I stayed at this hotel with my family for the second time. Compared to our previous stay, the service and overall experience have improved even more. We are truly very satisfied. I would like to thank every staff member who took care of us during our stay. The breakfast had a good variety of choices and was very delicious. Most importantly, our children were very happy. The reception staff were especially kind and friendly. In particular, I would like to sincerely thank the female receptionists who were working on the evening of March 13, 2026. They kindly helped us locate a Taobao package that had been delivered somewhere in the hotel but we could not find. They even called to check and helped us find it, which we really appreciated. The lady who welcomed guests at the breakfast area was also very polite and kind. The food was tasty, the rooms were clean, and the service was excellent. Another great advantage is that Wu Mart is very close to the hotel, which is very convenient. This will definitely be our regular choice for future stays.

Hearing it was our first time here, they went above and beyond by recommending detailed, lesser-known local spots to visit, which was a really nice touch. The floors and desk were spotless, the bedsheets and duvet covers had a faint, pleasant scent, and even the bathroom corners were dust-free. The towels were fluffy and pristine, making our stay feel incredibly reassuring. The bed was perfectly comfortable – as someone who usually struggles to sleep in new places, I had a fantastic night's rest! Plus, the room's soundproofing was excellent; I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway or outside. The hotel was good , I have nothing to say but I can give them five star the place is clean , quite it’s a five star everything was perfect, Chinese restaurant and supermarket are in the first floor very convenient KFC, MC DONALD PIZZA HUT are are around one minute away from the apartment. The hotel is nice the style of building is nice , interior design is the best . I like there worker /customer service is 100% 希际LOFTj精品民宿 . I can recommend any one to go it’s a very nice place . After 3 days of stay I extended one day to another room was nice too ❤️❤️🌹🌹🌹🌹
