Very Good
GGuest UserOur go-to hotel in Lisbon. It's well-located (near Campolide and Sete Rios), the front office staff are excellent, the restaurant is very pleasant, and the beds are super comfortable, both in the suites and standard rooms. This is where our son learned to walk in 2024, and where we'll always return whenever we're in Lisbon.
GGuest UserWe were originally scheduled to fly home on the same morning as our son, but on different flights. Around 5 AM that day, we found out our son's flight was canceled, while ours was still on schedule, leaving us with very little time. Our son wanted to stay an extra day at this hotel to use their gym (we had stayed there for a night two days prior). In my haste to book, I accidentally put my husband's name instead of my son's as the guest. We quickly checked on it after our flight landed, and thankfully, our son successfully checked in. So grateful! đ The Uber ride from the hotel to the airport was only CAD$6.
DDill ChenThe hotel is clean and meets standards of Iberostar hotels if youâve been to other ones, with pleasant scents in the lobby. Used the gym but it was small, with necessary equipments so was okay. Didnât try spa but youâd have 1 hour free access if book in advance.
Service was relatively low-levelled throughout the stay. First night of arrival, there werenât sleepers in the room and surprised that slippers at the reception were out of stock.
Second morning I was made to wait in front of the restaurant to have breakfast, with loads of available tables inside, which were not cleaned up on time. The staff didnât maintain the queue in a good way, the line was cut in by two groups of guests, and there was even one group going straight into the restaurant, with the staff not noticing this or explaining to us. No caring was shown verbally for our waiting outside of the restaurant.
Third morning was told that thereâs no breakfast booked with the room, but it turned out that the staff put wrong room numbers on the system when checking. The staff guided us to a table without cutleries prepared.
Reception staff were friendly yet not showing the best quality of service if the hotel is 5-star. Response time could be shortened.
Restaurant service was terrible given the above. No apologies made for the situations mentioned.
GGuest UserThe room had a nice, relaxing atmosphere. I had requested a room with a bathtub, and had checked in advance which rooms had a bathtub, but unfortunately there were none available on the day, so I ended up with just a shower, which was disappointing. Other than that, it was very good.
LLucy2000The hotel on the last day of our road trip was surprisingly excellent in terms of location, parking, food, service, and ambiance. It felt like every service was provided without regard to cost, making it highly recommended. Located in the old town of Hiada, it's within walking distance of restaurants, Fado shows, metro stations, and the Citywalk shopping street. The hotel is easily accessible, with a small square for temporary parking in front and valet parking available at the front desk. While breakfast is Ă la carte, it's quick to prepare and offers a wide variety of delicious options; room service is also available. The basement has a charming little museum, a gym, and a large bar â all thoughtfully designed. Various value-for-money services are available at different times, including Citywalk, a complimentary minibar, and readily available snacks, fruits, and wines. The rooms are well-laid out and aesthetically pleasing, with a relaxing shower area featuring lighting and music. Amenities are Molton Brown from the UK, and all drinks in the refrigerator are complimentary.
WWONGNThe two male staff members at the reception and front desk were incredibly polite and friendly upon check-in, which made a great first impression. However, over the next two days, the restaurant staff for breakfast were mostly unsmiling and very cold. The hotel only has two floors. I stayed in a first-floor room, and there was a strange smell upon entering, though it improved slightly after turning on the air conditioning. The soundproofing was poor, and water from the bathroom would seep into the room from the corner of the wall. Overall, it wasn't a good experience. There's a self-service laundry shop near the hotel.
PpawnpawnI have been visited Lisbon for three times, stayed in three different hotels each trips. Neya hotel is the best one in terms of best services/cost. The room is super clean and quiet, the breakfast provides multiple choices of food. The hotel reception with 24 hours service with multiple languages, English, French, and all etc., Everything is excellent !
GGuest UserThe location is excellent, the reception, hygiene and services are all very good, except that the room is slightly small. It's very convenient to go out and walk around. There is French Veal downstairs, so it's best to make a reservation in advance. The dessert shop in the hotel is also delicious, not too sweet, and is worth a try. Breakfast is a la carte and very rich. Staying for two days can save a lot of money.
WWing0315Without box tissue provide at the room.
Not enough power socket area at the desk area.
The toilet is small and not convenience to hold anything inside.
