At the hotel, our experience was impeccable. From the moment we arrived, the staff provided us with exceptional treatment, making us feel welcome and cared for at all times. The outdoor pool was a true oasis of tranquility, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the good weather. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing everything needed for a 10 stay. Additionally, we decided to have a massage at the hotel spa, and the quality of service exceeded our expectations, leaving us completely revitalized.

From the very first moment, we were greeted with warm smiles that made us feel truly welcome. The room was like a fairytale – with exquisite woodcarving and a magnificent bed that transported us back in time, as if we were characters from the era of sword duels. Everything is fine, nothing to fault. The location is indeed a bit embarrassing. I drove from Porto to Santiago and chose this one halfway, otherwise I am afraid that only Spanish and Portuguese players who play golf will come.

Arcos de Valdevez é lindo e sem dúvida um lugar para voltar sempre desta vez ficamos pelo Luna que apesar de não ser um hotel recente é um que tem as melhores condições, super recomendo por todos os motivos e pelo preço qualidade, apenas acho que se fosse mais moderno pela decoração seria o perfeito, pois a nível de spa e pequeno almoço e o conforto das camas é sem dúvida maravilhoso 🤍

GGuest UserWe were in awe of this home. So much to explore and so much history! Loved the thick granite walls and original wooden doors/shutters with hardware, antiques and displays everywhere, beautiful view, and even a pool. It is situated in a quaint little area by a church and you can easily walk down to the river. The area around Ponte da Barca is absolutely beautiful and fun to explore. The hosts are very friendly and offered a lovely breakfast.

What I don't understand is that you can't pay by card if you buy less than €5 at the hotel bar. You can't have a beer without metal. One of the people who worked there insisted a lot that you couldn't pay less than €5 with a card, it was also difficult for them to charge it to my room by showing my ID at reception, finally and as an exceptional favor, they charged it to me and I paid it in the checking out. It shouldn't be that difficult.😫
