Overall good but this is more a motel than a hotel. Restaurant on site available with good choice of food. There's also a small shop next to reception where you can purchase souvenirs, water, toothpaste etc.

The room was big and clean. The hotel pool, garden and lounge were all quite comfortable. The restaurant was quite poor. They didn't provide room service or take away. And when there were only three or four tables of guests, I had to wait for more than 50 minutes for a cup of iced American coffee, and finally a hot cup was served... But I took a walk to see several other hotels in the resort. It is true that this one has the best hardware, but the service needs to be improved.

Great location. Basic rooms with comfortable bed. Limited options for breakfast - we eventually found out about the “pool view” cafe in the Novotel (the pool is dry) which had better breakfast options for us as we had small children who only wanted toast and not the buffet breakfast at the Mercure. (We were told it would be $15 for children over 5 (our grandchild is 6) but then other people said they were told it was free.!? Had some trouble with parking - paying guests should be assigned at least 1 car park per room - however this wasn’t the case and we had to park in the “overflow” area across the road and carry our luggage over. Definitely need a car or vehicle to go anywhere. Great new pool but don’t stand on the fake turf on a hot day as it burns your feet! Don’t forget to ask for “Territorian rates” if you are a local - show your drivers licence and get a discount.

There are only two large hotels in the depths of Kakadu, and there is not much choice. It is basically the standard of old business hotels in China, but in this deserted place, the conditions are already very good. The natural ecology is very good, and I was awakened by the calls of hundreds of cockatoos in the morning.

Motel, which is more cost-effective in Katherine Town, has better restaurants and bars at the entrance of Motel. Just on the road to Katherine Grand Canyon. Multiple room types.

The hotel is easy to find. A taxi from the airport to the hotel is about $ 30. The little girl at the front desk is Malay but speaks Chinese very well. It helped me a lot. I recommended Chinese restaurants and lots of fun places. The tickets to the attractions, because the temporary decision to go to see the jumping crocodile, the little girl was afraid that I would run a trip to help me book tickets, the service is really good. The hotel facilities are also good. Our family of three with two large beds slept comfortably. The hotel is in the center of Darwin, it is very convenient to go everywhere, and I will choose this hotel if I have the opportunity,

The hotel has a beautiful environment, with independent small villas under tall palm trees. Cars can be parked at the door. The rooms are big enough and very quiet at night. Dining is inconvenient.

Room is clean and the location is perfect as it’s right at the CBD. However, the security screen door has no lock ( I was on upper floor) which means it’s useless.

We had a king water view which was lovely. The bed very comfortable but bathroom very small compared to other Hiltons we have stayed at. It was not cheap at $389!a night but it did include breakfast. We never include breakfast as we are not big breakfast people and those $30-$40 per person buffets are not worth it for us. Since it was included we had some but disappointed to find that a barrister coffee was extra and $7 for a small cup. This was the only option for non dairy coffees. That said the reception staff were very friendly and efficient. No water in room not even a jug to cool some tsp water. Nice big flat screen tv and whilst there were no streaming services on it there were some free movies. No usb points in the room and only one comfortable chair.

YYUN-YIThe location is excellent, tourist information, supermarkets, bus station, local tour pick up location...all together in the same block. Well-equipped and well-managed, all facilities are considerate of tourists, enthusiastic service staff, rooms, bathrooms,,, clean and hygienic, the floor of the room is so clean that you can sit directly on the ground, free Internet, ice water,,, safe, other travelers The quality of people is also very high. I can just leave my passport, wallet, mobile phone, etc. outside, go swimming, take a shower, use the toilet, etc., and they will still be there when I come back (this is currently the case in central Australia. I feel that the quality of the people is very good. )

YYi ๛กThis is my favorite hotel in the whole trip! The stay experience was completely beyond my expectations. The restaurant in the resort is very good, with many choices, and the business hours include breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rest of the activities that can be booked are all near the hotel, which is very convenient for travel!

LLow Siong Lye 27052025I had a great stay at Capitanos! The location was incredibly convenient—just a short walk from the beautiful beaches and close to major supermarkets like Coles, which made picking up essentials really easy. There were also several good bars and restaurants nearby, offering plenty of dining options without having to go far. The highlight, though, was the staff. They were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with a smile. Whether it was answering questions, giving local tips, or just creating a welcoming atmosphere, their service really stood out. Overall, Capitanos offered a comfortable and well-located base for exploring the area. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting!

GGuest UserMy son loves to stay there because of the swimming pool. Unfortunately the pool was closed. So we need to go to Garden Hilton instead. We always enjoy the front desk staff in our previous stays. This time no exception, he was very good. I cannot recall his name though. We have paid for our breakfast with the booking. But when we were in the restaurant, the staff cannot find our room number. We went to front desk, the lady told me we haven't paid for the breakfast. In the end, I have to show her our booking details. In my view, this should be avioded if the hotel had do the job properly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
