Hotels With Gym in Qinghai, China

This is one of the better quality options in Golmud (there aren’t many). The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. Unfortunately, the service was very poor - there were no functioning USB ports in the room and the hotel was unhelpful - seeming unwilling or unable able to offer a solution. The “room service” is actually takeaway food delivered from outside the hotel but no cutlery/chopsticks was provided with it. When we asked the hotel to provide some, it took nearly 20 minutes to arrive (longer than the food itself), by which time the food was getting cold. We had to ask repeatedly for sufficient drinking water, having only been provided two small bottles for two people. Aside from the poor service, the hotel is in an odd location, surrounding by closed shops and building sites - nowhere near the commercial centre of the city - with nothing within walking distance. With the right management, it could be an excellent hotel, but it’s not quite there at the moment.

Amazing hotel with superb facilities. Best breakfast buffet we had anywhere in China. We used the pool, sauna, steam, gym, ping pong, and billiards facilities, and got nails done at the salon. Everything was great, and the staff was always super friendly. Likewise in the ******* cultural goods shop and at the concierge desk. All around excellent stay.

The hotel is conveniently located between the Dongguan Grand Mosque and the Xiaoxin Street Night Market. There's a bus stop right outside, making it convenient to various popular attractions. However, there aren't many nearby dining options, unlike those in the Ximen and Limeng shopping districts. The room was nice, with a sink next to the bed and a separate wet and dry toilet. It was quite clean. The breakfast options were quite good, including the option to cook noodles, soy milk, and milk. Bread was also provided, but the lack of a toaster was a bit lacking. The service was good.

Reception were not well trained . Upon check in day one a deposit was collected and on the same day night they made a call to inform we did not pay the hotel charges and later explained it was reception lapsed that they did not collect upon check in even it states pay at property . 2) chambermaid was brazen to wash our socks without permission and after breakfast we were shocked to see our socks as wet. What if we only have a pair of socks for tourist stay ? 3) after check out multiple phone calls was made to our mobile and was told item teaspoon was missing in the room. And if they cannot find it they will raise a charge on our credit card ??? We called back 5 times to ask n follow-up and wasted 30 Mins of our morning to ask if item was found . We even informed it was on the basin area. Wrong procedure as in general all check out reception staff would contact chambermaid to ask if minibar and items were intact before letting the guest check out . The reception lady were having an aloft attitude and said we could go and we even have to ask for car parking coupon and were directed to fill in the form . This make us beg for service instead and please train your staff to check the items before check out and not making irritating calls and that spoil our rest of the day with 5 international calls made to assist them for a teaspoon costs of CNY20!!! Disgusting service . Please train your staff !!!

Good locale. Service staff excellent! Breakfast spread worth the value. Hotel changes their menu and not repeat all the same items. However they should look into the coffee bean maker as it was really slow to churn out a good cup of coffee! Could be that the piping needs to be checked or even cleaned out!? Overall, it was a good experience. Hallway to the rooms lighting uses sensor, which perhaps need to be adjusted, as it requires heavy stomping of the feet to light up. Thanks!

The hotel service is really good. Everything is delivered in time. The front desk clerks are very, very nice. It was my first time here. The front desk also reminded us that if we feel uncomfortable, we should not wash our hair or take a shower. They also reminded us to drink more water. There is also an independent air conditioner and humidifier in the room. The hotel restaurant is also good. It is on the second floor of the hotel and easy to find. The breakfast is good 😌 with both meat and vegetables.

If I extend my stay for another day, I would like to praise the ******* lady at the front desk who checked out. When checking out, he took the initiative to ask about how he felt during his stay, and reported the feedback to the leader. He called in the afternoon of the same day to inform him of the reporting process. His work attitude was extremely serious. If the hotel leaders can see this review, I hope they can reward this young lady! ! Employees with such a serious work attitude are your hotel's greatest asset! ! ! The 5-star service is for the lady at the front desk. Now let’s talk about the hotel. 1. The facilities are too old. The basin in the first room is leaking, so I have to replace the door in the second room. See the photos for yourself. The door is almost falling off... 2. I asked several hotel employees and they all said that the hotel puts on floor heating from 10pm to 5am. Actual situation: After staying for two days, there is no floor heating at all... not at all. 3. For the extended room, cleaning consisted of replenishing water and folding a quilt. The toilet that needed cleaning the most was not cleaned at all. In order to remind the cleaning staff, I deliberately opened the toilet seat, but the cleaning staff just closed the toilet seat. This attitude was too perfunctory.

Excellent hotel, with beautiful view from the higher floors, modern rooms with complete amenities, helpful staff with limited English. 2ö meters from the hotel the airport bus leaving. convenience store inside the hotel. Delivery robot is funny and useful. Recommended

This hotel has a commercial hotel with accommodation and business. It is not as good as the reputation of the guests to manage the gold cup and silver cup. It is convenient to park and eat around a light luxury boutique hotel. The hotel is to pet every guest as a culture and maximize the happiness of every guest. Provide guests with high-quality room facilities, meticulous and warm service, feel the warmth of home in the boat and car!

Nice , upmarket hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Shower wasn't properly sealed and let water out in the bathroom which was a bit annoying. The hotel has a good gym and swimming pool. Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed for one out of our two day stay because they had to clean it and they didn't let us know in advance which was annoying too. Good breakfast
