Room rate is more than reasonable as the room is very big and location is very convenient. However, would be great if below few minor things can be taken into consideration: 1) Breakfast - both quality and choices need to be improved. 2) Room - no electricity at the electric sockets next to the bed…so I need to charge my phone with the socket under the desk instead. 3) Spa - would appreciate if they can extend closing time to 10pm!

The environment is great and very comfortable. It was a relaxing and quiet stay! I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time. I'll also recommend this hotel to friends, colleagues, and classmates.

Every hotel the laundry bag is free for customers. But this hotel is charge extra the laundry bag . I stay 2 day on 19/4 i got use them laundry bag go outside wash clothes then no bring back . 20/4 i got check out them charge extra me 6 USD . And noon 20/4 i got check in again stay 1 more day . 21/4 got check out and give back them the laundry bag . Them no give return and no refund money . 2 receptionists stood lauging talk to customers is money in company cant return paid cash maybe can return but bank in cant . And other said paid cash also cant refund because alr in to company . First time see got hotel charge the laundry bag .

Resort are just great with v nice scenery, neat and spacious room, balcony with greens and birds humming 👍🏻🎈Facilities with mini golf,indoor and outdoor pools are good. Have spa, kids play room though a bit small, snooker table and soccer board game and bicycle cycling 🚴🏻 are great to have! Enjoyable experience!! Good place for family trip!

We chose this hotel because of how it looked in the pictures and being surrounded by ”the mountain” made it look more magical. In reality it looked nice but not as nice as in the photos. The room was nice and spacious, beds were good, breakfast was nice and those omelettes..... Yummy! The rooms are clean but please clean the drain in the bathrooms, they were stuck. They have bikes that they rent free of charge! And with this location.... Yes you need one! The location is a bit far from Tam Coc but at the same time you are far from all the touristy places, hustle and bustle! What makes this place special is the guy who works night shifts and helps with the breakfast ( honestly I don't know how you do that man)!?! He was the most kind, helpful and nice person there! He made sure we always had whatever we needed! Very kind and good guy! Overall a very good experience! Thank you🙏

If you have a lot of luggage or it's your first time here, you might find it a bit inconvenient. The surrounding area isn't very well-lit at night, so it's a bit dark, and you should be a little careful when returning. However, the upside is that there's an entire street nearby filled with food stalls and plenty of snack options, making it super easy to grab a bite. You don't have to walk far to sort out all your meals, which is a big plus for anyone who loves local street food. Overall, if convenience for food is a priority and you don't rely heavily on public transport, you could consider it. But if you depend a lot on the MRT or prefer a bright and lively environment at night, you might want to reconsider. That said, the overall value for money is good.

The room was spacious and bright, and the environment was clean and tidy, a welcome escape from the chaotic hostels of Hanoi. It felt like I'd returned to civilization. A special shout-out to Ms. 'Ai' at the front desk; true to her name, she showered me with love, even kindly boiling hot water for me. Thank you so much for your warm and thoughtful service!

Was upgraded to a room with bathtub but it’s on the lower floor where I need to access via metal and wooden staircase. Toilet is also on lower floor and quite inconvenient for me at night. I also encountered quite a few bugs in the room maybe due the nature environment . The hotel shower equipment is hard to adjust to get right temperature. Quite disappointing. Overall the hotel is nice and the food is very delicious as I dined in the restaurant

We absolutely loved this place! A special thank you goes out to the hotel owners – they are incredibly kind and helpful people. We arrived at 7 AM, and check-in was officially at 2 PM. They asked us to wait a little while for our room to be cleaned, made us some coffee, and then checked us in at 8:40 AM, well before the official check-in time. The room was spotless, and towels and water were changed daily. When we checked out early at 7 AM, they even packed us a breakfast to go since we wouldn't have time to eat. The hotel's location is super convenient, very close to all the main attractions, whether you're on a bicycle or a motorbike. You can even rent bikes or motorbikes directly from the hotel. We highly recommend this place!
