The room was quite spacious and came with all the basic amenities. Cleanliness was satisfactory. Breakfast was rather plentiful, and the rice noodles were particularly good. However, the coffee could definitely be improved; if it's instant, there's no real reason to go to the breakfast area for it when I could just make it in my room. **Cons:** As many online reviewers pointed out, the elevators were quite slow during peak hours. What was surprising was that housekeeping was doing their cleaning during the morning rush hour. Couldn't that be scheduled for a different time? The hairdryer is quite old and could do with an upgrade. Also, the small bottles of toiletries were genuinely difficult to dispense; this is definitely an area for improvement. **Overall:** While the investment in physical facilities is evident and good, there's still room for improvement in the details of their operational service.

I stayed at the hotel on October 14th. We arrived after 9 PM, but the hotel was excellent. Clean and comfortable in a convenient location. Only two complaints, first somebody left a note (in Chinese) saying that they had washed my socks and they were damp and hanging up when I returned. I am sure they meant well, but I found this creepy and violating. I wasn't aware that it was necessary to specify that hotel staff should please not touch my clothes while I am away from the room. Complaint two is very minor, from the reviews I read I had the impression that the breakfast provided at the hotel was exceptional. It wasn't awful, but the paper cups, limited options and bread situation (it was yellow!?) were disappointing

We started our final China trip form Ürümqi followed by Turpin and Dunhuang. While our hotels there were reasonable, we felt really comfortable when we stayed at at a Club floor room at Sofitel Xining. Their service was one of the best we have experienced during our seven China trips so far. We enjoyed the comfort and the staff’s dedicated service. Thank you.

This hotel has a commercial hotel with accommodation and business. It is not as good as the reputation of the guests to manage the gold cup and silver cup. It is convenient to park and eat around a light luxury boutique hotel. The hotel is to pet every guest as a culture and maximize the happiness of every guest. This hotel was great. The rooms were spacious, clean, and the beds comfortable. The A/C worked and you couldn't hear noise from the hallways (well-insulated). The translation capabilities were lacking, but you could make do with your own app. Breakfast and dinner were great. If i came to Xining again, i would stay here.

The room is very new, the decoration is environmentally friendly, the room type is upgraded for free, the elevator is safe, the service staff is kind and polite, there are welcome fruits, the breakfast is rich, the sample is more, and the current pasta and powder are worth staying!

I came from Dongying and was familiar with the local Blue Sea environment. It's hard to describe what I found when I came to Xining Blue Sea. It used to be such a good hotel, but for some reasons it's incomparable to before. The hotel staff still provides services of a five-star hotel, but the hotel is probably understaffed and the facilities are really outdated. There is not even hot water all day long, and at night the hot water is a bit cold, with low water pressure, which is really bad in the winter.

We were transiting in Golmud. The hotel we booked at first was not very good, so we changed to Hilton. We just looked at the reviews and decided. We thought there would be no star-level hotels in Haixi Prefecture, but the Hilton in Golmud exceeded my expectations. The lobby reception breakfast and guest rooms are all five-star standards, with full marks for details. It is also one of the few hotels with air conditioning. Takeout can be delivered to the door. There is free parking in the underground garage. The breakfast is great. The front desk lady is also very beautiful. The bathroom sanitary ware is also high-standard Duravit and Grohe. The water flow is large and the water pressure is stable, the hot water is sufficient, and there is no sewer smell. The bedding is also very good, the usual King Koil series is comfortable and easy to sleep, which relieves the fatigue of the Qinghai-Gansu Grand Loop. I will stay here again if I have the chance.
