Beyond expectations! Clean, great service, water park, and a fantastic café & mini-mart! 🌟☕️ I chose this place by coincidence because I didn't have transportation near the border and saw only a few reviews online. However, everything turned out to be beyond my expectations! Cleanliness & Comfort: Everything is spotless and brand new. The bed is super soft and comfortable perfect for a good night's rest after traveling. Great Facilities: They have an on-site water park, which is a great bonus for relaxing. A convenient mini-mart right on-site for daily essentials. A café serving wonderfully strong and delicious coffee that coffee lovers will surely enjoy. Outstanding Service: The staff went above and beyond! Since I didn't have a vehicle to continue my journey, the staff were so kind and helpful in coordinating and booking a bus to another city for me. เกินความคาดหมาย! ที่พักใกล้ด่านลาวบาว เดินไป8นาที สะอาด บริการประทับใจ มีทั้งสวนน้ำ คาเฟ่ และมินิมาร์ทครบจบในที่เดียว ตอนแรกเลือกพักที่นี่ด้วยความบังเอิญเพราะไม่มีรถเดินทางต่อช่วงข้ามด่าน และเห็นรีวิวยังไม่ค่อยเยอะเท่าไหร่ แต่บอกเลยว่าผลลัพธ์ ”เกินคาดดีไปหมดทุกอย่าง” ค่ะ! ความสะอาดและความสบาย: ทุกอย่างใหม่และสะอาดสะอ้านมากๆ เตียงนอนคือนุ่มสบายสุดๆ หลับพักผ่อนได้อย่างเต็มที่หลังจากเดินทางเหนื่อยๆ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกจัดเต็ม: มีสวนน้ำในตัว คลายร้อนได้ดีมาก มี มินิมาร์ท สะดวกสบายในการซื้อของกินของใช้ มี คาเฟ่ร้านกาแฟ ในตัว กาแฟชงเข้มข้น รสชาติดีถูกใจสายคาเฟ่แน่นอน การบริการเหนือระดับ: ประทับใจพนักงานที่สุด! เนื่องจากเราไม่มีรถเดินทางต่อ พนักงานช่วยประสานงานและติดต่อหารถบัสเพื่อเดินทางไปยังเมืองอื่นให้อย่างเต็มที่ ดูแลดีและเป็นกันเองมากๆ ใครที่กำลังมองหาที่พักใกล้ด่าน สะดวกสบาย ครบครันทุกอย่าง แนะนำให้มาพักที่นี่เลยค่ะ ไม่ผิดหวังแน่นอน! 💯

A little far from the center of the village, walking 20 minutes. If the weather is good, it is normal and you can walk. But I got under the rain and went by taxi to the harbor and then the caves closed at all. For those on the bike it is just an ideal option. The yard is beautiful, tidy, the room is cozy and very stylish. Breakfast, dinner can be in the yard, the food is delicious. Overall everything is good

Overall, I have a good impression of the family who runs this accommodation. The location is excellent, right by the river, and the people are very kind and welcoming. The breakfast was good and enjoyable. What I did not like was the fact that we stayed in December, when the humidity was extremely high. The windows were constantly wet, and the room developed a musty smell. We had to keep the air conditioning on all the time to manage the humidity, but then the room became very cold. In general, it is a rather chilly accommodation, especially in winter, but the river view is absolutely beautiful and makes up for it.

10/10 – One of the best places I’ve stayed in Vietnam! I absolutely loved my stay here. This is much more than just a guesthouse – it feels like staying with a wonderful local family. The owners are a young couple who are incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely care about their guests. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel at home. They helped me rent a motorbike, gave me great local recommendations, answered all my questions, and were always happy to help with anything I needed. We even spent some time chatting together, which made my stay even more special. The breakfasts were delicious, and although lunch wasn’t included, they kindly invited me to join them several times. That level of hospitality is something you don’t often experience while traveling. The rooms were clean and comfortable, drinking water was always available, and everything was well organized. The atmosphere is peaceful, warm, and truly family-like. If you’re visiting Phong Nha, I honestly can’t recommend this place enough. It wasn’t just accommodation – it became one of the highlights of my trip. Thank you so much for your kindness and hospitality. I hope to come back one day!

My friend and I loved it here! The place was clean, the staff were very helpful, room had a strong aircon, and it was the first place we were able to watch a movie since we started travelling! This was a nice rest bite for a couple of evenings though we did connect a portable speaker to it so we could hear better as it was very quiet. There was also a working fridge which was lovely but it goes off when you leave as you take the key for the electricity so if you need something to stay refrigerated just ask and they will pop it in the downstairs fridge instead. We had the number of the owner and she was quick to answer and helped us with everything, from checking in early to sorting washing loads to booking taxis in the morning etc. Good location too, not far from the old city, some nice restaurants nearby (peanuts the vegan place we would recommend). If you want to go to hoian specifically for being on the beach then this place is a drive away so not the most convenient but also only 15mins max and grabs are cheap! We would deffo stay there again!

Nice location one street away from the river. Quite location and around 1km to backpacker hostel, where most of the bus stops. Here you can book for your cave visits, boating and kayaking.

This family run hotel/homestay is located on the main(well only tbh) street in Phong Nha village, short walk from the ticket office for the phong nha caves. It features a rooftoop bar with really nice view, nice (and deep) pool, and a comfortable room(our was looking over the pool). Most of all the family running the place are very friendly and helpful. The reception has loads of brochures for all kinds of tours and they can also help you with booking buses. The breakfast is simple, but tasty. Overall, recommended.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very large and clean, and we especially liked the shower (very quick hot water and good water pressure). Breakfast in the restaurant varied (sometimes buffet, sometimes à la carte), and the selection wasn't very extensive (especially the continental dishes). The dinner menu didn't particularly impress us either. We highly recommend this hotel for a short stay in Dong Hoi.

Nhà mình vừa có chuyến ghé thăm Phong Nha khá ngẫu hứng. Ban đầu kế hoạch dài hơi hơn, nhưng do có chút thay đổi lộ trình để tiếp tục hành trình mới, cả nhà chỉ lưu trú lại đây vỏn vẹn 2 ngày 1 đêm. Dù thời gian ngắn ngủi và đến sớm hơn dự tính, nhưng trải nghiệm nhận lại được thì cực kỳ trọn vẹn. Dưới đây là vài điểm cộng (và một chút xíu điểm trừ đáng yêu) mà mình muốn chia sẻ lại cho mọi người: 🏡 Phòng ốc & Không gian: View núi cực chill Điểm cộng: Gia đình mình đặt 2 phòng cho 4 người. Phòng rộng rãi, sạch sẽ và có hướng nhìn thẳng ra núi non trùng điệp rất thoáng đãng. Điểm sáng lớn của homestay là khu vực bể bơi rộng, tắm hay chụp hình check-in đều chuẩn bài. Điểm trừ nhỏ: Trước mặt view phòng có mấy ”người hàng xóm vui tính” hồn nhiên treo đồ ướt n*** tầm mắt. Nhìn hơi buồn cười một chút nhưng tổng thể cảnh quan vẫn rất đẹp và không ảnh hưởng quá nhiều đến tâm trạng của cả nhà. Điểm 10 cho sự hiếu khách: Anh Linh chủ nhà Điều làm gia đình mình ấn tượng và lưu luyến nhất chính là anh Linh – chủ homestay. Phải dành một lời khen đặc biệt cho sự nhiệt tình và mến khách của anh: Đón tiếp chu đáo dù nhà mình check-in khá sớm so với giờ giấc ban đầu. Suốt thời gian ở đây, cả nhà luôn được anh ”take care” tận tình từng chút một. Hỗ trợ gia đình mình đặt xe di chuyển nhanh chóng và không quên dặn dò kỹ lưỡng những lưu ý quan trọng khi đi tham quan các điểm hang động tại Phong Nha. Tổng kết Dù lịch trình bị rút ngắn nhưng sự hiếu khách của con người nơi đây và không gian xanh mát của Phong Nha đã để lại ấn tượng quá tốt đẹp với gia đình mình. Chắc chắn nếu có dịp quay lại Phong Nha, nhà mình vẫn sẽ lựa chọn nơi này làm điểm dừng chân.

A large, comfortable, quiet room, a few hundred meters from the car road, with spacious bathroom. The hotel is a very nice view of the river and many places to sit and watch it. We were very comfortable with me, while my bus arrived in Phong Nha very early and I had not booked room for the night during which my bus traveled.
