I went to Canada for a short visit to relatives and stayed in this hotel several times. It is next to City Hall in downtown Hamilton. There are supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants downstairs. It is not far from Go Center, so it is very convenient for eating and traveling. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service is also OK. You can overlook Lake Ontario through the window of the room. During the stay, I went to Niagara for a day and checked out. I forgot to take a newly bought facial cleanser. When I came back to check in on the third day, I explained the situation to the front desk and asked if they could help find it. The staff was a young Indian-looking woman đ glanced at me coldly, perfunctorily said a few words, and then never said anything else. Well, when you go out, just ask for safety and don't care. The overall feeling of this hotel is not bad, suitable for short-term stay.
I had a great stay at Radisson. The service was excellentâstaff were friendly, attentive, and quick to assist with any requests. The facilities were well-maintained and comfortable, making for a relaxing experience. I also enjoyed the food, special shout to Shivam for his amazing service at the breakfast. There was one issue: the WiFi was not working properlyâit was either too slow or intermittent. Thankfully, I had mobile data, so I was able to manage, but it could have been quite inconvenient otherwise. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!
Excellent service and cost for one night. The airport shuttle is excellent, even for very early departures. Reception staff friendly and accommodating
The room was spacious and clean.
Stayed on the first night and the last night during Canada trip. There are many other hotels around the airport but this holiday inn is one of the nearest (and maybe the oldest?) hotels around the area.
Shuttle services runs every 30minutes, but a bit tricky to find the right spot. From terminal 1 the bus stops around pillar âSâ downstairs, and from terminal 3 you come out from the door stating  âhotel shuttle â .
Beautiful exterior and interior. Â Well executed and comfortable. Â The bed was perfect. Â Hardly any noise. Â Well located. Â The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Â Would recommend!
The room was excellent and clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Location was great for our purpose but also close to gas stations and restaurants. The staff were excellent, very friendly and very accommodating in allowing us use of the breakfast corner to socialize with our group in the evening. Complimentary breakfast was also fresh and tasty. Would recommend booking.
The location can't be beat!! It was our anniversary and I simply emailed the hotel to ask what they could do and Adrian took care of us. Up graded our room and had a sweet little Happy Anniversary note with towels shaped like two swans kissing and a nice gift from the Hersey store. A fabulous experience all round!! Thank you!!
There are not many parking spaces in front of the hotel. Go early, and itâs best not to go out.
You can cook your own meals in the room, but the alarm is located diagonally above the stove, so you dare to cook hot pot, not dare to fry other
In addition, the air conditioning in the room is very noisy and the wind is blowing a little straight.
The toilet in the toilet is blocked, but after telling the waiter, it can only be done the next day. The hot water is not hot enough, the hotel does not provide toothbrushes and slippers
The hotel has a swimming pool and gym
My daughter and I had to visit Sault Ste. Marie for something and stayed at the Quattro Hotel in S.S Marie Ontario. It was my very best experience ever, everything was beautiful and very friendly staff

The location and environment are impeccable, and I have to say a few more words about the food and service. Since we arrived after 9pm, the French meal that ended at 10pm was not suitable, so the waiter introduced us to the international fusion cuisine opposite. The taste was good and met our expectations, but the variety was a little less. Diago at the front desk is what I want to introduce today. We are a family of three traveling, and I booked a room in my husband's name and my own name. That Diago actually asked a strange question, âAre you three staying in one room?â I just thought he was not proficient in business and didn't care. Then he said that the single room I booked was queen size and he helped me upgrade it to king size. He also said that the double room I booked was also a queen size bed. I showed him the order, â1.81 meters big bedâ, he still insisted that it was a queen size. My husband also said that other people's king size might be 2.00 meters. I asked if he could also help me upgrade to king size, and he readily agreed. We thanked him. Walking into the room, the small window saw other people's roofs and a road. Where is my view? I went downstairs to argue with Diago. The 1.81-meter bed I booked is already a king size, but you didnât upgrade it for me. I booked a room with a view, so what about the view? Diago said that 1.81 meters refers to the length of the bed. I asked him in return if the 1.51-meter and 1.31-meter beds provided by the hotel also refer to the length? Until then, I still thought he was not proficient in his business. Diago was speechless and said that I would go and ask. When he came back, he argued that the room I gave you was bigger, but what I wanted was the view! I said that the view was my first consideration and the room size ranked second. Diago hesitated for a long time before saying that there was no room with a view tonight, âWhat?!â At this time, I firmly believed that his previous series of actions were intentional! As compensation, Diago gave me a simple breakfast for two people in the fourth-floor lounge for free the next day. To be honest, the breakfast was really average.

Very Good
LLINGoing to the water park, the park is not big, but it is suitable for a few years old. The room is general, the surrounding food and shopping is convenient, there is a small Ole.

GGuest UserLocation: The hotel is not connected to the PATH, that you can walk completely indoor from lakeshore all the way to Dundas street, with access to loads of restaurants and shops. The southest connected building is one street across the hotel.
The room was newly renovated, yet it was not in a modern way: the room lights were not turn on by slot in the room card at the entrance (actually there's no such upgrade in the room at all!). I have turn on every single light when I go into the room and turn them off before I sleep. There's at least 6 of them!
Do not disturb sign still required to hang out the tag on the door handle, which fell off everytime you open the door!! super annoying
The lobby bar food were good and especially the staff were very friendly.
House keeping service were slow - I have to call to remind them to bring my items.
RRuilinby Lake Ontario. Get off at Union Station of the subway, turn to Streetbus No. 509 and 510 in the subway station, and you will arrive at the hotel entrance.
The girl at the front desk is very elegant.
Inside and outside the hotel are stylish and stylish, and the rooms are fresh and beautiful. Very comfortable.
Equipped with coffee machine, several coffee capsules.
GGuest UserBooked Deluxe King Room with breakfast included. Room was spacious and breakfast was great. Yet the standard of housekeeping was far from satisfactory. First, hairs were found at the wrap for the wire of the hair dryer the moment I checked in, and small scrap of paper was also found on the inside of a towel. Without any notice/sign in the room about the hotel's green housekeeping policy (if any), towels heavily loaded on the hook and hangers in the bathroom were not collected even on day 3 of my stay (there was no bath tub in the room to place used towels). Packs of cotton pads, cotton buds and small soaps were not refilled even when totally used up. Interesting enough, when enquired with front desk if that was the hotel's policy not to so collect the towels and make the refill unless express requests were made, the answer was in the negative.
The charging of tips for breakfast is another interesting issue. My husband stayed at the hotel for 2 nights (with breakfast included) before my arrival. When he checked out, he was asked to pay for tips for 1 breakfast. After clarifying if tips should be paid for 2 breakfasts instead, front desk apologized for having wrongly charged for any tips as all charges should have already been included when making the hotel booking. Yet on our checking out after 5 nights' stay with the hotel, we were told that we had to pay for tips for 2 days' breakfast. We again enquired about the hotel policy and explained that we were willing to pay but wondered why tips weren't charged for all 5 days for our stay. No explanation was given and the staff (probably thought that we did not want to pay) just advised that the charges would be waived.
I have stayed at Park Hyatt Bangkok and the service was excellent. Was thus surprised to had those experience at Park Hyatt Toronto.
GGuest UserI stayed for three days with my daughter for a mom and daughter trip. Appearance is beautiful and desk staff was nice and helpful but I donât think the room we stayed is appropriate for guests who pay for it. I chose this place for a free parking and close to YYZ.
The room was incredibly small and structurally wrong for people to move inside the room. The washroom door fully didnât open and the ceiling was very low so I had to be very careful not to bump my head to the ceiling. The room picture they posted on the website looked great and cozy but that isnât important anymore if we canât move around. One more, they had a wedding party on the second day and very loud music was on by 1 am and next day there was another party but it wasnât that loud. You have to check if they have party guests during your staying before you book.
NNgMoonI was initially apprehensive about staying in an âoldâ hotel, but my worries came to rest. It was similar to a cottage theme with very clean rooms and adequate amentities. Staff were always very friendly, greeting us everytime we leave and return to the hotel, and responds promptly to our housekeeping requests. 10 minutes from the hotel, there is a park with a calming stream, a great place to rest and rewind from the busy city life. Nearest train station is just 5 minutes walk away, and a 30-45 minutes car ride to downtown. Some downsides though, there are no nearby restaurants besides the one in the hotel, and no nearby supermarkets. Utensils were not provided in the room so be prepared to bring your own set. Hotel lifts seem a bit worn out but had not broken down during my stay. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay given the calm surrounding vibes and amazing service. I would consider returning in the future
GGuest UserLoved my stay Heater & MayQueen are and were amazing customer service, communication and more two amazing women who helped add to the stay I had planned for my mothers birthday. We loved our stay the view of the Falls were amazingly beautiful. At check in I was given discounts to help enhance our trip or give us extra things to do. The view from the restaurant on site was ok and having a wider range of options to choose from would have been nice but food was good. Overall great stay!
