Worst night I’ve had in a hotel for years door’s banging nearly all night constantly noisy people obviously not working people. Seriously considering swapping hotels for next visit can’t risk that again
Hotel facilities are good, but, spit a few things, first, there is no door to help carry the luggage, our two girls have to move two large boxes from the car, it is still very difficult. Second, the room is still small, and third, the hotel is relatively far from Nottingham city centre, actually already in Derbyshire, not in Nottingham. The last thing to complain about is that we arrived at the hotel in the early morning. The hotel we assigned to us for the first time was not cleaned at all. After negotiating with the front desk, we changed another room. This made us feel very poor when we were exhausted in the early morning.
It was a really cozy New Year's Eve. Absolutely loved the calming and relaxing sauna, jacuzzi and pool. They do great breakfast as well. Loved it! Highly recommend it to people looking for a cozy getaway in a nice neighborhood.

Booked this hotel as we was going to the take that concert at city ground, it's very close to the city center with all the pubs and clubs in walking distance and even closer to Nottingham castle and ye old trip to Jerusalem bar which is a must visit very quirky. The staff are very friendly and polite and the hotel is very clean with all the amenities you would need for a break away. The hotel is in walking distance to the station but also has parking outside the hotel but is limited but the us a multi storey next door. We will definitely be using this hotel again next time we visit

GGuest UserBreakfast was excellent thought room was a bit small for price and bathroom needs a bit of upgrade looks a bit tired but room clean and tidy.
GGuest UserOur stay at Roomzzz was excellent! Very modern rooms and very clean. As someone who needs to eat a lot, and frequently, the kitchenette was a great addition. Check in and out was quick and simple. Hot drinks and pastries in a morning is a lovely little bonus. Excellent location, just a 5-10 minute walk from the centre. Parking was secure and good price at £10 per night in comparison to other local parking facilities, and they let us park for extra time on check out day so we could go grab some breakfast. Staff were all friendly and very helpful. We had some noisy neighbours wake us up at 1am and the staff handled it very promptly.
The cons were minor things, there was no instructions for the aircon or induction hob so we couldn’t figure out how to work them. Maybe a little manual for them would be helpful. Also, the shower went cold quite a few times (only for a few seconds at at time) but I’m assuming this is due to high water use. It wasn’t a big issue and given how beautiful the bathroom was, I didn’t really mind! Last thing, our room looked immediately onto the entrance to a university building, so we couldn’t really get changed with the curtains open, but honestly if I’d have asked to change rooms, I can imagine the staff would’ve done their best to accommodate this.
All in all, excellent stay and we will definitely be returning!😊
KKarenBrilliant stay, excellent sleep and quirky cosy room. I loved the look and feel of the hotel and it was surprisingly quiet even facing the Main Street. However bathroom window looked out onto the Main Street and the blind in that room was held up with masking tape. Only because I am tall could I safely hold the blind up to the ceiling and pull it up and down to shut it. Hair dryer was dangerous to use too, clearly broken, made a terrible noise and elements glowed bright red inside. Couldn’t use it. Informed desk as I left, they already knew about the blind(?) and acknowledged the hairdryer,
XXena_CSince we arrived in Nottingham quite early, we called the staff to see if we could check in early. The staff was very accommodating and arranged a room for us to rest. The room was spacious, with a view of the campus outside, and the mattress was extremely comfortable. There was also free parking. Overall, we were very satisfied.
JJulieThe hotel was lovely, The staff were very polite. The cleanliness was spot on. The breakfast is highly recommended. The room was beautiful, and the bed was comfortable. Their executive suite had a beautiful bath and shower with all towels and other supplies that are needed for your stay including Iron and hair dryer and if you have forgot anything for example a toothbrush they will supply you with these items with there compliments. There is tea and coffee also a ground fresh coffee maker and a mini bar in the room that came with 2 bottles of water and a chocolate bar.The hotel has a gym which you can use between certain hours. You can hire rooms there for meetings and other events. If you are staying as a family my only advice is to ring ahead and make sure that there is a bed for your child because I booked for 3 of us and we did have to share a bed luckily it was us 3 girls myself, my daughter and my niece. The bed was very big so it was suitable it does state on trip they recomend to ring and check if you are unsure so you can get the best out of your stay.
BBenjamin ArthurA lovely place. We we're a bit iffy on sraying due to the rating of the hotel but after reading the reviews most were about the rooms being dated. Since we were only planning to be there for a night, who cares?
There was an issue with the booking from Trip.com's side which the duty manager Declan was able to resolve in a timely mannor while also making the wait very pleasant with some nice chat.
The staff were lovely, including the two young ladys on the bar/food service as well as Declan. Unfortunately didnt get the girls names.
The building is stunning and surrounded by lovely woods, perfect for a walk.
Rooms are a bit dated, sure, but why are you looking to spend all your time in your room? More than enough to have a comfy sleep in.
Also as a side note on that, id imagine It's a listed building and so hard an expensive to update.
Overall a lovely night and a pleasant morning having breakfast then a walk. Absolutely would recommend.
GGuest UserGood location- easy to find and close to the train station. We drove so used the car park in front of the hotel where there is a discount for staying at the hotel just let reception know you are parked there - is a set fee for 24hrs.
Rooms were clean and quite basic but sufficient for what we needed - downside no fridge to chill your drinks. There is a kettle to make hot drinks and room has tv which is good.
Ordered the breakfast which was lovely - options to have cereal, fruit, yoghurt, toast, pastries and a full English with coffee/tea and juice.
Restaurant overlooks the river which was nice as we could see the ducks and swans
Hotel has a bar which was nice to have a few drinks in the evening when we arrived
Hotel staff were really friendly and helpful - would definitely go back if we needed to stay in Nottingham again
Price was good value for money!
AAmyLCWe had booked 2 nights here as my friend was having her wedding reception here. The Mour website, trip.com and other booking platforms state they have toiletries available. However, only shower gel was provided. I asked at the reception and the man had an attitude like he didn't care, I explained it was stated on their website, he wasn't bothered. I would have brought it myself but it stated it was provided. The room was nice, big and comfortable. The tiny hanging space hidden behind the bed, the kettle hidden the other side, with a tray covered in stains and spills and cups containing white powder. Far from clean. The price did not reflect the quality here at all and I felt rather embarrassed for my friend as a lot of us stayed here for the wedding. I wouldn't waste my money staying here again.
