***meat is a clean and beautiful hotel. Staff are very close to life and helpful. It is also easy to have a parking of the hotel. I thank Mr. Jacob especially from the reception. It has been very helpful. You will stay in a lot of centre, which you can choose with comfort.

First, Abant Kebabi: Although the first presentation seemed appetiteful, the hot and taste of the yogurt under the dinner was great and it was the only thing that saved the dinner. But the meat of the kebab is full of nerves and very hard, and I think that such meat should not be used in any business. The spark under the meat was not bad, but the tomato sauce at the top of the meal must be an emergency job of the boss, which was taken without the tomatoes being stolen. It was not nice to meet the worst meat and tomato blades you're going to have to remove from your mouth on a plate of 850 TL. Pizza (Alaturka): The hamuru and the tail margins were really delicious and looked like the Italian pizza; at last it was just where we eat. However, we had to take off the tomato sauce on the pizza again and the materials like the water on the pizza smelled burned and waited oil. Abant Sarmas: The worst ended I. The presentation was great again but the outer part of the sweet was incredibly dry. The material in the sweet sweet left a bad taste in the mouth with a burned smell. I recommend you not to try this food. Sweets: We tried with profiterol and soft and it was really very good. I recommend these sweets. Service: Working service staff is really close, respectful and prezantabl.

The hotel looks new, and kept very well. It is beautifully furnished and decorated. Room is of good size, and well furnished. Room is clean and well maintained with good quality items and toiletries. It has a safe, tea kettle as well as mini fridge. Staff members at reception desk speaks good English and very helpful, hospitable and efficient- especially Alif who is charming, smiling and received us well. Breakfast buffet was very good with excellent varieties of local food as well as intercontinental. The hotel rate is also good. Location is nice. I recommend the hotel for international travelers.

The perfect hotel is served as a half-home hotel, but they never leave you hungry... All of your staff feel private. Eating is very impressive as a open buffet and tastes in the morning and evening. Don't pay the lake view room for nothing. The hotel is beautiful but I can't say the same thing for the lake area. Unfortunately there is nothing but a few events in the area.

There is a team working entirely for your happiness, from hotel entrance to exit. We went to the hotel as a group of 25 people and everyone left happily. The biggest architect of this, Mr. Hotel Manager Tahir, does whatever is necessary to ensure that you have a good holiday throughout the hotel. You never hear the answer no. A nail got into the tire of one of our vehicles, a tire repairman was immediately called and the vehicle was repaired and brought back. We want a fire outside, not 1 but 2 fires are lit. We want music and a large amplifier is brought. If you want to rest and have a little change of mind, I definitely recommend you to go. In fact, I read the comments before I went, most of them wrote similar things, I thought that would be it, they even wrote a little about Mr. Tahir. Everyone, from the cook to the waiter, is friendly. Thank you, Esentepe hotel. We also received half board service from the hotel, which is a full price performance hotel. Both dinner and breakfast are quite satisfactory for the price charged. Hope to see you again…..

Bolu'da karpalas hotelde jakuzili oda için rezervasyon yaptırdım. Görüntüsü iyi olmasına rağmen beş para etmez yol pansiyonları kalitesinde bir yermiş meğer. Kalacağım odada jakuziye su doldurdum, fakat bellimi borularda bir sorun varmış. Jakuzinin tüm suyu halıfleks kapli zemine boşaldı!!. Resepsiyonu arayıp konuyu anlattım fakat hiç bir görevli gelmedi. Resepsiyon sanki konu çok normal bir şeymiş gibi davrandı. Oda içinde kalınır durumda olmadığı halde bir yetkili çıkıp da odanın kapısına dahi gelmedi.. ikinci defa aradığımda ise otelde başka olmadığı söyledi. Fahiş fiyatlarla kaldığım bu otelde israrla çözüm bulmaları gerektiğini belirtmeme rağmen çözüm odaklı yaklaşılmadı. Bu seviyede bir otelden personel kalitesi bekliyor insan.. en sonunda telafi etmeleri konusunda israrim sonucu alt seviye bir oda verdiler. Jakuzili oda için verdiğim para boşa gitti, Hiçbir şekilde telafi edilmedi.. verdiğim paranın iadesini talep ediyorum. Bir kuruşunu bile haketmiyorlar.. gerçekten rezalet.. otel ne hizmet kalitesi ne oda kalitesi hiçbir yönden iyi yorumu haketmiyor.
