首先環境還是不錯，小盆友和長者都很喜歡，我是從重慶來襄陽探親，看着這家酒店不錯就帶着孩子和長者去乘涼，環境符合預期，但是也要實話實説。 我們在網上下單的是樹屋，孩子選的覺得很新穎，書屋分為上下兩層，兩層要錯開進出比較麻煩，但是確實比較好看，費用在800上下一晚，這個價格住五星級酒店綽綽有餘。到店已近13點，我詢問前台可否送餐過來，回否説餐廳太忙根本沒空，請自行前往，實際上環視一週並沒有多少有遊客，餐廳自然就我們一桌。吃過飯回樹屋，我剛把行李提上二樓，開門的一瞬間撲鼻的甲醛味迎面襲來，想到過一會可能會好點，一直忍着沒吭聲，直到孩子説媽媽太臭了，我才打電話詢問前台能否換房，前台説換房可以要補200差價，説那個房間本來就很貴，跟這個房間完全不是一個價位的，原則上至少補400，讓我們補200已經是最大優惠，可是我本來就覺得這房間很不錯啊，自己設施還沒完善就投入使用啊… 當然，耳根子軟的我，想到大老遠來剛坐下又要開車了覺得挺煩的就同意了，客房部就立馬説馬上發給我二維碼把錢轉給他們，四點半左右過來接我們。此時孩子已經睡午覺了，怕把人家床整臟的我板正的躺下眯了一會。大約4點，我心虛的告知長輩此事後長輩説那算了，還要提着行李爬上爬下還要頂着大太陽去找房間，那就回去吧，就當徐州風景遊吧。於是我衹好告知前台我們不住了，真不合適。前台停頓幾秒後在電話那頭竊竊私語回：那你給個五星好評吧，給了免費給你們換吧 我愣了一下，答那好吧。 不一會酒店就來人接我們去了，的確新房間有大又敞亮，樓下還有一個泳池，雖然我更喜歡樹屋，但是人不能得寸進尺。這個時候，工作人員一副愁眉苦臉的模樣，喊我給他200塊錢作為按金，離店後給5星好評再退給我… 我立馬反問，這算是威脅嗎？依然愁眉苦臉的回答，美女，話不能這麼説啊… 最後退房的時候約9.50吧，系統化不能評價，但是前台小姐姐還是找了老闆，老闆也爽快的把200退給我了。 以上是這十多個小時的所有經歷，細枝末節就不加贅述。 綜合來看，環境很美，房屋也很好，雖然有蟲出沒，但對我而言也是美好的一部分，看得出來確實打造得很用心。 建議就是老闆要加強團隊管理和員工培訓，部門和部門之間毫無溝通，經常説那塊是我同事負責你問同事，或者就是那我不清楚不歸我管。夏日炎炎顧客也好員工也好都磨皮擦癢的。表揚開擺渡車的大哥，熱情心也好，表揚我的管理員，尤其是後勤大姐上門鋪被。吃飯確實太貴了，是外面的2倍➕，也有可能是我個人的物價觀念不同。

During the holiday, my family of five went on a trip together. We didn't go to the big attractions to see the crowds. We stayed here for a few days. We really enjoyed it.
