The hotel was excellent! From the lobby, you can already catch a stunning view of the sunset, which made such a beautiful first impression. I was celebrating my birthday during my stay, and the team went above and beyond by decorating the room so thoughtfully, it really made me feel special. The staff were warm and attentive throughout, always ready to help with a smile. The facilities were well maintained, the ambiance was relaxing, and overall it felt like a perfect getaway. Truly a memorable stay and highly recommended!
Top notch services, the level of attentiveness towards cleanliness and keeping the property in immaculate condition. I loved it a lot, and intend to extend our stays from 3 nights to 7 nights. However, it was shame they couldn’t give better deal than the third party website and we decided to hop to next accommodation.
Very cool modern hotel in Labuan Bajo. Awesome aesthetics all around, from the entrance to the rooftop pool and restaurant, to the room itself. Only stayed one night but would absolutely stay again if ever in Labuan Bajo. Excellent value for money. Food and drinks at the restaurant were also great.
The welcome treat upon check-in was a nice touch, but the room itself was rather standard, and there were a few small mosquitoes in the bathroom. The overall quality felt comparable to a typical 4-star hotel in China.
However, on the upside, the sea view from our sea-view room was stunning. The location was fantastic, close to both the main street and the pier, making it super convenient for trying out the popular seafood restaurants often featured on platforms like Xiaohongshu. The 6th-floor infinity pool had a wonderful ambiance, and lying on a sun lounger and gazing at the stars was pure bliss.
We received a grab-and-go breakfast for our day trip, which was convenient, and overall, it was pretty decent.
Beautiful hotel and rooms. The lobby and room views are amazing.
They organize a free snorkeling trip at a nearby beach.
Staff are super friendly and lovely.
Just be prepared that service can be a bit slow at breakfast. Coffee and eggs sometimes need several reminders. Some staff English is not so good but they try hard. So pls be patient and understanding
I needed medical attention ( luckily not serious) but a call in doctor and medication took several hours. The hotel was very apologetic and tried their best to help. Overall Labuan Bajo is a slow service town so expect to be just chill and take things easy.
Overall enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much and would highly recommend it.
Beautiful sunset !
This resort is in such a beautiful setting. A perfect relaxing getaway where the team could not be more helpful. Not only did they make all arrangements for all or our day trips, but a member of the team even raced after us to the airport with some items we didn't even realise we left behind.
Fabulous.
Communication was excellent, especially as the villa was away from the town it was very helpful getting help with arranging a car or guide for the day. The apartment was spacious and perfect for travelling with kids.
Zasgo Hotel truly feels like a hidden gem in Labuan Bajo. Upon arrival, we were given a complimentary upgrade to the suite on the 8th floor – an amazing surprise. From our room, we enjoyed a breathtaking view over the town and harbor, which instantly made our stay memorable.
The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting us with everything from arranging tours to organizing transport. When I had a complaint about the water pressure in our room, it was quickly resolved while we were out for dinner – outstanding service!
The only minor downside is the location. Instead of a 5-minute walk to the main strip, it takes about 10 minutes. But honestly, we didn’t mind at all – it even helped us reach our 10,000 steps a day 😉.
Overall: a comfortable hotel with excellent service, beautiful views, and a warm atmosphere. Definitely recommended for anyone wanting to explore Labuan Bajo.
We have loved our stay at Lelewatu and feel very grateful to have been able to experience staying there. We stayed in a cliff pool view villa, the view is spectacular, the villa itself is so beautifully designed and very clean. The pool is a nice size, very clean and has such a beautiful outlook. The bathtub is lovely overlooking the ocean and fills up very fast with clean water. The bed is comfortable with soft and clean linen. The staff are all very helpful and kind and we really have enjoyed all meals that have been lovingly prepared and delivered to our room. As we were celebrating our anniversary the staff organised a beautiful table setting for dinner which was such a kind gesture.
Although neither of these two things would deter us from staying again they are worth noting.
1 the villa floor itself is noticeably unlevel and tilts down a little towards the back wall of the villa.
2 If you are a surfer this location does prove a little difficult and the hotel itself does not have a boat for transfers nor were they able to supply us with a rental bike that has a surfboard rack. As my husband is an experienced rider and has previous experience of navigating in rural areas using google maps he managed, although the trips to find the waves were not too comfortable without having a surfboard rack. If you have your own car or rent a car with a driver that is familiar with the area this may be fine for you to get to the local surf spots which are all around 30 minutes from the hotel. There is surf at nearby Nihi however that beach is private for hotel guests only.
This is an ideal resort for honeymooners, couples of families looking for peace and tranquility.
Local Collection Hotel is a place to enjoy the sunset with an Instagram-able spot 😍 other than that, I would say I'm delighted with the request that I wanted, which is a welcoming note of Happy Anniversary. Based on the food, during the evening, I ordered a pizza margarita, and it was so delicious! For breakfast, all the buffet items tasted good.
It was fun staying here as all the hotel staff treated & good at taking pictures for us. I would recommend whoever wants to stay in Labuan Bajo, please book Loccal hotel ✨

GGuest UserThe room serves its purpose well as a temporary stopover, especially for those on day trips. There's new construction happening right in front of the hotel. Overall, I'd rate it around a 3 to 3.5-star hotel. Hot water was just okay, and water pressure was a bit low. The evening view from the sea-view room was decent.
Since we were on a day trip, the front desk offered a packed breakfast service. However, on the second day, they made a mistake. For our group of four (2 adults, 2 children), we were supposed to get two breakfast packs. Instead, they only gave us one bag containing drinks, mineral water, and cutlery on top, completely forgetting the actual food pack. As a result, we had no breakfast for our day trip. Thankfully, Ctrip stepped in to resolve the issue and refunded a portion of our breakfast fee.
Overall, at this price point, I would still recommend it, especially considering the included transfer service.

GGuest UserNear airport, good location, beautiful resort beach front, resort restaurant is 24hrs, nice pool. The only downside is that the water pressure is a bit low, but that is very common on island hotels. Enjoyed my stay and will book again in the future.

GGuest UserGood hotel for it's price. The pool isn't so huge but it's doable. Rooms are clean and tidy. Service was great. Nice n friendly staff.
Yes the beach is so so dirty. We just came back from a 3days /2 nights yatch trip so we didn't care to to go to the beach. Otherwise if you are booking a beach vacation it will be a bad disappointment.
On one of the three days that we were there, the neighbouring plot of land kept burning leaves as they were land clearing. Smoke travelled towards the pool and our room area That also spoiled our day.
Fff88I had the pleasure of staying at Harbour Komodo Hotel, and it was an outstanding experience! The location of the hotel is simply perfect – it's situated in a prime area, making it incredibly easy to explore the island has to offer in walking distance. The staff here were exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to help. They were attentive, professional, and always ready with recommendations or assistance whenever needed. It's clear that they go above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcome and valued.
The room itself was everything I could have hoped for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, offering a great night's sleep after a day of exploring. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean, making it feel like a true home away from home. I particularly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made it easy to unwind and relax.
Lastly, the feeling of safety was something I truly appreciated during my stay. The hotel’s security measures gave me peace of mind, and the area surrounding the hotel felt secure and welcoming.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable in Labuan Bajo, well-located, and safe place to stay with outstanding service. I can’t wait to return! Thank you so much.
