"This was our fifth time staying at this hotel, and it's really pleasant to see that the staff consistently try to improve the service each time. They even take into account suggestions made during previous visits, which is great. What definitely needs fixing is their towel replacement system. Used towels are collected around 10 AM, but new ones might not be delivered until the evening. This is completely inconvenient. It feels like they only have one set of towels that they wash and then bring back."

They provided transportation from the Sea-coach Docks. Housekeeping was prompt and attentive to my schedule, and regardless of what time I left, the room was pristine clean when I got back. The front desk staff and the managing partner or owner were all very friendly and went above and beyond to address any questions I had.” ”The Pool - Loved the pool. I was there every single day, basking in the sun. The pool boy was there every single day cleaning the pool. The whole menu was western food (burgers, pizza, etc.). When you are in Sierra Leone, you might want some of the local staple food. "The hotel manager Ahmed was very helpful and tried to resolve most of my concerns. The apartment are not to standard at all. Thanks to Ahmed and the hotel staff that helped moved me from the apartment building to the main hotel. The food is good."

"I had an amazing stay. Front desk was absolutely wonderful and helpful to me. The staff were very friendly and nice. The bath tub is a bit outdated but everything was clean and I recommend this hotel."

"There is a air conditioner and warm water available in the room. I booked with breakfast. However the hotel told me that breakfast wasn't included in the booking. The price and food quality is bad and expensive. The food is served cold and took too long to serve. And the portion was very small."
