture on Sumtseling Monastery by the ******* guide, Pin Chu.
It was incredibly insightful and profound – a true ******* Buddhist lesson.
Founder Baima Dorjee's museum.
The ******* guide who explained it to us, Zhou,
gave a brilliant presentation – a cultural lesson.
The simple and genuine ******* and Lisu staff are the soul of the hotel.
Xiao Yu, the Lisu girl at the spa (the butter spa was excellent, and the girl was kind and lovely; she brought medicine for my comrade when she felt unwell).
Our butler, Zhima Lamu (who answered every question we had).
The ******* waiter in the restaurant (who gave us local chestnuts).
Every single one of these moments is a vivid memory from Shangri-La,
concrete manifestations of religion and culture.
(Postscript: Full of emotion. At the same time, because Songtsam Linka is in such a sacred place, a treasure trove of natural environment, as a proponent of ESG, I observed a small flaw at Songtsam Linka, and I hope Songtsam Linka can do even better in the future. That is, the vehicles used in the hotel, including the shuttle buses, always emit a huge smell of exhaust fumes when I sit in them, burning a lot of oil. I hope that in the future, electric vehicles can be considered to replace fuel-powered vehicles as transportation for hotel guests, to reduce environmental pollution. Thank you.)
