This was one of the most beautiful hotel rooms we have stayed in. We enjoyed the convenience of having our own pool and it was just the right size for us. The bed was so comfortable and everything worked well in the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The environment around the hotel is very pleasant. Breakfast was very tasty.

The resort staff appear to be insufficiently trained, and communication between team members is often inconsistent. There seems to be a lack of coordination, which affects the overall guest experience. The facilities are also disappointing for a newly built resort. Many areas already show signs of wear and poor workmanship, including visible cracks and unfinished details that make the property feel older than it is. The swimming pool is another concern. Some edges are quite sharp, making it less suitable and potentially unsafe for children. On a positive note, the breakfast is OKAY AND The dining experience overall is quite good, with well-prepared food and enjoyable meals throughout our stay.

Beautiful views and a very peaceful atmosphere. It’s a lovely place for a short getaway or retreat, especially if you’re looking for somewhere quiet to relax and recharge. The surroundings are calm, and the overall vibe is very chill and comfortable.

Room and facilities is great, loads of pools and private pools around, hotel is near a beach with activities

This is a great hotel! The breakfast is awesome and the food at the hotel restaurant is delicious, although the menu is limited. Our room was beautiful and I love the sustainable features like refillable water bottles rather than plastic. If you are looking for somewhere to relax after hiking in Phong Nha, this is the place to be.

Perfect stay for our purpose. We needed a pleasant stay before and after a tough jungle trek. And we got exactly what we needed. Nice place, friendly and helpful staff, decent kitchen and nice breakfast. We had exactly what we needed.

Many bugs in my room, has complaint to hotel manager.
