From its location and the comfort of the building's exterior to the staff's service attitude, everything scores top marks! Although the hotel's buffet breakfast doesn't offer a wide variety, the quality is excellent, and it was a very comfortable dining experience, with the waitstaff being very attentive! Additionally, the service received at the hotel's main entrance and the exceptional care taken by the staff in handling our heavy luggage during checkout, ensuring it was transported downstairs to the taxi, was commendable. These experiences definitely make us want to return!

I recently stayed at the Aloft London Excel and was quite impressed by the experience. The hotel is very new, which is evident from its modern design and pristine facilities. The rooms are well-equipped with all the latest amenities, making for a comfortable and convenient stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. However, one thing to note is that there was a noticeable odour inside the hotel, likely due to the new furnishings. It wasn't overwhelming, but it did remind me that the hotel is still quite fresh. Despite this minor inconvenience, I would still highly recommend Aloft London Excel for its excellent facilities and overall quality.

It was unexpectedly good. The room size was okay, the decoration and product selection were exquisite, and the hotel service was also very good. There were complimentary snacks and drinks in the minibar. Because there was no breakfast, a few pieces of bread and snacks were given.

The service was excellent, Nicholas welcomed us at the frint desk and was super kind and helpful! Really top-notch service from hjm, he made sure out trip and the entite experience was seamless and lovely. The apartment was ultra cozy and clean, with all the amenitiea you would need. We will definitely be back soon!

This is a great hotel to choose from definitely one of the top-notch in service. I took my mom stay at this hotel for one week we have arrived in the very early morning hotel has arranged early check-in at 9:30 AM accommodating my 80 year old mom, which is very heartwarming. This hotel has the style , the design and history, as well as the best service all in one. At night time I have requested to add a blanket for my mom as she feel a little cold the housekeeping brought a blanket that was pre-warmed up. They really pay attention to details in service. I highly recommend this hotel to anybody who loves rich history, as well as beautiful artsy designs. After I stayed at this hotel, I think will never possible. I will always put a rosewood hotel as my top choice.

As described, clean comfortable room with ensuite. Nice hot shower, very clean bathroom. Two sets of towels provided. Complimentary tea & coffee. Kettle & hairdryer provided, no iron.

The Marriott Residence Inn Kensington is within walking distance to Kensington Garden and Palace where Queen Victoria and late Princess Diana used as their prime residence. Our room has a kitchen and cooking utensils and the hotel is right next to Tesco grocery. The nearest Tube station is about 15-20 minutes walk, but the Heathrow bus station is only 5 minutes walk.

Hotel in best location in London. Staff was very friendly, but the price was quite high. But this is more a London problem than a problem of this hotel. Also the breakfast was quite overpriced so we tried it one time and then we decided to eat outside in the morning. The room was a bit small for 3 persons, but we would stay there again.

Due to changes in the itinerary, I have to stay in London for three more days. So I would stay at this hotel again without any consideration. The hotel also upgraded our room this time. The breakfast here has never disappointed me. There is also a self-service laundry here, which is free. Finally, the distance between the hotel and the train station is about 10 minutes' walk, which is a bit far.
