The hotel is somewhat distant from all metro stations. If you have large luggage, navigating the pebble-paved streets can be quite challenging, so taking an Uber or taxi is highly recommended. Upon arrival, we enjoyed delicious welcome desserts in the room. The amenities include a kettle for boiling water and a complimentary bottle of water. But no tooth paste, tooth brushes or slippers are provided. The water pressure in the shower was weaker than I’d prefer, and the bathroom sink counter is too small, making it difficult to place items. Handwashing often resulted in water splashing everywhere. On the positive side, the bed was very spacious, which we greatly appreciated. Luggage storage is free. Luggage is kept in the luggage room and have to wait for the staff to open the door to get the luggage. There are sometimes only 1 staff in the front desk and if you are in a hurry and if no one happens to be in the reception area, you may have to prepare more time for this. We have waited around 10 mins.

The transportation is convenient, just outside the subway station. The front desk service is enthusiastic, and they help introduce tourist information when they see that you are a tourist. The room itself has a lot of toiletries and the sanitary conditions are also acceptable.

Located right in the heart of the city, the Masa Hotel in Portugal was an excellent experience. I chose the Masa Hotel for my trip to Lisbon and it completely exceeded my expectations! The hotel is perfectly located, just a few minutes' walk from the metro station, making it convenient for visiting attractions and navigating the airport. There are also many wonderful cafes and restaurants nearby. The spacious and clean rooms, with modern amenities and a reliable free Wi-Fi connection, made my stay incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was a real surprise, with its diverse selection and delicious local cookies. The 24-hour front desk staff was incredibly helpful and patient, whether providing directions or answering questions. The hotel also offers a swimming pool, fitness center, and other amenities to meet your every need. The overall experience was excellent, no wonder it's so popular. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Lisbon!

It is an old four-star hotel in a relatively quiet location. It is surrounded by residential buildings. It is 5 or 6 minutes' walk from the beach. The train station is 10 minutes away. Next door is a shopping mall for shopping, laundry, and supermarkets. It is more convenient. The hotel facilities are older and the rooms are on the thinner side. The bathtub design is not reasonable for showering. Water will spill out and wet the ground. Be very careful when entering and exiting. The air conditioner is either too cold or leaking. Parking, fitness and indoor swimming pools all require a separate fee. I have stayed in hotels in so many countries. Fortunately, this is the first time I encountered them. Fortunately, the hotel staff are very friendly and responsive. The thoughtful gift of a cake on my birthday is very nice😊 The breakfast is rich and delicious, and the bread is delicious. If you want to take a rest and vacation, it is a good choice👍

The hotel is in the old town. It is a bit strenuous to walk and needs climbing, but it is very convenient to take a taxi. Lisbon can use uber. This time happened to be my mother's birthday, and the hotel also remembered to send cakes to Japan ~ The mini bar can be used for free for the first time, everyone said that tea and coffee are available every day ~

Fantastic hotel. Not exactly in the centre but I liked it. Shopping centre 30 seconds walk away and €5 to get to all the tourist bits. Hotel staff super friendly, lovely big standard classic rooms; great decor and feels very special. Really enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is clean and tidy, very new. Turn left and there is a shopping mall. There is a supermarket downstairs in the mall. It is an eight-minute walk from the hotel. It is not in the old town, but it is not bad! The front desk has a very good attitude. There is a handsome guy named Nuno, who is very enthusiastic and smiling. The flight after checking out of the hotel is at 7 o'clock. I left at 4 o'clock in the morning. I asked the front desk if I could take some breakfast with me. They agreed very happily. There were six people in the group. They gave six breakfast boxes, which were very large, with two sandwiches, juice, mineral water, bananas, and coffee. One big box for each person, we almost couldn't take it. It was so real and loving. We ate this for breakfast and lunch. Thank you very much🙏

This is a very special hotel in a beautiful location with beautiful rooms, most with great views, and excellent service. Loved everything about it and recommend it in the strongest terms for leisure travelers.

Front desk staffs are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast with food choice and even can have Champagne. I had dinner in the hotel restaurant 3 times, Is a good experience. For the first two times, really good food. The last time changed chef, taste terrible. So better check the chef before go. Not many shopping spot around the hotel. But can walk to hop on hop off bus. Good value for the price.
