Nice retreat from noisy central Lisbon hotels. The rooms were large and quiet. The air conditioning was perfect. The breakfast was great. We also enjoyed the fitness center and small indoor pool and hot tub. The front desk and dining staff were extremely friendly and spoke English very well. Would stay again

A hotel with a good location is next to a shopping mall, and there is a Chinese restaurant five minutes to the left, which tastes great. The room is relatively large and the bedding is relatively clean. The underground parking garage is 12 euros a day, which is very convenient. There is just an underground parking garage where you need to move your luggage up the stairs to get to your room.
The location of the hotel is relatively remote, the neighborhood is very deserted and there are few passers-by. The advantage is that it is quiet, new and clean. It is a small boutique hotel with slow but attentive service.
This is an old castle remodeled. It looks too pleasant outside, but the hotel door is very ordinary. I almost can't find the entrance. Other decorations and rooms are ok. It is comfortable but not luxurious. It is convenient to enter and exit nearby attractions. The room terrace faces the sea and there are many yachts.

Clean rooms and friendly service.
Little bit of a walk to the centre of the city and hilly so if you are not into walking perhaps not the location for you.

Exceeded my expectations. The room is beautiful, the service incredible, with special credits to Nuno, Larisse and the waiter Eduardo who treated us very well, always with great attention !!! Perfect location.

The attitude of the room facilities and service staff was very good, but the heating did not work and it was very cold. There were too few breakfast options.
Breakfast was very good and varied. Clean rooms, although the rooftop pool was a bit dirty (hair) and ordering something on the pool deck took a long time (it was just 4 simple drinks). Otherwise good to very good service, good location and nice decor. The beach and train station are just a few minutes' walk away.

Nice hotel, pleasant and always available welcome, upgrade to a nice suite making the stay even more comfortable, good quality bedding.
The lighting management is a bit complex, you have to get the hang of it.
Good and quality breakfast but a bit classic, we would have appreciated some local specialties.
The spa is enjoyable at the end of the day but requires some maintenance work.
This hotel is perfect for anyone who has to stay in Lisbon overnight. It is right outside the airport and they provide shuttle service to the airport every 15 minutes. The room was very comfortable and breakfast had a good variety of choices. Staff were friendly and helpful. This is the second time I stay at this hotel and would still go back there any time when in transit in Lisbon.

AAnonymous UserBe careful with this hotel, in which service and facilities are wildly variable.
For our last night, one bath towel is missing for a room of double occupancy - a schoolboy error as they would call it - and when we requested the second one, the receptionist acted as if he were doing us a big favour. Then, on our last day, neither of our two room cards worked when we returned to the room 30 min before check out time - and because of receptionist shortage, it took us a good 15 min to get a replacement card - not a good thing for a hotel that brands itself for being chic and high tech.
The room controller, which is run by the TV system, as well as the lighting panel, are as dysfunctional as they get - one would have thought it should be a very simple thing to raise or lower the temperature through a quick flip of a switch, or a simple touch on dial. Instead, it is waiting for the TV to warm up, entering the room control panel, blah blah blah.
Note also a double bed at this hotel means two single beds slapped together. Not great if you have no wish to sleep atop a trench.
Our last night happens to be on a Friday, and the lobby practically turned into a dance floor with loud and cheap beats that went all the way to almost midnight and heard even on the highest floors.
No problem for being chic, but being chic is very different from being dysfunctional and uncomfy. A shame, as the location is excellent, some of the staff were nice and helpful, and some of the decor are clever.
GGuest UserFriendly staff that held our luggage when we arrived in the morning allowing us to tour the city while waiting for our room. We did check in a few hours early. They provided us with some good dinner recommendations that were quite lovely. The sauna and pool were also welcome, especially after walking for hours. Breakfast was solid but not over the top.
The metro stop was about 600 meters (up hill) to the hotel. Overall we enjoyed our 3 day stay.

AAnonymous UserIt is a very good hotel ~ the atmosphere is very good ~ the hotel with historical heritage is fascinating ~
The room is spacious and comfortable
It is a hotel worth visiting again~
GGuest User4 days after leaving Lisbon, I remembered that my wallet was left in the safe of this hotel room. I called and contacted them immediately. Finally, I found my wallet in good condition. Thank you very much to the hotel staff! The breakfast of this hotel is also the best among all the hotels in Portugal. It is very rich and the service is very good.
LLourdes Lobo JaimeThe location of the hotel is not at all good. It's not close to anything, you'll need a car to get anywhere.
The hotel itself looks old. The rooms are good but honestly not for the price you pay. The water in the indoor pool was cold, so we couldn't enjoy the spa. The buffet leaves a lot to be desired.
The attention of the staff was very good.
LLois EllenHighly recommended! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and gracious throughout our stay. Location is excellent, and afforded us the opportunity to walk and use public transportation to experience Lisbon’s beauty.
TThe other birdThe Hotel was good, conveniently situated next to a tram stop. It’s pretty and the way they kept old ruins incorporated with modern finishes was very well done.
It has one of the most beautiful pools I’ve seen in a hotel, but it was a bit smelly at times if I’m completely honest. I was there for 2 nights and didn’t make me feel like going back even when we spent most of the time in the hotel because of the rain. Good spa area.
Very good breakfast in terms of food but they can improve on the coffee, very limited choices and not tasty at all.
The restaurant was very nice and the food was very nice too although the service was extremely slow.
The staff was friendly but not hugely attentive.
Overall a pleasant stay but not spectacular stay.
