Friendly & helpful reception . Good & cause room . Free soft drinks ( water & cola) , coffee & tea. The room has to be cleaned better. The train station is close the hotel. 15 minutes by train to downtown of Brussels
The room was spacious and very comfortable.
There’s a Carrefour nearby where you can easily buy groceries.
The receptionist was super friendly, and I loved the 24-hour coffee available in the lobby.
The self-service laundry in the basement was also very convenient.
I’ll definitely stay here again next time I visit Brussels!
I love the ambiance of the hotel. Easy check in. Clean room and able to provide additional amenities like iron and iron board. Warm welcome by the staff. Love it!
We needed to catch a flight the next day and checked into this hotel.
I guess it was a new staff member; they gave us a suite, and the room was very large.
But because they weren't familiar with the process, they didn't give us a boarding pass (a small round piece of paper) when we took the bus to the airport the next day. Luckily, the driver was nice and didn't make us get off.
These hotels near the airport are basically empty; they're just full of people rushing to catch their flights.
We only stayed for a night but it’s better than expected!! Room is clean and the beds are comfy. Except the sound of the plane is noisy since it’s near airport but generally a very good stay for the price paid. We had dinner at ibis hotel nearby and the pizza is good!
The location is convenient and relatively quiet on campus, highly recommended. The front desk staff are also very welcoming, especially the Asian staff who can speak Chinese. They are really friendly and highly recommended!
Sitting near the river Dyle, Martin's Klooster is a charming hotel that prides itself on offering exceptional service and elegant rooms. Located in an over 500-year old building near the historic city center of Leuven, the hotel is a real pleasure to stay with nice rooms and good amenities.
Hotel well located, with bathroom, well soundproofed, free parking, close to public transport, allowing in 15 minutes to reach the centre of Brussels. Very spacious room with chassis. nice staff. Clean room. Price quality is considered excellent.
I recommend.
There were no slippers in the room. There was a gap in the room door. It was scary while sleeping because the door was constantly vibrating in the void. there is a locked door which connects next hotel room, all the sound from the next room came to me. but the facility was clean. It's an average place, not a very nice place in my opinion.

Very Good
GGuest UserThe only issue is that it is not accessible with normal transport card. You need to pay separately for the airport bus to get there which is 3 euros ticket each time. Rest is good.

GGuest UserThe hotel has an elevator, but the soundproofing is not very good. It is close to the airport and train station. The room does not have air conditioning, but fortunately the weather was good and it was a bit cool at night, but with a fan it was acceptable.

AAnonymous UserThe major positive aspect is the walking-distance proximity with the airport terminal. The rooms are also fairly spacious. The service is not exceptional, but it’s not inadequate either, rather middle of the road.
However, the rooms are in need of some attention, especially for a Sheraton:
- the TV set was defective (it would spontaneously turn off after a few minutes of use),
- the shower gel and soap bottles were practically empty,
- there was only 1 not-that-large towel per person which is inadequate to take more than 1 shower, (e.g. if one wants to take a shower both in the evening and first thing in the morning), and
- the amenities were all upon request with practically nothing included in the room upon arrival (and, even when reception was asked for items that were listed as included upon request, they didn’t necessarily provide, e.g. bath robes), which makes asking rather uncomfortable.
If the price is reasonable, the convenience of the location is probably the saving element of this hotel.

ZZhuGood airport hotel to stay but surprised to find that airport hotel doesn’t have shuttle to the airport. One has to take the public bus to the airport.
MMan KitManuel at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. When the room was incorrect he corrected it without any issues. His friendliness was very comforting. The hotel has great location and the room was spacious and clean. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserThe hotel was fantastic, the people were great! The only problem I had was they had a washer and dryer to use but it took 4 hours to do two loads of laundry that cost me $30.00. Because we were traveling backpack that was one of the most important things on our trip. So it was a great disappointment. Other than that the hotel was fantastic and again the customer service was really good. I would definitely stay there again just make other plans to do laundry.
