Walking distance from the airport so perfect for me who just had a few hours to catch some sleep before having to return to the airport early the next morning. Room was basic but worth the price for me.

The hotel is close to the subway entrance and there is a food court nearby for easy eating. There is mineral water at the elevator entrance for you to take at will. The only downside is that there is a problem with the power interface on the window sill of the room. The charger cannot be plugged in tightly and charging is inconvenient. It is recommended to repair it.

Anytime a hotel is within walking distance of a Metro it's a great location. Surrounding the vicinity is littered with small eateries and roadside fruit sellers. The hotel breakfast was great - perhaps cater for foreign tourists now that the Visa free has been extended till Dec 2025. . Tour brochures should be made available for ease of booking for a day tour. The entrance is rather inconspicuous so a signage directing taxi service to the establishment should be looked into. The front desk staff are superb.

The location is relatively good, very close to Nanmen subway station, about 300 meters walk, the door is not on the main street, but fortunately there are obvious signs and it is not difficult to find. The hotel is in an office, which also has other companies and many training institutions. The disadvantage is that the room is too small, really small, there is no place to turn around after putting a suitcase

No bread and coffee is provided. Nevertheless we stayed there for 10 nights.

The only hotel ive stayed made me feels like i get more than what i pay. 100rmb and u get a free horse show, one nice room with buffet breakfast.

The room was very clean and the conditions in the scenic area were much better than those in the B&B. I left my iPad in the room when I left the hotel. We had already arrived in Kanas, and it took 4 hours to go back and forth. The express delivery was very inconvenient. Altay Atour Hotel is the best hotel in Altay City. The service of Atour is amazing! The staff is polite and enthusiastic. The breakfast is very rich. The dining time is also very long. I stayed here with my two kids under four years old and loved the experience. The hotel is located at a prime of location where Eid Gah is two mins walk away and the pedestrian food street and ancient city right across the road. The hotel is generally very clean, however as I entered my room I did feel like the floor needed better mopping. I could clearly see that some diet residue has been smeared all over the floor. The staff is super friendly and helpful, they were very cooperative with my inability to understand Chinese. Breakfast is amazing. They offer a great variety of items from fruits to bread and drink and soups/bean paste. I did notice that the bread was stale but there were definitely other options available. You can also do laundry without having to buy your own detergent 🥹 on the 5th floor. I did twice. 😄 My life was made so much easier with kids. I am so going to stay here again.

The location is about a 30 minute walk south of the old city, which means you can pass through different neighbourhoods. There are also plenty of taxis that pass outside the hotel. The rooms are modern and comfortable. When I was there the weather was dusty and smoggy, so the view weren't as stunning as they could have been. The breakfast buffet had lots of choices and was hot and satisfying each time.
