We were extremely lucky to have chosen to stay overnight during an overland trip from RSA to Namibia and then Botswana back to RSA , father, and two sons at this establishment. On arrival, we were treated almost as returning guests, and the rooms provided were excellent, in contrast to the majority of other establishments during the 18-day trip. What impressed us was the elderly lady who checked us in, Maureen. She took the time to walk us about the premises, tell us the history of the buildings and the town, and then go out of her way to fetch us pool towels and arrange for drinks to be delivered to the pool. The Dinner and Breakfast meals were great, and the service could not be faulted. The rooms are really good as are the beds and bathing amenities, all function without fault. The only improvement could be the online booking of in-house people, struggle with the knowledge of the product being supplied, took me 5 e-mails to make a single night reservation for 3 . Nevertheless, I would recommend the establishment to any discerning traveler passing through Ghanz and i will stay/ use them again.
