After coming out of the Sunken Plaza, Lu'an Station is just over a flyover. It is easy to find, and the appearance of the hotel is also eye-catching. The family room has a big bed and a 1.2-meter small bed. It is relatively spacious and decorated in a traditional style. It's good to have fruit and white fungus soup in the evening. There are hair conditioner, children's slippers for bathing, children's bath towels, and a few packets of snacks. The room did not smell of cigarettes.
Except that the breakfast is too simple, everything else is good.

The room can see Wanxi College on the island and the Radio and Television Tower on the opposite bank. The scenery is good. The above-ground and underground parking lots are spacious and convenient. The room is clean and large enough. Xiaolin, the receptionist, has a good service attitude and is professional. Will continue to consider it again!

The bedding is very clean and the mattress is moderately hard and soft, the kettle is of good quality, and the free water is given to 4 bottles. There are many restaurants around, and there is a green basket supermarket, which is very convenient. There is a Tuhu car downstairs that is cheap, convenient for parking, there are yard parking before and after, and there are plenty of parking spaces, especially the backyard has charging piles, which is very convenient to drive a tram. The front desk service awareness on the day of check-in was too bad. The guests didn't stand up when they came. They didn't say anything. They had to wait for the guests to open their mouths and sit there on the wooden stool. The front desk awareness on the day of check-out was much stronger.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Lu'An with everything in the arm of reach and the service is wonderful and absolutely second to none.
We missed our stay and will certainly stay here again in our next trip to Lu'An and wish everyone all the best.

GGuest UserAs a five-star hotel in Jinzhai, the air-conditioning host did not open at the end of November. I wanted to take a hot bath and turn on the air-conditioning for half an hour. After looking for a waiter to repair it, the host was not open. After more than half an hour, it was opened. At 2 o'clock in the night, it was a little cold. The air-conditioning host was turned off again. Really crying and laughing. The service standard of the five-star hotel is not ten or eight miles away, and the breakfast is not as good as the previous online. Nothing to eat. Front desk clerk service is good

AAnonymous UserThe arrangement of the rooms were quite confusing although room numbers were written on the walls as guide. I noticed that some rooms weren't chronologically come next to each other. Perhaps they could try rearranging the room numbers / places for easier and faster recognition. They may also opt to put bathrobes in every room regardless which type of room it is as well as add some coffee / tea sachets / sets as some visitors might not have much time or opportunity to go get or buy outside or somewhere. The windows also don't have metal brackets outside for security reasons / purposes. Some lighting weren't even properly working as well as the air conditioning seemed a bit weird, like blowing hot wind and then blowing cold wind a couple of times after (and it's winter season at the time of this writting). Additional English - speaking staff could have also been present for easier assistance for foreigners or expats. These were just few observations / considerations for better improvement but never imply a bad reflection about the place. Overall, it's still a good hotel which is recommendable. The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. The convenient and accessible location of the hotel were also very good points, plus it's by the road or main highway. I would still add this to my hotel list the next time I visit Lu'an again. Thank you!

I like the decoration design style very much. The hygiene is also very clean. The housekeeper told the pool that it was just changed. The hotel rooms are spacious and bright, elegantly decorated. The beds are comfortable and I can feel the call of deep sleep as soon as I lie down.
