The people were very friendly. We were the only guests, but we felt so welcome. We were at the waterfalls before all the crowds and the is recommendable.
Dinner and breakfast was great! I just missed teafacilities in the room, but tea is available so not a problem
I would stay here again

Guest UserThe service was great, room very clean and fantastic views. However we were displeased with the cleanliness of the breakfast area! Also due to a large group of people staying there, it was loud and we didn’t see a variety of food during breakfast time.

The hotel is very large and very beautiful, 2 steps from the cascades. A little empty in this period of the year and would need a little fascinating raval. The garden is beautiful, the swimming pools are beautiful but not heated. The staff is friendly and done at best.
