Very good location. Quiet, but just a few minutes' walk to shopping and restaurants. Friendly, helpful staff at both the front desk and the restaurant.
The cheapest Park Hyatt is back with the ** legend experience:
1. The bed is really comfortable. I haven't seen the mattress, but it is really good to sleep on. Among all the top hotels, I feel that Park Hyatt's bed can be among the top three.
2. Except for the bed and the gauze curtain, the hardware and software level of the room is indeed at the level of a 1,000 yuan hotel in China. The TV is from a foreign country, and it is actually TCL. Figure 6 shows a small speaker, a 500 yuan domestic product from JD.com. The St. Regis in Qingdao uses a JBL that costs more than 1,000 yuan.
3. Regarding the abnormal noise, I personally think it is not **. Although when I checked in, the room card could not open the door no matter how I swiped it for the first time when I entered the room. I swiped it three times. My wife pressed the doorbell and it worked no matter how I swiped it afterwards. There are still many people staying in the hotel, and it is popular enough. I think the hotel is relatively old and I really don’t know why there are abnormal noises. The sound insulation is really not good. The bathroom can hear other bathrooms’ noises. In the middle of the night, the neighbors came back and chatted. It was very clear in the corridor. They closed the door and chatted in the room, and I could hear it clearly. I fell asleep as soon as I lay down, and I am not the kind of person who can’t be woken up by noise after waking up.
4. The garden and hall have both produced photos, and it can be seen that they have been carefully maintained.
5. The service and attitude are OK, but not as good as the top luxury hotels in China.
6. The price of more than 1,000 yuan is indeed reasonable, but it is really different from the Park Hyatt of 7,000 or 8,000 yuan 😂. Considering Australia or Canberra, it feels cost-effective. After all, other hotels seem to be 1,000 yuan at any time.

Good hotel chain which lives up to its name, very suave feeling to it. Onsite gym, sauna & pool which I did not get to check out, the kitchen & the bar closed at 9pm on a weekday, the mini bar was reasonably well stocked.
Great location when you’re in Canberra. About 15 mins walk to Kingston shops and restaurants. 5 mins walk to Good Neighbourhood Cafe on Wentworth Avenue. Major Canberra tourist sites not far away.
Big room with an interesting mini bar. The breakfast variety was great as well. One downside is that Ctrip has some misleading pictures about the hotel.
Nice hotel in a great location. Each room has a mini kitchen and laundry which is very handy

Great
BBaigenThis hotel is really good, with a great location, very close to Parliament Square, the National Gallery, the National Museum, and the Military Memorial. The parking lot is free, the accommodation environment is quiet, the room is clean and tidy, and the bed is very comfortable! A good choice!
JJules FinchAlthough check-in time ends at 8pm and we arrived a little after 8 on a long weekend, the concierge was still there so we were able to check in smoothly. If we arrived closer to 9pm, our keys would be stored in a lock box outside with a PIN code sent to our phone for entry instructions. Our 2 Bedroom Apartment was incredibly spacious. We had generous storage, a large living room and dining area. The kitchen had a full sized fridge, a microwave and full sized dishwasher. Both bedrooms had a large integrated study desk, and en-suite. There was a fully equipped laundry in another room connected to the ensuite of one of the bedrooms. They were both master rooms with king sized beds. Inside the lobby there’s a free coffee and hot chocolate machine. There were multiple vending machines for drinks and snacks too, The hotel has free parking and is 100m walk via the parking lot to a shopping centre and dining precinct. The hotel is less than 10mins from the Canberra Arboretum. Really good location, facilities and staff were great. The hotel is low rise but very large with multiple wings and buildings. While we (2 friends) only stayed for 1 night we would love to stay here again in future. This apartment would also be suitable for longer term stays particularly for those needing to go to Canberra for a work trip or a family trip. Checkout at 10am was quick and we could purchase pre-packed to-go breakfast for $10 which was very handy for those needing to head home early on a long weekend road trip. We helped ourselves to free takeaway coffees at the lobby. Only negative is while the apartment is clean, it needs a deep clean for some areas missed.
SSharonAnything that could go wrong did go wrong!!! For a disabled room there was no power point near the bed. The only available power point in the room was in the bathroom. The air conditioning was manually powered and was positioned above the window so anyone in a wheelchair or that was short could not reach it. The only place to hang up your clothes was on the back of the bathroom door. The bathroom was quite large but when I went to put the towel on the hanger it came apart!!!! And the top of the toilet was broken. Then I opened the fridge and it looked like a soda can had exploded and nobody had cleaned it. When I informed the staff member he was very lovely, he came in and cleaned the fridge, gave me a power board and extension cord for the bed which did help. But then in the morning the young staff member on took an hour and half to bring a toasted sandwich to my room after saying it would only be 10mins. He had clearly forgotten about it. So after such a bad experience I asked for my money back!!!!

EElaine Yuen YanThe hotel is quite good. The parking was in increased to A$28 if not pre-booked but trip.com says only A$15 and no need to book. The hotel ended up waiving the first night parking when we asked and we parked on the street the next day.
The hotel room is very big and the beds are quite firm and comfortable. The bathroom is a good size but would appreciate rubbish bags into the bins because it feels like I can't even put in banana peel because I don't want it to go to mush inside the bin and someone has to dig it out and wash the bin.
There is an iron and ironing board in the room with safe, extra blanket and pillows. The only complaint for the room is probably the noisy air conditioning.
Food at the bistro inside the hotel was pretty good for dinner and the buffet breakfast had a good variety but it is the same everyday.

CChengThe room and bathroom were quite clean! !! The counter staff is very kind! !! About 20-30 minutes from the airport, but not too far from several well-known attractions, very convenient
AAnonymous UserI've been to Canberra twice. This is the best hotel I've stayed in. It's really nice. The staff are warm and considerate. The room is big, new and smells good. There were 4 people here this time and we had an extra bed in the living room. It's very convenient. It's only 5 minutes away from Parliament Hill in Canberra. It's in the center of the city. The location is very good. Parking is free on weekends. It's really good. Next to it is the Burbury Hotel, but this hotel has excellent value for money. It's really good. It's clean and comfortable. The location is great. Excellent, I will continue to stay there if I have the opportunity in the future, 5-star recommendation! Canberra feels great this time 😌
GGuest UserOur first experience with A by Adina was in Sydney, so we decided to try the one in Canberra. We loved the vibe, the cleanliness, and the layout of the room we stayed in. The gym was smaller than I expected but it was good enough for me to get in a workout. We were celebrating my partner's birthday and usually at other hotels, we would be given something like a small chocolate or a complimentary beverage but we didn't receive anything so don't expect something if you're celebrating a special occasion during your stay. The location is amazing as it is within walking distance to Canberra City Centre and surrounding suburbs. Would recommend this hotel if you want to stay close to the CBD.
