The hotel bed is very comfortable, not the kind of special soft, very suitable for Chinese baby physique! The waiter is also very patient and polite! Yes, it is also very close to the beach. I specially asked the hotel's waiter brother. They strongly recommend Türk-i coast. It is really beautiful! It is only about7.5 kilometers away from the hotel. It is very convenient to let the hotel staff help to call a taxi.

Its excellent place for travelers especially for summer that has especial beach for hotel resident that provides excellent service plus gym , its good 5 star hotel and its the only real 5 star hotel in samsun city thats very close to shopping center and the hotel service is excellent , very clean and very polite staff with clean restaurant and variety of food ,
I recommend it to every one who want travel to samsun city . Its also has parking for travelers with car.

The air conditioning in the rooms is very weak. The windows don't open. Very stuffy. The staff tries to help, but is not effective. The number has been changed. They skimp on air conditioning in the corridors, which is why it’s so stuffy.
The Hilton Honors card was not accepted, as a result the night was not taken into account - you will have to contact support.
One of the advantages is free underground parking.
