This is a wonderful trip. 3 days 2 nights unlimited access of theme park. Include - buffet dinner . Chimelong is the best theme park in the world . Hope I can see chimelong theme park built all over the world.

Stayed in this hotel a few times and it never disappoints me at all. Staff are all nice, especially the front desk, was given a upgrade for my room and can check out late which is truly amazing. Top service, the concierge staffs are all helpful and when they see me with heavy luggage they approach me to assist. Highly recommend this and the place are very convenient. Highly recommend this hotel.

This Little hotel is absolutely brilliant 👍🏼food & Restaurants are everywhere. The MTR are just round the corner. And If you want to have massage there are a few very well known places 2/3 mins walk. staffs that work at Qiuguo, they are very pleasant and polite. As soon as you enter the hotel lobby, one of the staffs will come over with a cup of Chinese tea for you to drink 😍there are so many free small tasty snacks in the lobby for you to eat whilst you are checking in. The rooms are very clean and spacious. We stayed in twin beds which is also very comfortable. 6 of us, and we all love this hotel and the staffs. Definitely will come back to this hotel again. Thank you Qiuguo Hotel! Will see you again 😍

I like the view, the gym, steam, sauna, indoor pool of the hotel. All staff from bellman, reception, housekeeping staff and butler service are excellent. However, i really hate the room set up that both toilet door and the door for the toilet bowl area are ‘transparent’, so your partner can see whatever you do inside toilet and even while you are using the toilet bowl! This really odd! I haven’t come cross a toilet like this in hotels around the world! And I feel really embarrassed when using the toilet bowl!

Innoco Hotel@ Shenzhen was so unique, nice & tidy & very clean. The staff here was very nice especially Aria was very helpful every time when we need help she always provided the best services that she could. We have plan to come back again soon & Innoco Hotel will be the first choice for us.

Large business room can be comfortable, the hotel is near the subway, the hotel is on the riverside, the view is beautiful, suitable for relaxation, the location is very good, you can walk to Beijing Road Pedestrian Street, there are many restaurants, and you can also walk to nearby shopping spots. The room is clean, the staff is good, everything is very good overall, I recommend it.

This hotel is ideally located, just a 2-minute walk from the high-speed railway station (simply head to the left once you exit the station). The staff are exceptionally friendly and eager to assist; some speak English, and even those who don't go out of their way to translate and help. The rooms are spacious and clean, making for a comfortable stay. There are plenty of eateries and a shopping center right outside the hotel, which is very convenient. The breakfast offered is basic, with mostly Chinese options, so don't expect a Western-style spread (there's no bread, hash browns, beans, or cereals like cornflakes or oats). Overall, it's a great place to stay and offers excellent value for the price.

We were told our room was upgraded upon arrival. The river view room was good. My kid was also given a toy upon check in. However, a condom package was found under bed. This is very disgusting and unacceptable. We came with a group of friends with kids. We got a complaint from room one level down. To our disbelief, the staff allowed the guests down one level to come to our floor and room to confront us directly. This is unprofessional and shocking and made us feel very offended. We tried to talk to the front desk regarding this and they said they would have their manager to come to talk to us. It turned out they didn’t send anyone at all.

Very convenient location but gets quite noisy at night, as i was staying on the 3rd floor, can clearly hear the horning and music from downstairs. Got upgraded to a room with windows, but honestly might have preferred one without as i would assume that room might be quieter…. but location is good if you enjoy shopping at night (Dong Men Lao Jie) streets nearby are very much alive at night: lots of stores to shop and places to eat and also near some really cheap manicure stores. Train station is also really nearby. Abit difficult to locate the place at first but managed to find it…its actually at the back of a building. Cannot throw toilet paper in the toilet bowl as it will choke it. I did not see the sign prior and ended up choking the toilet…. overall good experience, will book again.

The hotel provides free shuttle service from airport to hotel and from hotel to airport, super convenient! When you arrive just call the hotel and wait for them about 15-20mins, they will come from hotel to pick you up, the location is very near to airport. We arrive hotel at night time around 10pm+, next to the hotel have restaurant to eat and we enjoy our supper. The next day we depart around 5am and hotel still offer free shuttle service and we continue our flight to LiJiang 🤩

I requested one baby bed ahead, nobody checked the request and also no reply about the request confirmation. I was waiting so long for the baby bed delivery to my room, but when I asked the receptionist, they trying to use the translator to inform me the hotel don’t have any baby bed. I booked another hotel to my wife and baby daughter to sleep comfortable . If you have family and small children, I don’t recommend that hotel ! Family room is just a king bed, just like another room, Breakfast also not good,  I can rate this hotel as 2

Booked this for my parents to celebrate their 30th anniversary and was happy to hear that they had a wonderful time. I emailed the hotel ahead of time to ask if they could something special for them and they surprised my parents with a cake! My parents also said the restaurant had an amazing view and was lovely to sit in for dinner and breakfast. Lots of variety for food like seafood. Taste-wise it was average but not bad and worth it for the environment. Thank you again!

Service was good ,places nearby to many shops & shopping malls . Breakfast was good,foods were fresh & varieties however for the buffet dinner is not that good ( Foods mostly were not fresh ) but expensive,I can say it does not match with the Price.And the room is clean however furniture & the room looks old .I expect Wow from this property due to Other ShangriLa property they are doing quite well .

The experience of this stay was truly fantastic! Firstly, the hotel's facilities and equipment were very complete and modern. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable, giving me a warm feeling like home. Especially the bathtub facilities, with their reasonable design and convenient use, made me feel particularly thoughtful. The location was also impeccable. The hotel is situated in the bustling downtown area, making it extremely convenient for getting around. Whether for shopping or dining, everything was easily accessible. What really surprised me was the service provided by Miss Jossce. She was very considerate and enthusiastic, handling every detail perfectly from check-in to check-out. When I had questions about nearby attractions and dining options, she not only provided detailed answers but also proactively planned my itinerary for me, making me feel an unprecedented level of attentive service. Thank you so much, Miss Jossce, for making my stay even more perfect! In summary, this stay has given me a whole new perspective on hotels. A very nice hotel to stay. The receptionists for night shift I met during my stay were friendly and I got my room free upgraded! Highly recommend this hotel. About 10mins walk to the nearest metro station. About 3mins walk to the nearest bus station. Very convenient. 办理入住时已经是晚上6点多，前台服务很好还提醒我订的房没窗户，前台还免费升级了我的房型让我欣赏了深圳夜景，太感谢了！入住期间晚上的前台服务人员都很好，推荐悦得闲餐厅的早茶也好好吃！

Lovely hotel next to dafoshi, we had a good stayed in the paid upgraded room. Nice room with breakfast. Breakfast is simple but nice. They serve supper with all day long coffee. Front desk girls and boys are all very helpful.

Chimelong Hotel is a massive property with only three restaurants. If you stay for more than two nights, like we did, you might find the food variety a bit repetitive, although the dishes are generally delicious. However, the food prices are on the higher side. The rooms are spacious, especially the family room with a king bed and two single beds, which are both comfortable and roomy. While the rooms are somewhat dated and some corners have old dirt, it’s clear that the staff make a concerted effort to keep them as clean as possible. One of the highlights for families is the hotel’s effort to delight children with small surprises, such as cute cartoon designs on toiletries, cups, wall decorations, ceilings, TV panels, cabinets, and slippers. The most impressive feature is the White Tigers Restaurant, where you can enjoy a buffet breakfast while watching two real white tigers, flamingos, and birds around the restaurant. The restaurant is large, and food is replenished promptly, with a good variety of mostly local Chinese cuisine. The management team does an excellent job running such a large restaurant with a significant staff, although there is often a long queue to enter. The hotel provides transport to the wildlife safari park and bird park, and it’s just a 10-minute walk to the circus and theme park opposite the hotel. The check-in and checkout process is smooth, though it typically involves a 15-20 minute wait. Overall, it is a nice family hotel for activities at the three parks. My children enjoyed their stay at this hotel.

Very close to Sunac Snow Park, the hotel will arrange for shuttle to go and come back. Breakfast spread was good. Not sure if it was low season when we went, but we had to take a buggy to another affiliate hotel nearby for breakfast because our hotel restaurant did not open. Unfortunately, the room we were given had bed bugs! Everyone woke up with bites. We informed the front desk, and the manager was apologetic and applied antiseptic and medicine to my daughter's bites. They changed our room and thankfully no more bites.

We stayed at this hotel during our transfer at Guangzhou. The hotel staff is very kind and hospitable, they try to help in all matters. 🥰We contacted with hotel via Wechat for airport transfer to the hotel. The staff promptly accepted the invitation to Wechat, explained where we need to go that the driver could find us. In 10 minutes, the driver found us and took us from the airport. The hotel is cozy and beautiful. The room was very clean, comfortable and pleasant for the rest. We could rest well before the next plane and eat tasty food in the nearest cafe. The room has a huge comfortable bed, air conditioning and a Wi-Fi and all the necessary amenities. The hotel administrator asked us when we need to go to the airport and at night woke us up on the phone call, and the driver took us to the airport. We are very glad to stay at your hotel. Thank you very much for kindness, care and hospitality! 🙏🏻❤️

A first time visit to Huadu and must stay hotel. Excellent location and walkable distance to Sports World and Hot Miracle Ski world. It's great for first time visit. Also, the Chinese restaurant food is outstanding in taste and presentation. The massage at hotel is also very relaxing. Everyone from young to old enjoyed our family trip.

Decent hotel. Location-wise, It’s within walking distance (20 minute walk) to Vanke Square/the Chinese Opera Museum/Bruce Lee’s home which is a must-see area when in Guangzhou so that’s nice. In the area right outside the hotel, you will see nice European style buildings from back in the 1900s which is also another sightseeing item in Guangzhou. So its a convenient place to hit several tourists spots.   As for the hotel itself, it’s as-expected of a higher level hotel and for the price charged. Nothing impressive in my opinion.  Living in this hotel is more about experiencing history, experiencing this hotel that is the pride of Guangzhou back in the days.

Stayed in Hilton Guangzhou for 3nights. Checked in was smoothly done & given an upgrade of room due to reserved room not ready when there at about 2pm. Room was spacious and clean. Daily cleaned up were done nicely and happy to return to room in late afternoon with fresh condition space. However, was encountered with a not helpful lobby staff when had an issue with our Didi ride booking, Maybe he could not understand our Chinese words and ignored us. Luckily, another lobby staff approached us and managed to get our ride booking done successfully. Hotel location wise is convenient as there are some small restaurant eataries and shopping mall nearby. Hotel breakfast was good which we reserved on our last day stay. There were a wide spread of local & international food which we enjoyed. Overall, had a good 3nights stay at Hilton. Thank you to all staffs concerned that made our stay a pleasant one:)

The check-in-process is very smooth and staff is very professional. The room is quite spacious, we have a queen bed and a small bed for my son. Our bed matress is comfortable but the kid bed is quite hard, is not really recommended unless you place the comforter on the mattress, then is comfortable enough to sleep in. The cleaniless is OK. We did not use the internet as we connect to the foreign website so we use our own mobile and act as a modem. We only ate at the Penguin restaurant. We ate breakfast and dinner at the Penguin restaurant. One of the meal - we paid ourselves, the food that hotel charge is not exactly cheap, BUT they have so much choices and taste pretty delicious. There are so many diners that it is amazing how the staff keep it running efficiently. The hotel is very near to the Ocean world, like walking distance 3 minutes and to go to the spaceship you need to take shuttle, but all is arranged conveniently for the customers. I am very happy with my choice of the trip and highly recommend this hotel.

Location is so convenient, just 2 minutes walk from Gongbei port. Many eateries nearby. Rooms are big and spacious with good view. Many amenities provided. Excellent service by reception Ms Chen Xinyi for being so patience and kind to explain interesting tourist spot. This has save us a lot of time and effort to look for it. The house keeper too was very quick to respond to our call.

Not in downtown but convenient if you’re going to massive seafood market. Nice to have a swimming pool open during the winter shame it was not heated though. Check in took a bit longer as the reservation of three rooms was made separately it seems.

The location of the hotel is very accessible and very closed to the Hengqin Port. No matter if you arrive from Hengqin Port (10 minutes) or Hong Kong Zhuhai Macau Bridge (40 mins) , the transportation is still very convenient. The hotel provides a variety of breakfast choices, ranging from traditional Chinese breakfast like congee and dumplings to western styled breakfast particularly freshly-baked bread rolls and scramble eggs.
