Facilities: Very good, new and smart. A design suggestion: It would be nice if the bathtub could see the TV. Another suggestion for the TV: the screen projection function is relatively backward and can only support mirroring of Huawei phones. It does not support direct screen projection or Apple screen projection. But the above suggestions do not affect the positive reviews! Hygiene: Clean Environment: Nice and quiet. Service: It can be said that they are very considerate, available at any time, and reply to messages immediately 24 hours a day. Especially Mike, great service! Overall, highly recommended!

We stayed during the May Day holiday. We arrived late at night. The owner of the B&B kept communicating and waited until we arrived to receive us. He was very patient and enthusiastic. He also helped to contact the car to the snow mountain. The fare was cheaper than what I saw on xhs. The details were very good. I highly recommend staying here. Hygiene: Very good. The toiletries prepared were very complete. It was the first time I saw disinfectant wipes prepared in the bathroom. The combs, care bags, toothbrushes, etc. prepared were all very good. It was the first time I used disposable face washcloths, and they were still so thick. Environment: Antique. The room was very quiet. The surroundings were also very quiet. The garden view room can sit in the patio and drink tea. Service: Very good. They will take care of many needs. The dishes are better than those outside. You can order dishes and eat here.

The location is perfect. Next to Lijiang Ancient City at its south end almost part of the enclosure. One can stay late in the city knowing the bed is a step away. Breakfast is very good, I only had two meals for the day. Shuttles from front desk to hotel rooms are plenty. Last but not least, Lisa and Claire have been assisting and caring throughout our stay. All requests have been met with timely responses. Thank you!

My family trully enjoy the breakfast with delicious spread of foods . The Chef patiently explain the freshness of local produce in the making of the food. We are impressed by the excellent service of the staffs of the Front Desk , especially mentiond Jerry & Aniya for putting their extra effort in helping us during our stay in the Hotel for 3 nights. We sincerely recommend anyones who look for good & comfortable stay & excellent service !

We stayed here for 2 nights. We received a warm welcome upon arrival, which set a positive tone for our stay. Special thanks to Sam the butler and another gentle an who was very helpful and attentive. Another gentleman, possibly the manager, was also very polite and accommodating, which we truly appreciated. The hotel lobby is spacious and smells great, creating a pleasant first impression. Our room was comfortable, with decent pillows and mattress. It also had various small items provided, but some had unclear functions—adding a bilingual guide would be very helpful for foreign guests. Housekeeping was quick and responsive. When we had an issue and called for help, we couldn’t speak Chinese, but someone came directly to our door to understand what we needed—this effort was very much appreciated. One area for improvement: the lady at the front desk when we checked in on 30 Apr should improve her customer service skills, especially when assisting international guests. Overall, a pleasant and welcoming stay with helpful staff and a few areas that could make the experience even better.

The spa’s signature massage was truly divine, leaving me completely relaxed. Breakfast was a standout, featuring authentic Yunnan specialties like fluffy baba rice cakes and aromatic rice noodles. While most dishes impressed, the bakery’s pastries could be more consistent. A special mention goes to the front desk team whose warm hospitality stood out. Emna provided exceptional service, ensuring every detail was perfect. For travelers seeking a harmonious mix of cultural discovery and Hyatt’s refined luxury this hotel is an impeccable choice.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Dali, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. The room was simply unbeatable – spacious, well-designed, and incredibly comfortable. The view from the room was breathtaking, offering stunning vistas that truly enhanced the overall experience. The breakfast provided each morning was delightful, with a wide range of fresh and delicious options. I also thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon tea, a perfect touch for a relaxing break during the day. The hotel went above and beyond by offering snacks along with the afternoon tea, and I especially loved the midnight cookie and milk – such a cozy, thoughtful addition. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and responsive, always eager to assist with any requests. It was clear they prioritized guest satisfaction, which made the stay even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to stay in Dali, I highly recommend this hotel – it truly exceeded my expectations in every way.

This is quite a new hotel, in a good location, though a fair distance from other attractions in Kunming. Itself is quite comfortable with well furnished rooms and good range of facilities. Breakfast buffet offers a great selection. Staff quite helpful and good service. Bed was comfortable. Everything seemed quite clean. On the downside, there is some construction going on next door. You could tell some guests had been smoking in the hotel, and at night could hear footfall in hallway and above. 

We are a couple traveling, the inn is decorated in the style of Naxi yard, it is said to be more than ten years old yard, but as soon as you enter the inn, you will have the feeling of living in Lijiang. The staff will make tea to explain Lijiang's humanities knowledge to the guests. The innkeeper is very enthusiastic. He ate delicious flower cakes, drank mellow Pu'er tea, and ate delicious rice noodles. Real name recommendation! ! ! I look forward to Zhao always raising a town house pet, come back next time.
