I had a great stay at the Kyriad Hotel in Aceh. The location is very convenient — close to key landmarks, restaurants, and easy to get around from. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made for a very relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast — good variety, tasty local options, and fresh ingredients. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a solid choice if you're visiting Aceh. Would definitely recommend it for both business and leisure travel.

Excellent all round! Breakfast area can be crowded since the restaurant itself is small but the food is great, many selection of white/fried rice/noodle and many dessert options and fruit. Room is cleaned and towel changed daily. 10/10 would not hesitate to book this hotel again.

Staff were lovely however the hotel has seen better days. The rooms were noisy and the tap in one of the rooms was making sounds all night making it impossible to sleep. Breakfast also had a lot to be desired. The beds were clean though so passible for one night if no other places are available.

Simple, adequate accommodation. Our room was on the third floor with steep stairs. No toilet paper. Dirty tray with glasses. We would have liked some breakfast options for Western travellers -something like scrambled egg would have been appreciated!

The wifi is not smooth when in the room, while using a phone phone data package, you can't get it in the room. Had to punch in the lobby because there was a work that had to be solved that night too

TTJ95It's a really nice resort. The resort located near City Centre. They also have best view of all resort located at Sumur Tiga. Staffs are also friendly and helpful. 😊 Need to give the raise for the receptionist. They really done a great job to serve all guests. Note: (Get the Seaview Bungalow or Beachfront Bungalow) If you want to get the best view, you should sacrifice a room without aircond. But if you really want to have aircond room, you should sacrifice that best view.

EEdan1285Last minute booking this hotel after arrived at Banda Aceh on 22 Nov 2023. Price is reasonable. We received room number 333 and unfortunately the wifi connection was too bad. No connection inside room and we need to go down to lobby only able to get connected. Inform receiption and received reply nothing can be done. After dinner I did complain again to another receiption staff and he response very well by help us to change another room to 355 which is connection Wifi was extremely very good. Also help us to carry our luggage. He was so helpful and very good staff. Overall amenities was ok. Highly recommended for Muslim guest.

JJack SarawakOverall was ok. big and clean room (except bathroom was a bit run down and shower clogged - Room 317) Room service was ok and breakfast is the best. Biggest disappointment was food quality at the rooftop. Ordered pizza. was not cooked properly. When told the waiteress, what we received back was the same pizza which was reheated though flour/crust still not properly baked. Also, system have we Price Match. I found Agoda price RM50 cheaper but cannot claim as booking made less than 24 hours. Should have not put the Price Match logo if not eligible. Very misrepresenting.

AAnonymous UserOur flight arrive early at 8:00a.m so I had called ahead to see if we could check in earlier than the normal 2:00 p.m and i was told to check with the reception upon arrival. To our surprise, we were told that our rooms were ready and check in was a breeze. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food excellent and the rooms were comfortable. Absolute 5 star from my experience. Will certainly stay there again

Ms position is at 9am but no food available... I ordered 1 room on Saturday and 2 rooms on Sunday with superir and deluxe types Automatically in my mind I would still stay in the same room But after finishing a delicious breakfast, I was told that the room had to be moved upstairs on the grounds that someone had already booked it. When I checked in, I asked if I needed a quiet room, and also handed hot towels and welcome fruits intimately. The room is decorated as warm as home, the bedding is soft, and even the pillows have different heights to choose from. What touched me most was that the next morning, I accidentally slept over breakfast time, and when I was annoyed, the waiter knocked on the door and sent a packed breakfast, saying, ”Look at you slept late yesterday, specially reserved for you”. When checking out, the bellman helped to send the luggage to the parking lot and reminded me to pay attention to the safety of the return trip. See the details of the truth, such a service is really reluctant to leave, I will definitely choose here next time! [Simple and professional style] This stay experience is excellent, you must give the hotel service a compliment! Efficiency: The reception desk responds quickly, check-in/check-out is completed within 5 minutes, and the whole process is courteous and thoughtful. Room quality: The room is clean and tidy, no smell, complete facilities (safe box, humidifier, smart toilet, etc.), bedding and toiletries are of high quality. Details service: free mineral water and snacks are replenished every day, and the bath towels are also actively asked if they need to be replaced; the curtains will be closed and slippers put in the night service. Special needs: due to traveling with the elderly, contact the hotel in advance to arrange a low-floor room, and prepare non-slip in advance when arriving
