Decent Hotel that is approximately 15-20 minutes from Madrid's main airport. There are no local shops or restaurants and for this they exploit the opportunity by charging 3-4 times the normal retail price for drinks and snacks in the vending machine on the ground floor. Restaurant left little to be desired on the menu. To get to central Madrid, like areas such as Sol you will need to exit the hotel to reach the main road, cross over (don't forget this) and catch most of the available buses to the metro station and then continue your journey by metro for 7-8 stops. So a transport card is recommended for a few days travelling around. Rooms are a little spacious and are clean but have no in-room safe leaving you to juggle your valuables and to secure them in your luggage. Overall a decent stay at a ”no-frills” hotel that is priced really well. Expect the price to go up once they add more amenities such as complimentary bottled water, a safe and a mini-bar.

The room was impeccably clean, but the absolute highlight was the incredibly comfortable bed – truly the most comfortable I've ever slept in. I slept like a log until morning, only to be gently woken by my dorm-mate! The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and even granted me a complimentary half-hour late check-out. The location is fantastic, with all the major tourist attractions nearby; you can practically explore them all on foot in a single day. A big thank you to the front desk staff for their warm hospitality. Even if you arrive early or need a place to relax after check-out, you can comfortably wait in the lobby where hot water and restrooms are readily available. As a fellow traveler, I wholeheartedly recommend this hostel – it will be my top choice for future stays! Just a heads-up: remember to bring your own lock, as they charge 6 euros for one here. Otherwise, everything else was fantastic. Special thanks to Ctrip for making this trip so simple and enjoyable.

It was an amazing experience with this hotel. Also their foods as we took dinner and it taste so good. They are offering free Shuttle services to airport in different timelines. That was awesome!

This hotel was a great option for someone who wants to stay in the center. The room was clean and spacious enough for just one person. The breakfast buffet was a great option to start the day with a variety of food choices. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you

The hotel is far away from the city center but public transportations are nearby so pretty convenient. I traveled solo and was put in a room with 2 twin beds pushed together so I’d asked to change me to a one queen but the front desk guy said they’re all booked, although it seemed pretty empty on a Monday. The room I stayed in didn’t have a bathtub but the design was really nice with a great view. The lights were very complicated to use because they had too many things going on so sometimes the lights in the room turn on out of no where in the middle of the night extra bright. The room had cool technologies though like automatic blinds that blackout the room, vanity lights, and rainfall showers. You pretty much don’t know what kind of designs the room you get will have so it might not be for everyone who must have certain things-might be better to go with a chain brand. The room had weird things like 3 landline phones-one by the bed, one on the tv wall, and one near the toilet in case you need to order room service while pooping I guess. The hotel amenities like the pool were closed and chairs were covered and certain areas seemed rundown for a 5-star hotel. Overall, ok experience.

The restaurant was excellent, and the hotel's small outdoor pool was a definite plus – I'd easily give five stars for these two aspects. However, the hotel's location is a bit far from both the metro and bus stations. Inside, the hotel features a large internal atrium, so many rooms face this area. Standard rooms are quite cramped; there's barely enough space to open a suitcase. I won't comment on the decor style, both inside and out; the heavy use of blue and purple lighting looked quite peculiar. The soundproofing was terrible. To top it off, someone even prank-knocked on my door in the middle of the night, making for a truly poor experience.

There is no swimming pool. It is about 400 meters from the subway entrance, which is quite convenient. Breakfast costs 13 euros for self-service. Although it is not cheap, the ham is enough to fill you up. You can still eat something. The price starts at 125 euros. It is almost 200 euros during Easter. I am drunk.

Room is very clean. Hotel is at city center. Breakfast is very good. A lot of choice.

Hostal però amb serveis d'hotel. Molt bones instal·lacions, prou netes i còmodes. Molt recomanable per una escapadeta a Madrid si no vols gastar-te molt de diners anant a la ciutat.
