This is by far the most beautiful hostel I've stayed at in the Philippines. It's literally comparable to hostels in Japan!! ♥️ The kitchen, the room and the common areas are very clean. It looks like a hotel except there are other people in the room with me. The lockers are big enough to store my luggage and other important things. The common area has a separate eating/dining area and a ”quiet room” for those who work remotely. The bathrooms have a lot of toiletr cubicles and shower room, it even has 2 changing rooms. I am beyond amazed! Lastly, the staff are amazing even the guards outside. Kudos to everyone!! 😍 i would definitely stay here again!
Location is perfect if you're have a flight is near airport plus they have a free ride to airport make sure to booked 2 days a head. Near to SM Moa and Ayala mall Okada. wifi is so strong no need to put a password automatically .Breakfast need to queue for 30 minutes.
Room is clean pillow in bed is superb. Only downside the TV in the living room every 15 minutes goes to stand by mode remote control not working properly need to press in the main tv to work again. We end up watching in the bed room. I call for maintenance still annoying goes to stand by mode every 15 minutes.
Subject: Feedback on Staff Training and Late Check-out Protocol
We are frequent Savoy guests. Our check-in was excellent (paid early check-in at 7:00 AM, room upgrade, and confirmed late check-out until 3:00 PM by Vanie).
However, on the day of departure, we were repeatedly called at 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM by a different front desk officer, who disputed the confirmed 3:00 PM check-out time. This staff member demonstrated a severe lack of coordination, empathy, and professionalism, attempting to bargain and failing to honor a promise made by a colleague due to a system oversight.
Recommendation: Staff require urgent refresher training on communication, coordination, and emotional intelligence.
Minor Feedback: The lobby scent is still bothersome and does not mask the surrounding drainage odor. Please consider a clean, refreshing scent like peppermint or eucalyptus.
The Hotel was placed a small distance from the Naia T3 airport. You can get there by using the Runway Manila bridge. A good 5 mins walk.
Staff were very polite, helpful and all smiles.
The gym was clean and equipments looked new.
The pool was clean, and the drink was delish. Kudos to the bartender!
My overall experience at Grand Westside Hotel Manila was good — the property is modern, clean, and the staff were courteous throughout my stay. However, the room assigned to me was on a lower level, and every night I could hear loud music and event sounds. As I was staying for five days on a business trip, this constant noise interrupted my rest and made it difficult to recharge after long workdays. For short leisure stays, the lively atmosphere might be fine, but for business travelers seeking quiet and uninterrupted rest, I would recommend requesting a higher floor or a room away from the event areas
The concierge was very helpful. I had an online class at 230 pm (check-in was 2 pm). They ensured I had access to my room amid the crowd waiting for their rooms at the lobby.
The room has a small kitchen with a microwave oven!
The hotel must change the ceramic tiles in the hallway, though. A handful are broken.
Hotel staff was friendly. They let me leave my bags with the front desk after check out while I went out to explore the local area. They also lent me an umbrella.

Thank you for making our stay a memorable and special one Eurotel.. God bless
Staff: Wonderful hotel with professional staff. My booking was originally a king size bed but I requested a twin. They did everything to met my needs.
After a long flight I wasn’t in my best mood and they did understand and deal with me with respect and understanding.
Room: simply wonderful as usual.. this is my fourth or fifth stay and I’M will be always my home in Manila.
Surprisingly good. Building from outside looks drab but interior is designed well. Staff is helpful and courteous. Worth the stay.

JJoel AgresorMy stay at Berjaya Hotel was very good overall. The location is convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, which made getting around easy. The staff were friendly and professional, always willing to help with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay.
The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of dishes, though it could use a few more local options. The facilities were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming.
It’s a great choice for both leisure and business trips — definitely worth considering if you’re looking for a comfortable and well-located hotel.
GGuest UserFirst stay here. Arrived around 12pm and met by Kierk. Received a warm welcome. Fortunately room was ready for me. Check in was a breeze. When I got into my room, my first impression was WOWWWWW! Big room with a sofa bed. Nice carpeted room with a big comfy bed and pillows. A set of soft and firm pillows. Big working desk and complete drink amenities. The shower needed some trial and error though. But I finally manage to adjust the hot water (there’s a safety knob). Strong and warm. Will definitely stay here again.
MMiranda and Purag Travel BuddiesThis was my third stay at The Bayview, and once again it didn’t disappoint. My room on the 11th floor offered a breathtaking view of the sunrise and sunset—truly the highlight of my stay. The Christmas decorations around the property added a beautiful, festive atmosphere. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast featured delicious Filipino food along with great coffee. Transportation was easy, as taxis and Grab rides were readily available after checkout. The guard and hotel staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Another wonderful stay!❤️💪

CCandy WeiThis hotel is just a bridge away from BGC, making transportation incredibly convenient, especially for business travelers visiting clients. It's also right next to the SM megamall area, so shopping, strolling, and dining are all very accessible. Every time I come to Manila for a business trip, I stay here.

GGuest UserThe price is affordable, rooms are clean enough, and people are friendly. Also, it is convenient to travel to all destinations, equally close.
However, there's only one hairdryer in the building, which makes it super inconvenient, and no slippers are provided. Another concern would be safety, Pasay city is more local, you can experience authentic lifestyle, but there are risks of getting into trouble I think.
All in all, after living 3 days there, I would still recommend travelers this hotel.
CCarmssssMySpace Hotel in BGC: A surprisingly great value!
For the price, especially considering the BGC location, MySpace Hotel is a fantastic find. The room I booked was on the smaller side, but you get a surprisingly good buffet breakfast included (though the selection is limited, it's still a buffet!). I was so happy with the complimentary orange juice in the lobby – I honestly lost track of how many refills I had! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond for my birthday, decorating our room with a sweet towel arrangement and giving us hotel mugs as a gift (we sadly couldn't take them home due to luggage restrictions). The shower was easy to use, and the internet? Blazing fast! My husband and I worked remotely the whole time with zero lag. Highly recommend!
