Rooms can be swallowed. I booked a room with a couple bed request, I was put on a single bed, and they didn't move a finger to solve the situation. The next day, they switched me from the room, after a lot of insistence pq the room telephone I was not working, I forgot an object in the room and it took more than one month to send me. It was more than 20 days with my money (I had already sent the value of the mail) and without answering, answering e-mail, nothing. There was general incompetence. Spent a pleasant 4 night stay in the hotel. The biggest plus is the location of the hotel in city centre and the fact that you are within walking distance to many places of interest. The breakfast offering was pretty standard and tasty. The downside is that the restaurant is closed for dinner, though room service is available and the gym equipment need to be updated. Otherwise adequate for a short stay.

Segundo ponto, precisei mudar de quarto devido a um erro de comunicação entre hotel e Copastur (empresa de turismo responsável por pagar minhas diárias). Ao fazer a mudança, esqueci uma garrafa de vinho fechada no frigobar. Ao me lembrar dela e ligar para recepção, me foi avisado que iriam contactar a empresa de limpeza dos quartos pois era uma empresa terceirizada e que o hotel não se responsabiliza por itens deixados no quarto. Estou até hoje esperando eles me contactarem para saber o que aconteceu com o vinho, simplesmente uma garrafa de R$100 SUMIU, e ninguém viu. Terceiro, precisei pedir ao hotel a nota fiscal referente as minhas diárias para prestação de contas, e surpreendentemente me disseram que não fornecem a nota fiscal ao hospede pois quem pagou a estadia foi uma empresa terceira (no caso a copastur). Ao questionar eles como obter um documento para comprovar a estadia, me disseram que preciso pedir a Copastur, pois eles não podem fornecer nenhum documento. Isso é um absurdo, quem depende de prestação de contas corporativa sabe o que estou falando. Fiquem atentos! Não recomendo a estadia.

After arriving in Palhoca, Brazil for a 35 day vacation, the accommodations that we reserved was terrible. There was no way that we could stay even one night. We were blessed when we called the Firenze Business Hotel and spoke to Pedro. He was fantastic. It was even more than a blessing that the hotel was only a short walk from where we were. After dragging all of our luggage the short distance, we were welcomed with open arms. Pedro went far and above to get us settled. In the morning, we met another angel, Natasha. She worked out all the details so that we could stay for the entire time. Natasha was there every morning with a smile and helped us on every matter that we had.Only due to the dedication of the entire staff, this vacation would have been a disaster. So to Natasha, William, Thayse, Pedro, Paulo, Edwardo, Leonardo, and the entire staff of the Firenze Business Hotel, we thank you. To all those looking for a great place to stay for one night or for a long term length of time, you can do no better than the Firenze Business Hotel and the wonderful staff that they have.

We stayed overnight at the Plaza for a visit to Oktoberfest in Blumenau. We had a warm welcome, the staff were very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable and the buffet breakfast was very good. We would happily go back.

Fui no fim de semana do dia dos pais comemorar meu aniversário e para um show na casa Opus. Tivemos um upgrade de suite, a recepção de uma educação exemolar, alias todos! Da recepção, aos rapazes que buscavam o carro, no restaurante. Viajei muito esse ano e o Faial sem duvida entrou no meu TOP 3. Café da manhã com muitas opções, muitas mesmo! A unica observação é para o produto de limpeza que passaram no quarto, achamos muito forte e nao era um perfume agradavel. Mas nada que atrapalhasse a estadia. Voltaria mais vezes.p

Excelente! Ficamos por 2 dias no hotel. O hotel é bem localizado, de fácil acesso por Uber. São ótimas as instalações, o café da manhã é muito farto. No quarto, a cama é excelente, ar condicionado bom, tudo muito limpo e serviço de quarto excelente. Recomendo muito.

Conveniently located next to a very good shopping center and some restaurants around hotel, we went there almost every day even to post a letter haha We had a free room upgrade with great views, but it can get a bit noisy to sleep late at night if your room is located just opposite in front of that bar that plays loud music…if you are a sensitive person (my husband’s case)…it should not bother big city people like me :) staff was friendly professional and breakfast was good, specially the cakes ! WiFi in our room could be better…

O hotel é simples, mas bem localizado e minha avaliação é especialmente para a equipe. Salete fez da minha estadia uma experiência 5 estrelas, muito prestativa, simpática e agilizada, fez todas as questões negativas ficarem em segundo plano. Destaco a equipe em geral também, as meninas da limpeza, o pessoal do restaurante e recepção em geral, um time muito bom que brilharia muito mais se o hotel tivesse mais estrutura, o mínimo é ter água disponível no quarto, um wifi melhor e tive um problema com infestação de formigas, onde o staff fez de tudo para tentar resolver.

Péssimo hotel. A acomodação me ofertada, em nada tinha com as fotos publicadas. Quarto sem ventilação, fedendo a mofo, super apertado para 2 pessoas, banheiro tenebroso. Para completar a péssima experiência, decidi não ficar no local e já havia pago. Não me devolveram o valor, dizendo que tudo seria resolvido no dia seguinte. Fui para outro hotel. No dia seguinte tentei entrar em contato com uma mulher com nome de Shara, supervisora e ela só me mandou resposta as 19h, horário que já não tinha nada da parte administrativa funcionando, fez propositadamente, para que eu não conseguisse falar com alguém acima dela. Disse que não haveria reembolso, por conta de que a acomodação havia sido bloqueada para minha estrada. Desconfiado fui ao local pedir a minha acomodação e a mesma estava sendo ocupada por outro hóspede. Essa Shara, ligou 2x a minha acomodação e se recusou a me reembolsar. Irei entrar na justiça. Não recomendo a acomodação.

With lower prices and better location than Ibis, it is the best option for those who prioritise the hosting economy in the centre of Florianópolis. Located almost in front of the city's best Portuguese restaurant, Taberna Ibérica; steps away from the Beira Mar, including the exit of boat trips; short distance from Uber from the shopping or Convention Centre; definitely, It could not be better placed. It is clean and has adequate infrastructure, with a restaurant with optional breakfast (R$18,00) and a small outdoor pool. The service at the reception is quiet and attentive. The room in which I hosted (115), via promotion of 123 miles, was huge, with a large room (a large table and sofa, table for two-site meals, fridge and TV), a corridor, a suitable size bathroom and two bedrooms (one with couple bed, AC and TV, and the second with two single beds and AC), the main problem I found is the maintenance of some of the accommodation items: the corridor lamps did not light, the bathroom mirror, which was the only one in this large accommodation. (it would be good to have another mirror that would allow the whole body to be viewed in at least one of the rooms), it showed screws and the box walls had dark assemblies. So, depending on what your priorities are in terms of price, space, comfort and location, it can be a good option.

Quarto limpo e quentinho. Tivemos uma noite maravilhosa. Café da manhã muito gostoso. Fora a localização que é super perto dos lugares que amo ir ( shopping, loja do big, cafeteria, supermercado, praia) etc. Custo benefício também. Se vc está com pouca grana mas não quer deixar de ter conforto, super indico.😉💕

After this embarrassing situation, they relocated us to another room! I had a request for a body pillow for our room, but it wasn't granted. In this new room, there was no hot water, the toilet wouldn't flush, it was just a hassle! These situations made me think, and now, when I need to go to Balneário again, I'll check out other hotels.

At first glance, this hotel appears great. It’s newer, the lobby is large and impressive (for a Garden Inn), there’s a restaurant on site. Our room was well appointed but on the smaller side. Customer service needs improvement: our safe did not work and it did not get fixed despite our request; I asked reception for help with a taxi and was told to get an Uber; I asked for a receipt when I checked out and was told they could not print one and one would be emailed. That did not happen. No points were posted to my account.

Accessing the hotel from the airport is a little inconvenient, as the best way there by road includes a ferry. The location felt safe. The room was spacious and clean. The lighting, however, left the room a bit dark. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. If I visit Navegantes again, I would definitely stay here.

New hotel with modern style and just what you need. Basic not luxurious but nice. Looks at port with pool top restaurant and nice coffee stand in lobby and good bar. Central location. In 2022 just a few years old. Good mini bar choice. Even room look at water.

Español: Mi hija de 18 años con dos amigas se hospedaron en el hotel desde el 20/1/2024 al 2/2/2024. Si bien el trato del personal fue cordial durante toda la estadía, al momento de desayunar fueron controladas en todo momento, vigilando que comida se servían y cuantas veces tomaban jugo... estos eran servidos en pequeños vasos.. motivo por el cual las chicas debían levantare varias veces para poder servirse, al igual cuando quisieron recargar sus botellitas para tomar agua... las amenazaron con ponerles una multa si seguían con esa actitud. Realmente una vergüenza... jamás vi esto en un hotel independientemente de su categoría. Mas aun chicas que las deberían cuidar y ofrecer lo que este a disposición del hotel... Negarles en un desayuno, que la tarifa dice que se encuentra incluido, el agua y el jugo y controlar lo que comen es una vergüenza total. Pero acá no termina, por error se hizo una reserva de alojamiento para ingresar el día 18/1/2023, pero el día 16/12/2023, (con una anticipación mayor a 30 días), se canceló toda la reserva con el Sr. Carlos de recepción, dado que no se sabia si las chicas iban a poder viajar por temas de facultad. Mas llegada la fecha se pudo coordinar la estadía. La cuestión es que al momento de retirase mi hija del hotel se le cobro una penalidad de 1 noche, (18/1/2024), aduciendo que las fechas del 18 y 19 de enero 2024 no habían sido canceladas, que la noche del 19/1 la pudieron vender a otro huésped pero la del 18/1 no... y aunque tenga constancia de whatsapp no era válido. Mi hija le pidió política de cancelación del hotel y no se la quisieron brindar... ella observo como un empleado la tipeaba en la computadora en ese mismo momento. Realmente una pena este trato, mi hija no se pudo duchar antes de retir**** del hotel porque perdia el vuelo, se lo podrian haber informado la noche anterior y no haber esperado a hasta ultimo momento. Una pena todo lo ancontecido porque éramos clientes de muchos años. Sugiero solicitar con tiempo política de cancelación y saber que cuenta con servicios muy limitados. Si toca días de lluvia el hotel no cuenta con ningún entretenimiento... podrían ser cosas simples, como juegos de mesa... aérea de películas por decir alguna sugerencia. Portugues: Minha filha de 18 anos com duas amigas ficou no hotel de 20/01/2024 a 02/02/2024. Embora o tratamento dos funcionários tenha sido cordial durante toda a estadia, na hora do café da manhã eles eram controlados em todos os momentos, observando quais alimentos eram servidos e quantas vezes bebiam suco... estes eram servidos em copinhos... que é por isso que as meninas tiveram que se levantar várias vezes para poder se servir, assim como quando queriam encher as garrafas para beber água... ameaçaram multá-las se continuassem com essa atitude. Realmente uma pena... Nunca vi isso em um hotel, independentemente da categoria. Ainda mais meninas que deveriam cuidar deles e oferecer o que está disponível para o hotel...
